Have used ace-fx on multiple occasions and have never had any problems. Its convenient to get to from where I work so can go and collect any money on my way home or on my lunch break. I ordered my us dollars online and collected the same day, and even with currency that isn't € or $ you can order and collect the next day and their rates are always good compared to some other places. Would definitely recommend

Having requested $1800 by post I was astonished to receive only four $50 bills the next largest denomination was $20 of which I received sixty. Also included was 35 $1 bills..... need I say more . On phoning to complain and mention the complete lack of common sense prior to the distribution of the order I was in my opinion treated in a very dismissive way. They mentioned I should have requested larger denominations #, however, there is no place on the website when ordering to do such. I spoke with Mario who runs the postal distribution service and I found him to be brusque and bordering on inpolite . I have used Ace since its conception primarily for their competitive rates, however with other providers offering similar price matching I will be changing allegiance after such shoddy after sales service. On calling the second time he offered to replace the notes and repay the cost of postage ; this was not the case during our first telephone conversation also with time constraints not feasible.

I have never had any problems and currency always correct and delivered on time.

Mexican pesos available within 24hours and rate was decent compared to other sources.
