Great rates and great service

A very good service. Not happy with being asked for ID at last minute at the time of transaction. Fortunately I had ID . The reason given to me for requiring ID for Tx over £1000 was thin ie "money laundering requirements ..the limit was recently reduced from £2.5 k to £1k" I was a MLO for some years and this sounds more like over enforcement of a principal by ACE FX in the wake of regulation changes. Otherwise a good experience and a very helpful young lady. I will use you again. Thankyou.
