The delivery was fantastic and was kept informed all the way.

The order that I had got some fluid spilled on it while in transit. The parcel went back, the customer service department from Lesters Nurseryworld called me and informed me about the damage, which was none, they repacked the parcel and send it back. Of course, I had the choice to get a new product as a replacement for the damaged one, but if there was no damage, we accepted the original parcel
