Bought some furniture before Christmas but due to house renovations left it all in the box. Finally came to build it in April (well after any period where I needed to raise issues) and noticed the fittings were missing from the box. The understood the situation and still reached out to the manufacturer to have the fittings sent out to me, beyond their legal requirement. So not only were we happy with the item we bought, the customer service is fantastic. The staff member in question was called Liran.
