They stocked what I needed but disappointed at the cost of postage for something that would have cost no more than £3

So I had tried to buy my item elsewhere but they didn’t have the stock but didn’t tell me this until I had already paid for the item. So then I found Lesters and I emailed firstly to see if they definitely had the colour I wanted in stock. Within no time I had a lovely detailed reply not just about the item but how quick the delivery would be too. I emailed back to thank them and to say I had purchased the item through their website after their first email. Again within no time at all, I received another lovely response to confirm they had received my order and with direct response when my delivery would be! Customer service blew me away! Amazing and going above and beyond for their customers. Also just to add, Lesters is also very local to me and I hadn’t ever come across them before and the fact my orders elsewhere wasn’t fulfilled made me happier to then have come across a local store and supporting local. From now on when I need to order anything baby related I will be checking Lesters first. Thank you for an amazing shopping experience.

For some reason my discount code hadn't applied. I emailed to see if it was possible to cancel the order so that I could reorder using it. The company processed a change in the price for me rather than cancelling. Speedy delivery too. Thank you ☺️
