It took 2 weeks to be delivered shocking as they sent dispatch email day after. Was delivered by parcel force so can’t Blame anybody.

The communication about my delivery was excellent, I really appreciate

absolute disgrace of a company. The courier DPD they used have lost the parcel, however they will still not refund me. DPD have confirmed the parcel has been lost, however Lester Nursery are still refusing to refund me while DPD 'search for the parcel' - this is fraud and I will be taking further action. Avoid at all costs , worst customer service I have ever experienced
