I’ve been wearing foxy hair extensions for almost 3 years now and I can go just under a year on one purchase of 4 bundles of stick tip double drawn extensions. Probably longer if I took care of them properly! I used to use Ugate hair and I was happy at first but then it was very dry and like hay so I took a chance on foxy and I’m so happy I did. The only thing I’m not liking about them is that there is no retailer in the USA. I just have to wait a long time for my new hair and that’s hard to do . Lol But it’s worth it! And their flare tubs are awesome for when you get them moved up.! Thank you thank you! I’m a costumer for life! xoxo…

Customer service isn’t there when it…
Customer service isn’t there when it comes to bad batch of hair. I’ve lost two clients due to this from foxy. I don’t feel they support me like they should. My clients were both using the correct aftercare and brushing using the correct extension brush. Both long term extension wearers so very experienced. Foxy basically said the batch isn’t bad it’s something my end that’s at fault which it can’t be as the nano ring silicone tip is coming away from the bond on the extension. The nano ring along with the nano silicone tip is still in there which shows it’s faulty! Very sad about this and such a shame as I have been using foxy for years but can’t risk it again so won’t be ordering anymore hair from them. EDIT: in response to your response, correct Aftercare was used my client had purchased this herself from your website. Not once did you say in your emails this was down to incorrect aftercare! I’ve been teaching hair extensions for 17 years and applying for 20 years there is no way I’d send hair back where the correct aftercare wasn’t used, that would be embarrassing as it’s obvious to why they would of been faulty.
