The masks have changed!

First time I ordered the pro masks I paid full price and they have been great. This time I ordered them again in the same and they came with a sticker on the back which said they were made in Indonesia. No where on their website does it say they will be made in Indonesia. It says they are UK made components and are assembled in China. They don’t fit the same, they are not baggy in both sizes and the tightening elastic now pulls through both sides making it inadequate for sealing the mask leaving people at risk. After emailing the company I was told yes they do now use factories in Indonesia which means the production has changed! Also told I can’t get a refund for the masks as I have opened them even though I believe them to be faulty and the ones I haven’t opened I need to pay for postage myself to send them back! Dreadful company with horrendous customer service. Save yourself the money and DONT BUY THESE MASKS!

No reply for my problem

The 6 Masks that arrived will out of date before the guarantee period expires,some in just a few months. I contacted customer service but didn't receive a reply. Really disappointed. We have been using them for years for but they are far to expensive to only be usable on the few occasions between now and the expiry date, A partial refund would have resolved and I could have purchased again. Update Cambridge mask has now gotten back to me with a snipy reply telling me expiry dates aren't relevant to my location. If,like me you don't live outside the space time continuum,be aware that the current stock will be out of date early next year and that you will not get a positive response if you raise your concerns. The customer is wrong when you are Cambridge.

The small size mask that we bought was sub standard. The straps are of extremely poor quality and is unusable. No issues with medium size mask.

Exceptionally quick and helpful customer service. And the product is very good and worth the price. I can wear the mask for hours with no discomfort or breathing difficulties.

Great customer service

Initially one mask was missing in the delivery. We sent an email about this with some pictures about this, and Cambridge Mask efficiently handled the situation. The missing item was sent without further delay. The masks are great and can recommend!

More inventory needed

Masks came on time. They work perfectly. I just wish your inventory was more consistent. I waited months to replace my mask because you have been out of sizes and colors.

Received quickly, a quality product!

Considering the masks came from overseas, I received my order pretty quickly, in fact quicker than some U.S. companies I have ordered from! I used one of your masks that my daughter had purchased, and she said it’s definitely the best mask she has ever used. She knows what’s good, as she has pretty severe environmental and pollen allergies, so wears masks much of the time when outside.
