I love Cambridge masks, I use them both for pollution as well as keeping my face warm on colder days. This is not my first nor my last. High quality and very durable.

The ear loops are too thick and you can even see in some of your photos how the model’s ears are bent forward due to that. Also, they are terrible with glasses because the edging is too thick and glasses no longer sit correctly. Again, none of the photos show someone with normal glasses. To top it all off, once a mask is tried on, you can’t get a refund even if it is due to the poor design. Never again.

EDITED: Cambridge have been in touch and supplied a replacement. I am satisfied with the outcome now. ----------------------------------------------------------- I was tempted by their recent Halloween promotion. I found the website sizing guide unclear so called and left a voicemail asking for advice. After several days and with the end of promotion approaching I decided to place an order for XL based on my weight. A couple of days later a member of staff called me in response to my message from a week earlier. I explained my issue and that I had already placed an order, she said they recommended L for me and asked if i wanted to swap it. They're the experts so agreed. My mask arrived about 11 days from my order and they had charged me the undiscounted amount for the exchanged product. Probably on oversight and quickly refunded when I emailed them. But the ear straps pull my ears forward, this can't be right. So all in all, a bit frustrating and I don't know if this mask will stay on for my next long haul flight, I have low immunity so the mask is really important to me :(

I'd ordered a couple of masks, but they were too small. I contacted the company who provided me with replacements just for the cost of postage, without wanting the original masks to be returned. The whole process was very slick, and the masks are great.
