Nice easy to use website. Fast delivery. Downside is an over the top box it comes in. Make the mask cheaper or put the effort that has gone into the packaging into the mask itself. Thought I was supporting a British made product so a big disappointment when I saw where it was made.

The smaller sized mask had broad ear straps too broad which pulled on the ear. Very uncomfortable so had to get straps altered. Would be better to use a narrower band for the ear strap to fit comfortably behind the ear.

I am still waiting for the delivery of my mask. The tracking does not work, so I cannot tell when it will get here

Ordered 3 masks, got email saying 1 was out of stock and to pick a different style. I did. Got another email saying another one was out of stock. I said to cancel the order. At the time of order, the stock level on your website said they were in stock. It's 2023. Get a real time inventory system. As a result of this poor experience, I will not be buying (or attempt to buy) from Cambridge again.
