I don't know unfortunately how the product is because I have never received it. Hopefully I will get my money back. Frustrating experience. I would really need it, had to order somewhere else.

Cambridge masks give the ultimate reassurance; protection against CV-19, comfortable, and attractive (as far as facemasks can be). Next week I am off to London for the first time since the pandemic, and taking a Cambridge mask as protection gives me confidence. MoD level filtration, and a mask that looks good and adjusts to my needs is essential (I have trouble with ear loops, so the adjustab;e headstraps are invaluable). Thank you Cambridge Mask Co.

Prompt service. Great product

The masks I bought most recently seem unsafe and low quality. The foam in the exhale valve is thin and cut smaller than the opening. I can see daylight around the edges of the foam and I can smell dust, etc while wearing the mask. This was NOT the case with Cambridge masks I purchased in 2020 and 2021 (which I was VERY pleased with), so I am extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing again until I’m certain these quality issues have been resolved.

I work in the medical field in an opthalmologist office here in Maryland. For the most part, my regular cloth face masks were working just fine. However, with more people getting out and about, I have noticed more patients coming in smelling strongly of cannabis. I have also noticed that me being near these patients, or even just catching the scent of the drug, was making me dizzy and giving me headaches for the following 30 to 60 (sometimes longer) minutes. I needed -NEEDED- to find something that would block out the smell! After several days of researching other masks, I found your mask and website. I was impressed by the descriptions, but mostly by the testimonials of your customers. On Friday, I made an order from a local home and garden shop that carries your masks; the masks arrived on Monday. I have worn one of the masks for two days now while working and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!!!! I wear it a bit loose during normal times (covered but not tight). Once I notice even the tiniest hint of cannabis, I tighten the mask up and am able to get through the patient visit with no problems! I love the loops on the chin that allow me to custom fit the mask, and the adjustability of nose piece as well. The extra strap that attaches to the ear loops has been an ear saver! The fact that I am able to get through my day without becoming dizzy and I'll from unexpected scents or aromas is the best part of all of it! Your mask has literally saved me! After reading my 1 star rating the company responded to my request for further information and a possible exchange to an unopened mask. So far I will raise my review rating, but will have to see if it all works out.

I just received my 2nd batch of Cambridge masks. I got Dorians this time (previously it was Admiral) specifically for the color. To my dismay, the color is way different that on the website. It's supposed to be charcoal grey but it's actually silver grey. Secondly, (and confirmed through chat support) sizing has had some modifications. I'm a large but the Dorians are a bit bigger compared to the Admirals. Modifications should be indicated on the website so customers are well informed. Overall, the masks are still superior in quality and protection. With my Dorians though, I need to pull extensively the string loop to get a snug fit. Yeah, looks funny having 2 huge loops dangling from your mask too....

This is one of my favourite companies - helpful, knowledgable and generous plus they have a great product!
