I have bought masks from your company on a number of occasions since the pandemic started. Service has been good and the product is excellent. Shipping time was a little long but otherwise I'm very satiisfied. Barry Murphy

These are good masks but the ear loops are too big, not very stretchy and require a lot of fiddling with to get a good fit.

Unfortunately it didn't fit. Ear loops far too big. So I didn’t wear it. However, Cambridge Mask Co has given a first class service in trying to get an alternative mask to fit, sending replacements. The quality of the mask is excellent, the best I have seen or used but getting the right fit remains a problem when you buy ' blind'.

Cambridge offers a good selection of styles and colours and the masks are very good quality and well made. I accidentally ordered the wrong size online, but my urgent SOS message was handled very quickly and in a very friendly manner and the order was changed with no problem! Thank you.

It's always great - and seems increasingly rare - when a company does what they say. Having gotten COVID early into the pandemic (before I knew about Cambridge Masks) I DO NOT want it ever again. It's not "just" the flu. Cambridge Masks are what allow me to be comfortable at work, in stores, walking through crowds - on an airplane. I don't not go places because of Cambridge. Thank you!

I ordered 2 masks. The first was a large size. But the second somehow arrived size small. I never opened the box. I carefully followed return instructions and even talked to an Ohio represented. I spent $5.00 on postage. Weeks went by and never received the large size Botanist. My USPS receipt showed that it was received 2 weeks ago. I called the Ohio representative. She apologized and admitted it had been received. She would call me the following day to make sure it was sent. Four days went by before the call came and it was still not sent. I called today and it was still not sent but assured me it will go out very soon. We shall see.
