Love my mask. Comfortable and more protective than an N95. Love the new colors. Customer care always very responsive and excellent.

Personally I find them a bit on the small size, got the medium and a bit difficult to breath and strap tight behind ears, so bought the large. Otherwise think they are great.

Bought a replacement mask because the one I had was getting old. I love these masks for their filtering abilities and pretty patterns. They have kept me safe through transplant and through Covid as a high risk person. Also very comfy!

The masks arrived very promptly. They are nicely packed and look nice. However, a little less packaging would be good - the box they come in is, perhaps, not necessary. They fit very well especially with the foam nose piece. Then foam nose piece does come loose quickly however, so I had to stitch mine in, and you can only buy replacements with the neck strap (which does not wear out as fast). Being able to buy separately would be better. It would also be better if these were machine washable - a reusable mask should really be able to be washed on a gentle cycle to make it's use easier even if it doesn't increase the life of the product, I feel you want to wash something you often wear over your mouth and nose! These say only to handwash. Overall very good. Love the colours/patterns.

Due to airline restrictions I ordered a non valve mask from Cambridge Mask Co but unfortunately I was unable to breathe with it whilst sitting on the sofa. Therefore walking through an airport concourse would be impossible. After reading my review on Trustpilot and as a gesture of goodwill Cambridge Mask Co organised a full refund. This was totally unexpected but I am delighted with the outcome. Thank you.

Cambridge Mask, after have issue of mask tendency slide off ears, sent me a small, unfortunately though now stays tight on face but for me rather too tight around ears. Not a total loss, however, gave to family member to try, had not the same issue,
