I had to chase up my original order as it did not arrive when it should have. When I finally received the product it was not the one I had ordered. The only reason I have given them more than 1 star is because they responded politely and promptly to my email.

Upon my first experience of using officestationery.co.uk, I requested to search available WINDOW envelopes, but did not notice that I was rerouted to ALL envelopes instead. Therefore, although I believed I was ordering window envelopes, I was, in fact, ordering plain envelopes. This cost me the best part of £10.00 to return the unrequired items. I prefer to use companies which provide an accurate and first-time user-friendly websites.
