After I placed my order I was rung by a very polite lady telling me that the colour of the diary I had ordered was actually no longer available and did I want a refund or would another colour do …. I choose another colour and I received my order a couple of days later. Brilliant service.

Superb service given by Office Stationery, so efficient and professional in every way. I ordered lever arch files and plastic inserts very late at night. The next day received a phone call saying the lever arch files were a different size to the inserts, did I intend this to be. I was so grateful as I was filing urgent paperwork that this was pointed out as I would have spent valuable time sending the wrong order back and re-ordering the correct size. Shows that every order is scrutinised not automatically picked and sent. Thank you so much.
