Ordered some folders needed for a work…
Ordered some folders needed for a work conference arrived the next morning. Realised I ordered too many so called and spoke to friendly lady who said I could return what I didn't need. This I did and money back on my card within a day of receipt. Fantastic service!
Unreasonable, blunt & high return fee.
Was 1 day late advising a return (15 days) as chair is really not comfortable and they said there was no flexibility. Considering the 35% restocking charge that seems unreasonable. Not great customer service, blunt & no response to my last email. Maybe as an individual I’m not valued. I have been hounded for a review so here it is.

Low prices and excellent service from these guys and girls! Swapped from my usual supplier of a number of years who seem to have gone downhill over recent months by putting up prices way more than others, delivery has been poor and trying to get through to someone to resolve issues is near on impossible! No such service from Office Stationery who are like a breath of fresh air! Prices are very good, ordered late afternoon and delivered within 2 days without having to chase. I even got a free bag of sweets with my order which put a smile on the face of the staff in the office! Website is very easy to use with a huge selection of everything the office could need.

Purchase and delivery of a pedestal was good, nothing to fault the company about. However, do check their restocking fees! After receiving the pedestal, I realised the colour palette would not work with my office and decided to return. Upon contacting them, I was informed of a restocking fee of 30%. The product page is unclear and this was a genuine omission on my part. "We are happy to refund or exchange standard items purchased from Office Stationery with in 14 days or purchase. We have no restocking fees for standard items. Returned items must be in original packing and as new." It is not clear why a stock pedestal is non-standard or custom, but this information is not clear under the product page. It would have helped knowing this before ordering. In my view if not on the page, it does not automatically imply the item has restock fees. So do clarify with them before ordering, as you may end up with an item you don't want and unreasonable return cost.
