Everything has gone smoothly as planned

I am fairly satisfied with all my dealings. My only complaint is that they don't seem to handle certain creditors in a timely manner. I have been with them for almost a year, yet I am still getting the same calls and now calls from collection agencies. My understanding was that all creditors would be notified of my situation. That has not been the case. Maybe I was mistaken in this thinking. But all their representatives are very professional and courteous. No complaints there.

This company has given me peace of mind and I feel more secure about my financial future.
