Kudos to Sydney and email team

I want to let you know that when I first became a client I was not over joyed with your response to emails as most of the time all I received was the automated response even though I had asked a specific question and asked for a response. In the past month this has change dramatically in that I am now receiving answers to my inquiries not just the automated email response. I spoke with Tina in Customer Service today and was advised about a month ago some of the Customer Service reps were moved over to the email team to assist in answering emails and Sydney was the one who ha.s been answering my email questions I now have faith in my questions being answered via email. A month ago my rating would have been a 3 but since this change was made it is a 5. Keep up the great customer service Sydney. Jeff Paseka
