Bought new product definitly second hand

I paid around £6.00+ for postage and I didn't get the item in the specified time scale. So in my opinion it was pointless to pay the extra. I paid the extra to get the item in time for a special birthday and is didn't arrive. Don't go blaming Covid19, because other suppliers don't have issues. In my view I should have the postage refunded but in the grand scheme of things, I cannot be bothered to pursue. Having written this review, within 21 mins, Love Tiki have replied with an apology and arrange the refund of the shipping cost. Thank you. Faith restored.

My item was supposed to be delivered in 2 - 5 days. 10 days later and it still hasn’t arrived and no explanation as to why
