Delivered quickly and at a reasonable price

The items took 2 weeks to arrive after the 1st shipment was lost. After it was reported the first shipment was lost it took almost a week to send a replacement. I would have expected this to have been dealt with urgently and as a priority with an IMMEDIATE replacement issued and shipped. The items then arrived and were wrong but a replacement was then immediately issued and promptly received. The items are all of a nice standard and were well packaged. If it wasn’t for the delay of sending the initial replacements I would have given 5* as they were very accommodating to my requests other than for this issue and it wasn’t their fault these were lost, it just could have been rectified sooner.

Great products and amazingly quick delivery

The enamel dishes I ordered are good solid bases with a thick coat of enamel exactly what I wanted and what I ordered! Admittedly I paid extra for early postage but nonetheless they arrived in record time and so well wrapped it was like the old party game of pass the parcel trying to get to the prize within! Great product and excellent service at a price that is fair, what more could you ask? I recommend Love Tiki confident in the knowledge you won't be disappointed!
