It still hasn't arrived and you haven't returned my call as to why it when I can expect it.

Dreadful. Ordered item online, told to wait until January for re-stock. That's fine - kind offer of refund or alternative. No item received, no communication come due date. Got in touch ten days later. Told to wait until next day. Received two out of twenty two items. Got in touch again. Told to wait another few days. Item finally received. No offer of compensation or perhaps a discount for the inconvenience. Come on guys - that's really poor service. And you know it.

An unusual product - really good quality at an excellent price. When I contacted the customer service team the phone was answered quickly and my question was dealt with by a very efficient and friendly member of staff.

The item was not good and when I attempted to return it the parcel cost £14 almost same value as purchase price.
