Passion fruit purée came in a pouch then packaged in a huge box which was wasteful. The purée was nice but quite sour. Had a few delivery issues but they were resolved and I got it in time for my event.

Item not received, and no one is contacting me regarding my delivery. Should of been here 31st December and then the 2nd January

Value of goods excellent. Delivery is a problem. I have twice ordered with extra cost (£7.94) for next day delivery. On both occasions they took 4 days to arrive! Apparently they don't count Saturdays and Sundays as 'next day'. DPD deliver. DPD often deliver from other companies at weekends, so why Love Tiki can't get weekend deliveries is beyond me!! They were kind enough to refund delivery cost.

quick fast. only downside is that they display a copper coley jigger yet dont stock any. delivery is also quite expensive

good clear site for buying from. My item was out of stock but got an email telling me this and offering alternatives. I chose to wait and my item was delivered a few days later when back in stock. Good customer service. Would use them again and recommend them.
