My carbon fiber rtt won't close fully even after completely deflating the mattress, I am super stressed it took me over a couple hour to close the tent and yet there are large gaps on both side and as I am in NYC we get rain at least twice a week and I'm really worried about mold. *** TRIED sending this msg through SUPPORT but it never went through***

It is a great, low profile, low weight tent. It installed easily. It looks great. It came with more attachment brackets than I needed. It is so low profile it doesn't look like a tent. Communications with IO have been very good with timely responses to my emails (One asking when the tent would be available and one for a small warranty claim.) I do have a couple of suggestions. First, as I expected, there is wind noise with the tent. I recognize that everybody's experience will be different based on vehicle, rack, amount of overhang, distance from roof, etc. Still, a database or list of users' solutions (and maybe failures) to minimize wind noise would be helpful. Every buyer should expect increased wind noise. You are putting something extra on the vehicle. Wind noise will happen,. In my case, I guessed right at the exact cause. My noise started as a low whoosh at about 30 mph and increased with speed. I guessed that this was caused by about 18" of overhang at just under 2" from the roof of my F-150. My temporary solution was to buy a piece of 2" diameter foam pipe insulation and a piece of 1" diameter pvc pipe. I cut but to fit between the two mounting rails, put the pipe inside the insulation and thread a piece of paracord through the pipe. I then pushed the insulated pipe between the tent and cab using the paracord to tie it in place. Wind noise virtually completely eliminated. My long term plan is to buy some 3060 T-slot extrusion, cut it to fit the full width of the tent and match the roof contour, find a suitable car weatherstrip to protect the vehicle roof and bolt it the t-slot rails of the tent. The second suggestion is to maybe have a mounting diagram on your website or links to a couple of YouTube installation videos. It is not absolutely necessary and users need to appreciate that there are significant differences in racks (we didn't use any of the supplied brackets with our HMOR rack) so no one video can address every situation; we figured it out just by looking at the supplied parts. Truthfully, getting the supplied rubber strip inserted took longer than mounting the tent. I am going to look for a better ladder. The telescoping ladder has a lot of flex that makes getting into and out of the tent a little nervewracking. IO, thank you for a great product.

Customer Service was great. Went and picked up the tent at their HQ, and they even helped me load it in the car Don't see that very often!!

This is a perfect short term rtt, it's lightweight and easy to install and take off for short trips. Not a tent for cold temps though

Even though I cancelled my order the customer service was great. They ensure my refund was processed in a timely manner. Order was only cancel because I needed the tent soon. I was able to purchase the same tent in new condition from someone else.

Fantastic Tent, really well made and efficient delivery. Did state it came with all required tools but did not come with a Hex key which was required.

The tent is comfortable and easy to set up/break down. It's light enough that it doesn't effect my gas mileage!
