I am thankful that there is an option to save money by picking up an RTT locally to save on shipping costs. It would be great if the staff at the pickup site was knowledgeable and friendly.

I was on vacation in the California desert. I had no service and didn’t receive the email about the payoff for the rtt. By the time I had service again, I received a 2nd email and only had a couple of days left to pay the balance. Some advanced notice would have been great. I thought final payment was due at pickup. I never had any correspondence otherwise. Communication goes a long way.

So far, customer service is top-notch. Website is clear and easy to navigate. IO clearly wants to change how the Overland ideal is played.

Everyone I spoke with and asked questions of were very helpful with my particular vehicle. They even sent me a link to pictures of a similar vehicle and how they mounted their tent.

My tent got delivered within a week after I ordered it on a Friday. However the shipping company damaged it. I reached out to customer support and they asked for pictures, filed a claim against the carrier, and about 2 weeks after that they sent me a brand new tent free of charge. Even told me to keep the damaged one. The damage was so minimal but still not up to Inspired Overlands standards. While it may have costed more for them to pay to have it sent back, they told me to keep it which I ended up giving the other a to friend. Customer service is great even though it might be a little slow to respond. The tent is great. I had to replace the mattress because I am a side sleeping and 1-2 inches of foam wasn’t cutting it. The zipper is great, the tent is easy to setup. The rain fly could use some more engineering love but overall works. This thing has been mounted to my 4Runner and gone through 2 rounds of hurricane winds(60-70mph) on top of me going 50-60 mph. The mounts are solid but the frame shakes. As long as you don’t look through the sunroof at the tent while going fast, you have nothing to worry about.

Very responsive to my questions. They even helped me load the RTT on top of my truck and didn't mind putting away the box for me.

Awesome job on delivery. My product came in perfect condition. It got her in a timely manor. I was kept updated through out the whole purchasing and delivery process.

Easy site to navigate and great products. Looking forward to my new RTT…
