Vi har fået en fantastisk kundeservice ved vores første el bil. De tager sig meget tid til deres kunder og holder gerne åbent sent så vi havde mulighed for at komme og se bilen. Ved afhentning af bilen blev vi sat ind i det hele omkring apps og ladning.

Fremragende kundeservice
Jeg var lidt nervøs for at købe en bil ubeset - over nettet. Men efter at have talt med Jesper telefonisk (flere gange) følte jeg mig helt tryg. Pure drive yder en fantastisk kundeservice - ikke nok med Jesper, men også hans datter Josephine der en onsdag brugte en hel dag på at køre bilen over til os i Nordsjælland og tage tog tilbage. Jeg kan varmt anbefale Pure drive - hvis du er på jagt efter en elbil....den kan du selvfølgelig finde mange steder...men hvis du også vil have fremragende kundeservice så er du landet det rigtige sted.

Vi var på udkig efter en Mini Cooper SE men da de ikke havde én med det udstyr vi gerne ville have var Jesper super behjælpelig med at hente den helt rigtige hjem fra Tyskland. Vi købte vores nye bil hos Puredrive, og vi er overvældede af den super service, vi modtog. Fra det øjeblik vi trådte ind, følte vi os velkomne og blev taget godt imod af Jesper. Især gjorde Josephine en stor forskel! Josephine var en sand fornøjelse at handle med. Hendes venlighed, professionalisme og dedikation gjorde hele købsprocessen til en god oplevelse. Hun var altid klar til at besvare vores spørgsmål og sørgede for, at alt forløb glat og smertefrit, selv uger efter handel var overstået! Hos Puredrive var bilkøbet en virkelig god oplevelse, og vi kan varmt anbefale dem til alle, der er på udkig efter en ny bil(eller brugt bil). The momos are super tasty
The momos are super tasty, plump and delicious. Our faves are the beef ones. Love the sauces and salad they come with too. We pre-warmed plates beforehand but all arrived in perfect condition and temperature (we live 5 mins walk away). Our kids love them too. Brilliant, friendly service, ready bang on time and dealt with allergy questions really well. All in all a fab choice for the night you don’t want to cook and fancy a treat.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Dealt with Ian in the office who organised a driver to attend and deliver a very important parcel to a client. What we really were impressed with was the punctuality of the driver who loaded the parcel in his vehicle and delivered it directly. This minimised the the possibility of the parcel going missing or getting damaged. It also felt like it was one of team members who delivered the item and the client even commented on they were impressed that we sent a member of our team.

Jonas from The Sailing Odyssey is best skipper I have ever met. From the point of sailing he is a really skilled professional and after anchoring he was like one of us...friend. I had a new sailing licence of my own and I wanted to earn more skills...Jonas was the best teacher from theoretical and practlical part as well. My goal is to go sailing on my own but on the other side I wish there will be an opportunity to hire Jonas again.

Amazing experience in Greece with Jonas. He took care of everything, we just had to sit back and enjoy the trip. We saw amazing islands (kythnos, syros etc…) starting in Athens. Jonas was very kind and very professional. He took us to some more remote and less touristy spots. The boat was bigger than I expected and very luxurious.
