After having a very bad fall at 5pm last Saturday evening. I tripped up the step opposite Holywell house and slammed down on my hands,knees and smacked my head on the pavement. My personal trainer Di, set to work on me today, Tuesday. I had so much pain in every joint and muscle 😫 after my hour and much pain.... I walked out in a Very different guy.. Di, your skill is amazing 👏

I attended a rehab session today with Di after picking up numerous injurys and must say it was amazing. After just 1 hour I left feeling extremely loose and able to move more freely than I have in years. The passion and knowledge that Di possesses is beyond amazing and I will definitely be returning for more sessions. Extremly well priced, clean and a friendly environment. Thank you Di.

I do 2 classes and i love them, Chris and Laura really hone in on what you require and tweak things to suit and help push me in a controlled and motivating way. Joined a year ago, Di and the team of PTs are professional, friendly and supportive. I enjoy working towards strength goals , what works well is that whatever your goals the variety of classes are tailored towards them. Small groups , great bunch of gym goers who are a pleasure to train with. I love everything about it. Come and join us and get your confidence back.

I've trained with PTs before and been to gyms but the set up that Diane has is great. I had a free assessment which identified what I wanted and the best way to achieve my goals. Chris who is my PT is fantastic. He honed in straight away on how I wanted to train and what I wanted to get out of the sessions. I haven't tried the group classes but the gym is well equipped and I get a full body workout which pushes me to achieve more each week. Diane is very experienced and along with her staff will tailor the best kind of exercise for you, even if you've not been to a gym for a while like me! Every session is a challenge and different which keeps it interesting. I'm also impressed that Chris is a fully trained professional dancer which adds another level of expertise to my training with him.

I have trained with Di at Active Aims for over 30 years. I am now 88 & & still reasonably fit which I credit to my activities with Di over the years Eddie D

However, after a week, I got my shoes, just (or better) than described. Really amazing work you're doing. but just to be balanced, the ordering could be much smoother. I never received any type of purchase confirmation, and thought I was scammed.

Love the product. Hate the ordering process. after paying via Venmo. Never got any confirmation. Thought I got ripped off. waited a period of time before opening a fraud case with Venmo. After I contacted Nagaba Customer Service and they replied that they had no record of my purchase. After the Venmo fraud case was open. Nagaba emailed me a Invoice + Tracking number. The most upsetting part of my experience was; after Nagaba Customer Service told he they had no record of my purchase. I asked a few more question and was ghosted... HARD!

A friend recommended Nagaba shoes to me, as we both prefer vegan leather products and LOVE shoes. She ordered a cute pair of Doc Martin style boots and they looked really nice.I ordered the navy-colored "Silvia" style as it had a European-vibe to it. Although the manufacturer is in Europe, the shoes arrived in just a couple of days. I instantly loved the look - very luxe but in an understated way - and the details of hand- stitching and green-contrast sole made them look very high-end. They went on like a glove, extremely comfortable. They're my new go-to walking or casual shoe and I've tested them on several very long San Francisco hikes. I highly recommend this line.

Nagaba rates high for me because when I ordered a regular pair and a custom pair, the company wisely held back the custom pair to make sure I was happy with the chosen size. It turned out that my orthotics couldn’t fit because the insole can’t be removed. Nagaba is now working to see if they can alter their design and keep the integrity of the shoe. That’s service.

During March 2025 me and friend travelled to Nepal to complete the Langtang Trek and climbed Charku Ri (5000m). Wangda Sherpa was our guide and we could not have asked for a better person. The trek took us to places that most people would never see in a lifetime and the memories made will stay with me forever. Wangda is a highly skilled and knowledgeable guide who made the trek all the more memorable. He bought an almost family like feeling to the trek. I would 100% recommend Trekker Nepal to anyone who wants to experience what Nepal has to offer.

My trip to the langtang valley in March 2025 was one I will never forget and the fantastic Wangda Sherpa made it so. If you’re looking to do any trekking in Nepal then I can highly recommend him. As mentioned in another review he brings an almost “family” touch to the experience which helps it to feel much more authentic when exploring these fascinating places. Authenticity is something Wangda feels strongly is key to any trek and certainly ensures to give as part of the experience which I feel would set him apart from any other trekkers. He is a kind, caring, and interesting person so was a great person to be there to introduce me to Nepal. I will definitely return and will absolutely be sure to use Wangda’s services again and recommend you do so too.

I have recently returned to my home from Kathmandu having completed a 10 day trek with Trekker Nepal PVT. Ltd, being the Thole Demba Pikey Trek. Having twice done higher treks, I was charmed by this varied trek, We trekked through farms, mountain pasture, rice paddies, tropical rainforest and high plateaus with wonderful mountain views. From the beginning it was plain that this was a family affair and we were joined by the guide’s wife and various blood relatives and it was clear that they were all enthusiastic to promote the success of the trek. We stayed at the home of Lapka, our guide and walked through his pasture and farm . Because of our guides connections we were able to access temples and areas that would not have otherwise been open to us. As we walked through rainforest, Lapka harvested fungi which were cooked for our meals the same day. For me, the trek was a joy and I recommend Trekker Nepal to those who would appreciate a more family and intimate access to Nepal
