People are very easy to work with and respond quickly to any questions that come up. They arranged a driver to pick us up from train and he made sure we were settled in the space before leaving.

Sybille, nous avait bien expliqué les valeurs familiales véhiculées à la Villa Koutoubia par le propriétaire et sa famille mais vivre l’expérience était dotant plus impressionnant. C’est une maison où il fait bon vivre en famille ou entres amis. Nous planifions déjà de revenir y séjourner. Nous sommes également très heureux d’avoir eu la chance de travailler avec Sybille, pour l’organisation de ce grand jour. Sybille nous a même aidé à trouver un transporteur pour le voyage. Abderrahim; gérant des navettes a su assurer les différents trajets que nous avions planifié. Il a même organisé un prolongement pour faire le tour du Maroc avec un groupe d’invités (réservation hôtel, restaurant, activité à la clef). C’était super! Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle en famille dans cette magnifique villa Shems, accueillis chaleureusement par Marie-France et Patrick dans un domaine de grand standing. La villa est spacieuse, pleine de charme et décorée avec goût, alliant style berbère, moderne et touches africaines. Les multiples terrasses, le jardin et la grande piscine, où nous avons passé la majeure partie de notre temps à nous détendre, ajoutent au plaisir du séjour. Une bibliothèque et des jeux de société sont également disponibles pour les amateurs de lecture et de jeux… Amina et Nordine, ont ete aux petits soins, tandis que Hassan, le gardien et jardinier toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins, même à laver notre voiture. Marie-France et Patrick sont des hôtes remarquables, très professionnels et attentifs. Leur réactivité et leur disponibilité ont grandement contribué à rendre notre séjour relaxant et agréable. Malgré la distance de 35 minutes environ de Marrakech centre cet endroit est vivement recommandé pour la qualité de la villa et l'excellence de l'accueil. Nous envisageons déjà de revenir pour renouveler cette belle expérience.

Dommage que je ne puisse pas mettre 0 étoile, Sybille nous a loué une maison au Maroc avec mon groupe d'amis. Les femmes, je précise qui sont françaises et avaient leur passeport FRANCAIS sur elles, ont été agressé par le majordome et viré de la maison. Nous avons été choqué. Même Sybille pensait que le majordome était "sous drogue" mais n'a rien fait pour arranger la situation. Elle nous avait promis un changement de maison, mais elle n'a pas tenu parole. Faites attention !

Pour la troisième fois nous louons une villa à Marrakech par l’intermédiaire de Feel Luxury et surtout avec l’aide précieuse de Sybille CABALÉ. I signed up to Gold Star Pro, recently, to simplify the tech I was using in my business (across many different providers, with many logons and payment plans) and to automate more of my processes. And I haven't been disappointed. The software is really easy to use and it's a massive benefit to be able to do everything from one dashboard. But it's the support that I've been most impressed with. The online calls have guided me through any tech queries I have, resolving them in minutes (without me having to watch endless YouTube videos which still don't solve the problem!). We were recommended to stay at the Glade end whilst visiting the Hand and Flowers, and it was just perfect. I actually booked through another website who actually cancelled our original booking. When I contacted Glade end personally they were so helpful and accommodating taking the stress away from the situation. The location was perfect, the facilities were just what we wanted, and the breakfast was fabulous!!! We will definitely be coming back if we ever visit again thank you :)

I am renovating my first house and always knew that I wanted to have a heat pump installed. I initially chose to go through a large energy company as I felt this was 'safer' - however, at this moment in time, they only offer retrofitting, so it was difficult to organise as I was mid-renovation. Additionally, I found out that they had huge waiting times for installation (10-15 weeks) which for a house without a heating system (in winter) is just not feasible. It was the end of November and I was desperate to have a heat pump fitted before Christmas. I found Green Electro Heating through the 'Vaillant Heat Pump installers by you' feature - they were the top rated / most experienced installers. I called and Dorina was supremely organised and a calming presence (when I was not!). She understood the time pressure I was under and managed to get Ionut to conduct a heat loss survey within a week. I met Ionut at the house and he answered all my questions clearly and explained to me how the system would work. He managed to send me the calculations later that day so I could order appropriate radiators asap. This enabled the installation to occur the week after meaning that start to finish everything happened within 2-weeks. I cannot recommend Green Electro Heating highly enough - especially for anyone who is interested in having a heat pump installed but is wanting to complete renovations at the same time. Ionut and his team are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient.
