Had an earache which disappeared with this service and hearing is miles better! Ammaar came for a home visit and was exceptional in ensuring I was prepared for the ear clean and he was extremely knowledgeable in his advice! He even showed pictures of the ear cleanse and ear wax being removed and explained aspects of what the picture displayed. The process was efficient, comfortable and professional. No wonder Surge are going out of business - first off there was a loose screw floating around in the box when I unpacked my new Tern HSD P10. I took the bike to my local bike store a Tern dealer who I have used for over 25 years and they told me it was a crucial part which holds the wheel in place. They fixed this and checked the screw on the other side. Because of this I thought I better get a full service in case anything else was loose. My local store were the bike was being serviced then rang me to let me know the rear tyre was deformed in two places and rubbing on the chain, frame and mudguard. I spoke to Matt Cooke at Surge who completely deigned the bike left his workshop in that condition and implied I was lying about the loose screw in the box and that the bike store I was using was mistaken. He said Surge thoroughly check and road test all bikes they sell. Which I didn't believe as I had to pump the tyres up before riding it as they were so low and the new bike service check list that came with the bike was not completed. Matt did not offer any sort of apology and treated me as if I did not matter. In my experience once they have your money there is zero customer care. Unfortunately, not a company I would recommend or trust.

With severe COPD and heart failure I had doubts as to whether the Tern QuickHaul P9 would give me the mobility I lacked having been housebound for the last year. It has exceeded my expectations, making it almost effortless to carry heavy shopping whilst wearing winter clothing I could hardly stand up and walk in. I am genuinely amazed at the ease of transport this provides and am looking forward to travelling just for the 'joy of the open road' (with apologies to Mr. Toad and Kenneth Graham). Fascinating to watch the mattress 'come alive' as you unpack it. Initially I was unsure about the safe packaging knife that came with it but it was extremely satisfying as the plastic separated like a warm knife through butter! And then the mattress kind of breathes and takes on a life of its own. When we checked the next morning it had fully grown, taken complete shape and was a joy to lay on. We have the IDYLL double mattress and can highly recommend it.

I surprised my husband and all my guests on our wedding 8th Nov this year with these fabulous singing waiters. I would not recommend this clinic under any circumstances. I refrained from leaving a negative review immediately, as I wanted to wait for the final results before sharing my experience. However, after undergoing a hair transplant at this clinic in October 2023—nearly 16 months ago—the results have been deeply disappointing. Here are some major red flags that I either failed to notice before booking my appointment or realized too late. And if you're wondering, yes, it is highly likely that many of the positive reviews here are fake. Red Flags: Poor Communication & Staff Turnover After scheduling my appointment, I followed up a month later only to find that the person I had been in contact with had disappeared. Another staff member then took over my case. While this might seem normal, it made sense in hindsight considering the other issues I encountered. Lack of Transparency About the Surgeon I specifically asked for the name of the professional who would perform my procedure, and they provided one. However, upon arriving in Turkey, I realized that their internal communication was lacking. I had to remind them of our prior agreement to ensure I was assigned the same person. Initially scheduled for the morning of the second day, my procedure was abruptly rescheduled to 7 PM the night before. This unexpected change was highly unprofessional. Premature Review Requests Just a few days after the procedure, they reached out, asking me to leave a review, emphasizing its importance. This raised concerns, as they had repeatedly told me that I would need to wait a year to see results. If their success rate were high, why would they ask for reviews so soon? Freelance-Based Operation Almost every time I contacted the clinic, I was met with a different staff member. This indicates that they rely heavily on freelancers rather than having a stable, dedicated medical team. I regret not recognizing this as a major red flag when I first noticed personnel changes. The Results: Overharvesting of Donor Area The sides of my head were unnecessarily overharvested, and even after 1.5 years, they have not recovered. This left me with low density and bald spots, despite having plenty of hair at the back of my head that could have been used instead. Low Hair Regrowth Rate By my estimation, more than half of the transplanted hairs did not regrow. Given the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. I would have been willing to pay more for better results, but unfortunately, it’s too late now. Uneven & Patchy Growth The transplanted area is visibly patchy, with one side noticeably denser than the other. I expect the clinic to blame post-procedure care, but I fail to see how I could have cared for one half of my head differently from the other. Do not waste your money or, more importantly, your precious donor area hair at this clinic. I cannot stress enough the importance of doing thorough research and finding professionals with a proven track record of good results. The positive reviews here are most likely bought—do not trust them blindly.

I chose HairNeva because of the results I’ve seen and after lots of research they were the ones I ended up deciding on. What an experience. Highs and lows but at the end of it, it was a home run. Hard to really prepare mentally so I would recommend booking and enjoying the journey. There main focus is to give you the best results. Comfort is secondary but learned many reasons for that. The staff were awesome and I highly recommend HairNeva!

The entire staff and team were very professional, courteous and thorough. I felt as though I was taken well care of and made to feel comfortable. Ammar is very helpful and precise with his presentation of all information relating to the surgery, after the surgery and care. He takes his job seriously and does it very well. The clinic is state of the art, clean, inviting and comfortable. I would recommend Dr Go and his staff at HairNeva to anyone wanting this procedure.

I did my hair transplant here about 18 months ago and couldn’t be happier with the results. The whole procedure was explained perfectly with staff who were readily available and time of the day before, during and after the procedure via WhatsApp, the phone or at the clinic. I have now grown a man bun which I’ve always wanted to do. The staff were all very friendly. The procedure was on the whole painless though the anaesthetic was pretty bad though it only lasted about 5 mins max before the head was numb. I couldn’t be happier with the results now! The only improvement I’d make would be that the staff doing the transplant spoke better English. Thanks again HairNeva for my hair transformation. From initial contact, HairNeva was very responsive and informative. They gave great confidence in knowing that I would be traveling to a foreign country. It was a very easy process and the rate was all inclusive including hotel and airport transportation. At the facility, was greeted and treated well. Highly recommend this company for installation of a water softener. We wanted a one stop shop from a company with a good reputation and plenty of experience and that is exactly what we got. From start to finish we were in the best hands. The communication was faultless and Lawrence and his team are such great guys. If you want a water softener installed you won't be disappointed with Hydroworks.

A God send and no exaggeration! After being with a big company (Harveys Water Softeners) for over 4 years, I was very much disappointed and let down by their poor workmanship, terrible customer service and exorbitant prices. I came across Hydroworks when trying to have a water softener installed in my current property. Something that a big company like Harveys should have been able to have managed, but whom seemed incapable or unwilling to do - and so after 6 months of wasting my time I took my business elsewhere and this was how I came across Hydroworks. Laurence from Hydroworks came out and did a property survey and gave me a quote straightaway. I was so excited and relieved that the company were willing to try and provide me with a solution to my less than straightforward installation. Laurence was very patient and showed a genuine appreciation for my previous experiences and ongoing needs. He took time out to work out a viable solution and went through explaining all aspects in detail to me. I was very reassured and confident that he could make it work. I was provided with a reasonable quote and on the day, Jay came out and undertook the installation in a very timely and professional manner. Jay's knowledge and experience in the field, meant that he was able to turn what was initially going to be a tricky and prolonged installation, into a much simpler and less convoluted process. A water softener is essential for my family's needs, as we suffer with eczema and have found that without the softener, the flares are very bad and in truth unbearable to live with. I cannot give credence to just how important a water softener is to me and my family and just how much better our lives are now that the softener has been installed. The customer service, from Bradley at Reception, to Laurence and Jay has been the greatest! I would recommend this company to anyone seeking to have a water softener system installed. They are miles apart from the likes of Harveys and have a genuine care for their customers. They are also very economical (so important in the current crisis). I only wish I could have found them sooner, could have saved me a lot of unnecessary costs and headache.

I recently got to know of Hydroworks after looking out of the window and seeing their van. Also after having a nightmare experience with Harvey water softener directly I decided to give them a go. First the care and service Lawrence administered to us assessing our requirements was second to none. Also their plumbers Dave was exceptional, literally doing the impossible ( Harvey’s plumbers initial assessment) it terms of careful expert fitting of pipe work in what was initially deemed a complicated water set up. Such a wonderful service by this team overall and very informative and patience by Dan and Harry to ensure all our extensive queries were addressed. If you want excellent service of fitting of a water softer there is literally no where else you need to look.

The whole installation went very smoothly with minimal disruption. Laurence the Company Director personally provided us with comprehensive and informed advice on the initial visit. Alex the installer was very helpful in accommodating our requests regarding location of the water softener and expertly fitted quite complex pipework without fuss. The water softener is working perfectly and we are very glad we chose Hydroworks for the installation whom we recommend without reservation.

I called on Friday to discuss water softeners and a member of staff called Daniel spent half an hour explaining the ins and outs of different water softeners. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the fact that he took the time and trouble to help me understand more about the different models. Excellent example of caring for your customers

We experienced another aspect of Hydroworks today as they moved our existing softener to our new house.. Alex was on time and as usual, was immaculate.. the procedure went like clockwork.. describing to me what he was doing as he went. We made the short trip to our new home where he explained he had to use additional hoses as our current ones weren’t long enough then finished by disconnecting the water filter we didn’t need (drinking water) as we didn’t use it / one in our previous house. All in all .. excellent service agayand strongly recommend

Excellent service . Our water softener had a fault which had to be fixed in the workshop. We were given a replacement softener to maintain our softened water. They are a lovely company to deal with .
