All on 4 2nd visit and Completion Recently arrived back in the UK from my second visit to Agagsia after completing my all on 4 procedure. On arrival at Antalya, we were met by our driver who took us to our Hotel. Great transportation, the 242 Tema Hotel is a small hotel but the rooms are very modern, spacious and this time we had a full sea view, the hotel was included in my package and the hotel is in a great location as only 2mins down the road you will find Starbucks, KFC, McDonalds, Burger King, Dominoes, Subway and Shakespear. 20mins walk along the coast takes you into Antalya old town. Had my permanent all on 4 teeth made and fitted by the professional surgeon and dentists, which I am now so happy that I can smile again. The villa as always was very welcoming by the team and so relaxed. The different stages of making sure the teeth looked natural was great before having the final teeth made. They feel so comfortable and look so good. Thank you to all.

I researched for 4/5 months, and found Agasia Dental. I have just flown back from my 1st visit from World Agagsia Dental in Antalya for my all on 4 treatment package. Before travelling, Fatmanur was my Patient Coordinator who covered all aspects needed before travel as I am a type 1 Diabetic, so had to cover all areas of Blood Sugar controls before arrival. On arrival I was met by the driver and transported in an amazing vip transfer minibus to my hotel, which the room was beautiful with free WiFi and very comfortable with sea view. The communication flowed everyday, the dental clinic was 1st class in all aspects of cleanliness, modern, up-to-date with all aspects of dental equipment in a relaxing modern environment, even with a swimming pool. Ebru the patient assistant was always on hand to help and provide drinks or breakfast when I had my appointments. Always on time, always professional, always a top service. I use them regularly for airport runs and local rides. Cars are lovely, comfortable and spotless. More of a chauffeur service than a taxi! Can not rate them enough.

I worked with Scott from Fabrik Property Group when purchasing an off-plan property investment in Manchester called Viadux which is now completed and rented. Scott and the Fabrik team were incredibly patient, professional, and informative throughout the entire process and provided us with valuable insights into British market that we found very helpful.

Fabrik sold me the product which I think worst ever investment decision I have made in my life i.e. off plan apartment booking with X1 Development. X1 Developers have shown untrustworthy and unethical behaviour when it comes to honouring the contract with client. My short story is that I have booked an apartment through Fabirk with X1 developer in one of their apartment at X1 Michigan tower 1. I booked it in Dec 2021. They have taken 35% deposit from me within six months of booking. They promised to build the tower in first quarter of 2024, In October 2023 Fabrik communicate to me they could not build the tower because of financial issues i.e. supply chain issues and inflation and they told me to wait until the inflation and supply chain issues are eased . X1 started building another tower i.e. tower 2(that was suppose to be buit after tower 1) which was fully bought by financial fund so that X1 can improve their cash flows and build our tower. So our tower is further delayed until 2027. Fabrik told me to wait for long stop date for refund and also trying to pursue that I might forgo property capital growth for (unbuilt apartment). Long stop date was 31st Dec 2024 when X1 were suppose to return the deposit. Now I am struggling to get my 35% deposit back which X1 is legally bound to return as per contract. According to Fabrik they are not receiving any replies from X1 Director on our case. I would suggest do not use Fabrik for any future transaction as they deal with X1 Developer in UK.

I first approached X1 through Fabrik investment in 2021 to buy an apartment in their Off Plan Project "Michigan Tower" Unfortunately, my experiences have been overwhelmingly negative with my other four collogues. Even after a lengthy long stop date as per the contract, X1 Developments has not returned the 35% deposit that was taken out through Fabrik . Now, we are waiting and worried about our hard- earned money to be refunded. Their solicitor hasn't even acknowledged.

I had mixed experiences with Fabrik Invest. Initially, the team was very informative and helpful during the sales process. However, after paying the deposit for the Property X1 Media City Manchester, issues began to arise. There were delays in the project's start without clear communication from Fabrik, and I often had to chase updates myself. Despite poor communication, a recent Zoom call with senior staff showed efforts to resolve the situation, promising better updates. On the positive side, the initial guidance and the professionalism of staff like Matt were commendable. Overall, there's room for improvement in communication, but there are also promising aspects.

It's soo good

Initial sales was great, very informative and helpful. Property X1 Media City Manchester was scheduled to complete Q3 '24 with backstop of Q4'25. However it went downhill very quickly after the deposit paid. The "suggested" legal company after 3 months and money paid decided they had too much work on and pulled out of the sale. This must have been known at the time Fabrik suggested them. Then the development has not even broken ground..... Fabrik failed to communicate any issues regarding this or high light the potential delay. It was only after I did some research and contacted them did they admit yes there was a delay. I have repeatedly asked for updates which have been provided only when I have asked then I am told I will be updated when there is any more news but everytime I have to ask. The communcation for any news is horrendous even though I am supposed to be on their mailing list for updates (which never happen) but I do get their sales offers!!! 35% deposit down and a delay which will be over 2 years late at BEST. No income or capital growth coming for 2+ years when I should start getting some return in 2024...Do not touch Fabrik - there are more professional companies out there. Update 04/09/24 I had a zoom call with Dan Harburn (Senior property consultant) and Steve Jacob (CEO) yesterday which was informative. They have explained that they have a supplier problem in the form of X1 for communications. Fabrik team stated that they will pass on more information when they have it and they are trying to work out a solution for me. I will have to see what options are on the table.

It's has a good network

When I signed the ‘unfriendly’ Reservation Agreement at the beginning of the purchase process and paid a non-refundable deposit, I was quite wary of Fabrik, but as Michael and Ashton assisted me with all my concerns and needs, I realised that Fabrik was really doing everything to provide me with whatever I required and at no extra cost to me. Michael even took videos of the apartment, marked all changes on the plans, arranged for my lease agreement with my tenant to be drawn up and signed, and so on. Both Michael and Ashton were really proactive in all respects, addressing my concerns and taking all pressure off me. So yes, I would do business with Fabrik again without any hesitation, and can recommend Fabrik with confidence. Their service is truly commendable.

Henal and Ashton made our first property investment experience a walk in the park. They helped simplify the process for us, negotiated on our behalf and got us a great deal. Fabrik are really the place to turn to, no matter the budget. They don’t push you into unnecessary high risk investments and they really listen to what you want to achieve with your investment and help you get there.

Aldrig har jeg oplevet så hurtigt en levering.. Købte mine test omkring kl 10, og da jeg stod op morgen efter var der en mail om at nu var de leveret i min postkasse... Det skulle jeg da lige tjekke... kl. var 06:00.. Jo den var go nok..

Meget nemt at bestille og ekstrem hurtig levering samt information derom. Eneste minus var at DAO pakkepost lagde pakken udenfor min dør uden at ringe på, og andre ville dermed have haft mulighed for at kigge eller måske endda snuppe pakken.

Her køber jeg gerne igen da det både er billigt, hurtigt og diskret.

Efficient sales service and good product

I have always found Workmask extremely helpful. The last time I placed an order I needed the masks urgently for a hospital appointment but postal strikes were looming.
