I have had my teeth finished today finally been a long journey as had to have implants and sinus lift and bone graft so took longer than expected originally But it has been done very professionally as I asked if I could get done quicker but they said no I got to do things properly to let healing done for the best results So was 6 months between implant surgery and all on six teeth fitted My second visit was 12 days as I was told by Berkay on the reception on booking second visit they do not want to rush things and not get it right Berkay has been great throughout my procedure explaining the process throughout my treatment as he speaks excellent English 5 stars to him But the dentist who has do my procedure DR HEDEF Has been brilliant throughout constantly checking everything is.ok and precise fitting I can not thank her enough she is a credit to dental Bosporus along with the rest of the team they all work together in a professional manner I would recommend anyone to go to them for treatment they do a great job

Auf Empfehlung bin ich auf diese Klinik aufmerksam geworden. Schon der erste Eindruck war hervorragend. Ich betrat einen Empfangsraum der von Sauberkeit nur so glänzte und auch im Detail alles anbot was mann sich wünscht inklusive einer Theke für freie Getränke. Herr Berkay Satkin begrüßte mich mit viel Freude und Engagement und stellte sich als mein Klinikbetreuer vor. Er zeigte mir gleich die ganze Klinik und wir besprechen den medizinischen Ablauf für die Woche und tauschten unsere Handynummern aus. Bei jeder Behandlung stand Herr Berkay immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Ärzte/innen unter anderem Frau Dr. Hedef Azimipour sowie auch alle anderen, bestachen durch Ihre professionelle und immer freundliche Art. Nicht zu vergessen ist auch Frau Kubra die alle administrativen Belange problemlos bearbeitet. Meine Begleitung hat sich kurzfristig für ein Laser Bleaching entschieden und dies wurde ohne Probleme in dieser Woche durchgeführt. Das Ergebnis war sensationell...auch hier zeigte sich erneut die professionelle Arbeit des ganzen Teams. Die Philosophie dieser Klinik ist mehr als stimmig. I was recommended to Jane by a close friend and I was in desperate need of some help after returning from a holiday and was extremely constipated!! I had received colonics in the past ( but not for many years) but suspected that I was very blocked!! I phoned Jane on Monday and she was do understanding of my desperation that she offered to see my the following night at 8pm after hours, amazing. At my appointment Jane put my at ease straight away and after a thorough talk about my medical history and lifestyle started the treatment! Having had colonics before I knew what to expect. I had 3 extractions, sinus lift and bone grafts at Antlara. I had transport waiting for me at the airport, and all transportation between hotel and clinic were taken care of and organized by the team via WhatsApp. The treatment was pain-free and the after care was very good. I was given medication and food supplements. The ice packs kept swelling down. Since coming home my sockets are healing nicely and I've been pain and infection free. A special mention to Mahbube, Elif and Batuhan for the warm welcome, hospitality and professionalism. I look forward to returning for the next stage of treatment. Watch this space.

The expertise and customer care at H&D, and the cutting-edge, specialist eyecare equipment used by the practice, simply cannot be rivalled by the big-name high street chains. I've suffered with keratoconus since my teens - about 45 years - and in that time I've had corneal grafts and, more recently, laser surgery in both eyes. I've been treated by more than a dozen eyecare providers, of varying levels of specialisation - and Claire Ranger at H&D was, by miles, the most committed of all them to finding a solution to my very tricky situation. At one point, about a decade ago, a contact lens "specialist" at Vision Express tried just two lenses for my problematic right eye - and then gave up, declaring that there was nothing further that technology could do for me, and that I would have to live with the failing vision. Just had root canal treatment . All I can say that Ali is definitely a perfectionist and he provides excellent operation with great attention to detail. I will definitely recommend him. What a great organisation. Light Medical Ambulance Solutions provided First Aid support for our 5 day summer event and were incredible in planning and during the week. I attended the Emergency First Aid at Work course and am really pleased we chose Light Medical. The location is great; in a recently renovated site with plenty of parking and tea/coffee on hand! The course was well balanced with a mix of providing both knowledge and practical application in a relaxed environment. The course was well paced and I appreciate that the trainer gave us plenty of time to practice CPR and use the defibrillator and only moved on when we were all happy. Thanks Callum and Patrick!

I attended the CPR and AED course which was presented and taught amazingly. It's nice to have a refresher on these things as Patrick said in his lesson 72% of cardiac arrests happen in the household personally I think this is a very important topic to learn.

I attended LightMed’s Initial CPR & AED Training session on the 20th June 2024, as somebody who does not have a wealth of knowledge in this sector I found it extremely intuitive, the trainer Patrick seemed extremely approachable and was open to answer the many of questions I did have. When answering my questions he did so in great detail whilst ensuring I understood his response which I believe is vital when training those who may lack knowledge. I’d love to be in attendance of another training presentation delivered by this company, as quite simply it was eye opening, professional and the execution was flawless. I saw Dr Kumar recently as part of my accident review. I was quite nervous but didn’t need to be. He totally put me at ease with his professional yet friendly manner. Dr Kumar explained everything in an uncomplicated way. Would totally recommend.

My solicitor asked Mr Kumar to examine me and my lengthy dental and hospital records to produce a legal expert report. At the begining I was very apprehensive about seeing yet another dental professional after seeing many over the years. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I felt at ease with the caring professionalism that he showed. The examination was thorough and plenty of time was allowed to take an in-depth historical account of my situation. The report was accurate and provided guidance on future restorative dental work. All correspondence was quickly responded to and has assisted me greatly. I most definitely recommend Mr Kumar for his dental expertise.

Dr Kumar was recommend to us through our Solicitor. Our orthodontist dropped the ball and our daughter may need further dental treatment, I found Dr Kumar friendly and approachable. He understood my daughter's dental history and conveyed his thoughts and opinions clearly to us. He is going to write a report to our Solicitor. I highly recommend him, his assistant was lovely too and the appointment ran on time.

I saw Dr. Kumar at Dental Expert in August 2022. I was referred to him to check on my Periodontal disease status and to subsequently write a report. He was extremely friendly and very thorough. I had a very detailed checkup and consultation. The type of check up that I had can sometimes be uncomfortable but Mr. Kumar, I thought was very skilled and the check up was relatively pain free. He wrote a report for my solicitor for me . It detailed all of my problems and comments as to how they occurred. It offered solutions for the future based on his opinion. The clinic itself was very clean but nice and relaxing too. I am so pleased that I went to him and based on my experience I would definitely recommend this company.

Unser 1. Höherstufungsantrag (PG1 auf PG2) wurde leider abgelehnt. Also habe ich mir Hilfe gesucht. Die Unterstützung war großartig - vom 1. bis zum letzten Telefonat. Mir wurden sehr viele Fragen beantwortet, Prozesse erklärt und zusammen wurde eine pflegefachliche Stellungnahme für den Einspruch verfasst. Der Einspruch war letztendlich erfolgreich. Es ist traurig, dass immer erstmal etwas abgelehnt wird und es daher Firmen wie Dr. Weigl & Partner geben muss. Aber ich war dankbar, dass es sie gibt. Das ist gut investiertes Geld gewesen. As a medical doctor, I usually apply scientifically based approaches, but am very aware that some effects cannot (yet) satisfactorily be explained by science. So when I had a series of unexplained health issues which also impaired my vision, I turned to Carmen’s help. It was a privilege to come to Serum IVF as the doctors and midwives are wonderful, kind and personalize treatment much better than my experience in London. I feel they have more knowledge in a different way, and more innovative. I felt well looked after and I love how the clinic is based on the premise of being a caring clinic and not just a conveyor belt. If I had known about this clinic earlier and researched better, I would come straight here instead of London. An added bonus, I met a couple of wonderful women there during my treatment that have become friends and felt like an extended holiday combining treatment with being able to experience other things Greece has to offer - wonderful people, food and sightseeing.

After our first successful IVF egg retrieval and transfer in 2022, we decided to go back and try for baby number 2 in September 2024 and I’ve recently found out we’ve been blessed with twins. I initially had a good impression of this clinic and would have recommended them based on our experience during our first IVF cycle a year ago. The staff were friendly and supportive, which left us feeling optimistic. When we first visited, they performed a hysteroscopy and advised us to try conceiving naturally for another six months, despite the fact that I was already 40 years old. When we returned for IVF, they sold us medication (cash only), but upon checking at home, we discovered it was set to expire in just six months. Additionally, a polyp they were supposed to remove during the previous hysteroscopy was still there. Despite all this, we managed to retrieve one egg, but unfortunately, the cycle failed. I now know that it’s not recommended to proceed with IVF with one egg only. The following year, I was advised to undergo ovarian PRP and another hysteroscopy. This time, the clinic recommended buying medication from a questionable pharmacy that provided no itemized breakdown of costs. We later discovered we could have purchased the medication elsewhere for much less. We proceeded with the medication, but it ended unsuccessfully because they missed my ovulation and no eggs were retrieved. Throughout this process, we were shuffled between three different doctors. The primary doctor, Dr. Gryparis, was unavailable for our first scan, so we saw another doctor. When it was time for egg collection, Dr. Gryparis briefly introduced himself, seemingly not even remembering me. The entire process felt impersonal, as though they followed a one-size-fits-all protocol with no individualised care. During our final consultation, Dr. Gryparis was dismissive and rude, essentially saying, “Well, these things happen. Anyway, you’re 43, so your chances are low.” This lack of compassion and personalised care was incredibly disheartening. If you are looking for a clinic with a personal approach and consistency in care, I would not recommend this one. Additionally, their recommendation of an unethical pharmacy and their apparent focus on maximizing profit at the expense of hopeful and trusting patients raises serious concerns about their practices.

After several failed attempts at another clinic, we moved our fertility journey to Athens and the amazing Penny and her team at Serum. The service was amazing, everything was explained & tailored for us, resulting in beautiful twins. After many years we were finally able to visit Serum in it's lovely new location, where we were treated as family, Penny even giving teddies to the children. Sadly Penny's husband has since passed but we were able to remember him in our photos due to the lovely picture in reception. Serum will be forever in our hearts ❤️

I started my ivf journey in 2019. By 2024 when I contacted ivf Serum I already used 2 different European clinics without any luck. When I had my failed embryo transfer N6 I decided to ask 3d opinion from Serum team. Surprisingly they started valuable conversation with me, they booked an appointment with their ivf consultant ( I would like to highlight FREE of charge). I received extremely helpful advices without being their primary patient! It’s shocked me that these type of ivf business still exist! Because 5 years of my ivf battle with other clinics proved a total differ attitude. I would highly recommend this ivf clinic. I cannot thank enough a few special people who helped me ( not directly ) but with professional assistance achieved my desired pregnancy and be a mum of gorgeous son!

Well what can I say! Serum are amazing after years and years of failed cycles in the uk we had perfect embryos and a miracle little girl after one cycle with Serum. Everyone is kind knowledgeable and puts you at ease with everything. It's the best thing we ever did coming from the UK yo athens and now we are here again yo hopefully make a second sibling miracle!
