
Really hard to cancel
Real products, but they run the cancellation process illegaly like a scam. I have filled out multiple forms with the chat to cancel. Now it tells me to call the phone number later. I wanted to cancel last week, now I am stuck with another order. It is really really hard to cancel, which they made laws against last year. They need to update that asap!

Way too expensive and surprise charges
The product worked okay but they make it impossible to cancel your subscription - if you're tight on money and can't have surprise charges even after you've cancelled your subscription - do not sign up for happy head. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to make it more difficult to cancel a subscription than to sign up for a service and they are absolutely all about making it difficult to cancel.

Vill provided great customer service! Like many reviewers have noted, Happy Head makes it as difficult and inconvenient as possible to cancel your subscription—for that, it gets zero stars. But I get it. A lot of companies do this, literally “banking” on laziness. But I was determined to cancel, so I bit the bullet and called customer service. Vill helped me out, and while he pushed all options short of cancellation, he wasn’t too pushy and was very respectful of me and my time, cancelling my subscriptions in (relatively) short order. For that he (not Happy Head) gets 5 stars!

No reputable company does business this way
This company provides no way to cancel recurring shipments online. They do everything they can to prevent you from cancelling subscriptions. If you try to cancel online it redirects you to chat which redirects to email which is ignored. If you are actually able to contact them (we were able to chat with a representative several months ago), be sure to keep a paper trail. The representative we chatted with said future orders were cancelled, but they are still shipping product and charging our credit card! Now we have no paper trail to dispute, and they are ducking all attempts to cancel. This time we are going to keep a paper trail and dispute with our credit card company. No reputable company does business this way. You have been warned!

I’m a 34YO woman experiencing thinning hair and I’ve been using Happy Head for around six months. My initial prescription was oral medication, a combination of minoxidil and spironolactone. It worked well, however I had a *lot* of excess hair growth on the back of my neck, my lower back, and face. Basically, my blonde peach fuzz started growing so fast and more densely and I couldn’t keep up with dermaplaning my face and using Nair on my neck and back frequently enough. My dermatologist had warned me in the past of this side effect and advised I try topical minoxidil if I had that effect. You do have to call to cancel, which I did. The person who helped me, Zarah, was able to switch me to Happy Head’s topical treatment and also offered a discount for my next few orders. It was a super easy resolution.

Esperienza pessima. Ho acquistato un test di ovulazione credendo che fosse la versione avanzata (come da foto) e arriva invece la versione base. Alla mia segnalazione il servizio clienti risponde che loro, da regolamento interno, possono mettere foto non corrispondenti al prodotto e non accettano resi né effettuano rimborsi. I chose Laura Dental as my cousin had her teeth done here and was completely satisfied, not only with the product, but the aftercare service. I’ve had an amazing experience from start to finish, ALL the staff have been so helpful and friendly, which helped immensely as, like most people probably, was a little nervous. The clinic is impeccably clean, which was a big thing for me. I was off pain killers after 2 days and haven’t been in any pain from start to finish. They have a car waiting for you at the airport to transfer you to your hotel, and car for every trip to and from the clinic. You then get a very professional indept service from xrays to advice on what you may require to get your perfect smile. 1.Nunca pude acceder a mi cuenta, a pesar de dar los datos correctos, no me dejó ingresar. 2.Las promociones de los distintos centros o clínicas, tienen la dirección pero ningún número de contacto. 3.Al final del llenado de información para las promociones que elegí inicialmente., tengo que seleccionar a especialistas, al menos uno, aun cuando no me interese ninguno. Have phoned and chased a few times and today been advised that the first lenses did not pass quality control so waiting for new lenses and also glasses are coming from Australia!! Because they state "No Quibble Returns" I asked to cancel the order but was advised there would be a charge for the lenses!!

Terrible customer service
Ordered glasses well over a week ago with no order updates, despite it stating 72 hour dispatch and I have a very simple low prescription. I have emailed support and a few days later have not received a response. I tried calling but no answer. Online chat says they'll transfer me to someone that cam help but nothing yet. I wouldn't mind waiting for my new glasses, however to have no communication about the wait and then no response from customer services is terrible. I will not be using this company again Update I finally got through to someone on the phone who wasn't able to tell me much apart from it can take longer for some glasses to be dispatched as they're from an overseas supplier. I then received a reply to my various emails stating that my glasses would be dispatched later that week or early the next. It is now midweek and they are still showing as processing and yet again I'm unable to get any responses from customer services. I'm so frustrated as I need new glasses and I'm now stuck having paid for an order I haven't received almost a month after ordering them. The lack of customer service has made this so much worse too

I ordered on 30th Mar and the specs were delivered on 1st May. Thankfully I had ordered another pair (from another company) so I could actually see. The specs are very good. Clear vision, quality frame and excellent price. Website does indicate that 'it may take up to 28 working days for some prescriptions' and it would have been helpful to communicate to me that my order would take longer. I thought I would fall into the delivery category 'within 5 working days of receiving the order' because my prescription was standard. If the frames were ordered from the 'overseas labs' it would have been preferable for me to know this ahead of time as it would have saved emails of enquiry. Expectation and clearly communicated information can be comforting and reduces stress and frustration. If your order happens fall into the same category as mine and you don't mind the wait, well worth it.

I ordered my glasses I know they would take longer because of the higher prescription… thats said I got a call the day after ordering demanding more money £40 for some bogus reason… they sent me an invoice, a week later heard nothing 10 days after ordering I receive a phone call saying the frame I chose had broken and they had no other one so I needed to pick a new frame, picked a new frame and sent it to them. Got an email saying the lab were deciding if I could have that frame… this was 4 days ago my glasses still have not been done they are still processing I have emailed daily since the 10th asking for a full refund now as they cost me £155…. I am now being ignored. They are not responding at all, I have contacted my credit card and hope to be able to get my money back that way I shouldn’t have to it’s just poor customer service perfect glasses I’m so angry at how your treating me….i want my money back. I will never use this company again ever.

Teure Voruntersuchung
Ich habe mich wegen Kurzsichtigkeit und beginnender Altersweitsichtigkeit bei Euroeyes Hannover beraten lassen. Das erste Gespräch erfolgte mit einer Dame, die keine Ärztin war und mir vom hervorragenden Sehen mit Trifokallinsen vorgeschwärmt hat. Es kam mir alles wie ein Verkaufsgespräch vor. Eine kurze Untersuchung erfolgte auch, aber das Gerät hat ein Auge nicht messen können. Begeistert von dem Gedanken, ohne Brille sehen zu können, habe ich direkt zugesagt und einen OP Termin in Hamburg erhalten. Auch die Hotelbestätigung folgte umgehend. Als dann die Voruntersuchung anstand, musste ich erst den Vertag unterschreiben, in dem die Kosten von knapp €600 für die Untersuchung genannt werden, sollte man sich gegen die OP entscheiden. Bei der Untersuchung hat wieder ein Gerät nicht richtig funktioniert und den Arzt konnte ich wegen eines Sprechfehlers nur schlecht verstehen. Er gab jedoch zu verstehen, dass ich für einige Dinge u.a. Handarbeiten und Bildschirmarbeit vermutlich weiterhin eine Brille brauchen werde und mit Halos beim Autofahren zu rechnen sei. außerdem seien nachträglich erforderliche Lasereingriffe keine Seltenheit. Ich habe den Termin dann kurze Zeit später abgesagt, da mir das alles nicht korrekt genug abgelaufen ist und nicht mehr so toll klang wie bei dem ersten Verkaufsgespräch. Die Rechnung über knapp €600 für die Voruntersuchung habe ich natürlich umgehend erhalten. Ich fühle mich nun regelrecht erlöst und bin glücklich, mich dagegen entschieden zu haben. Die Tatsache, dass vor dem Gespräch mit einem Arzt bereits der Vertrag unterzeichnet werden muss, hätte mich direkt misstrauisch machen sollen. Das von mir genannte Datum ist der Tag an dem ich mich telefonisch bei Frau Hu nach einer Absage erkundigt habe.

Schlechte Nachsorge
Ich habe meine Augen bei EuroEyes in Oberhausen mit der Femto-LASIK-Methode lasern lassen. Der Chirurg, Herr Fischer, war äußerst kompetent, und die OP verlief reibungslos. Acht Tage nach dem Eingriff habe ich keinerlei Beschwerden und sehe perfekt. Leider war meine Erfahrung mit dem Augenarzt in Oberhausen alles andere als positiv. Bei meiner ersten Nachkontrolle stellte er eine „Falte“ im Flap fest. Ohne mich zu fragen, ob ich damit überhaupt Probleme habe – ich hatte bereits 100 % Sehkraft, konnte problemlos am Computer arbeiten und Auto fahren – setzte er sofort eine Nach-OP für zwei Tage später an. Als ich nachfragte, ob der Eingriff zwingend notwendig sei, antwortete er schlicht mit „Ja“ – ohne weitere Erklärung. Seine einzige Begründung war: „Sonst bleibt die Sicht verschwommen“, obwohl meine Sicht zu diesem Zeitpunkt völlig klar war. Als ich mehr über den Eingriff wissen wollte, zum Beispiel über den Ablauf, die Dauer und mögliche Risiken, bekam ich nur die knappe Antwort: „Eine Stunde, ist wie eine OP.“ Keine weiteren Informationen, keine Alternativen, keine richtige Aufklärung. Diese Erfahrung war für mich so erschreckend, dass ich unmittelbar danach meine erste Panikattacke im Leben hatte. Ich konnte nicht verstehen, warum ich meine Augen erneut operieren lassen sollte, obwohl ich bereits perfekt sehen konnte – eine Augen-OP ist schließlich kein Haarschnitt. Daraufhin habe ich mir eine zweite Meinung eingeholt. Die Ärztin dort war fassungslos, dass mein subjektives Empfinden überhaupt nicht berücksichtigt wurde. Sie erklärte mir, dass eine erneute OP nicht zwingend notwendig sei und ich erst einmal abwarten sollte, um zu sehen, ob sich die Situation von selbst stabilisiert. Falls irgendwann eine Korrektur erforderlich wäre, könnte man sie später noch vornehmen. Zudem gibt es keinerlei Garantie, dass eine erneute OP die Falte nicht wieder entstehen lässt oder das Problem sogar verschlimmert – besonders so kurz nach dem ersten Eingriff. Hinzu kommt, dass der Arzt in Oberhausen 30 Minuten zu spät zum Termin erschien, sich kaum Zeit nahm und mich praktisch aus der Praxis schob, nachdem er ohne richtige Beratung direkt den OP-Termin angesetzt hatte. Die OP bei EuroEyes und Herr Fischer waren hervorragend, aber die Praxis in Oberhausen sollte dringend einen anderen Augenarzt einstellen. So geht man nicht mit Patienten um.

Scharf sehen mit ICL
Ich war mit über 8 Dioptrien sehr kurzsichtig und wollte endlich keine Kontaktlinsen mehr tragen. Da meine Hornhaut zu dünn für einen normalen Lasereingriff war, entschied ich mich nach einiger Bedenkzeit für eine implantierte Linse. Bezüglich Terminen und der Abwicklung lief alles reibungslos. Meine OP war 2 Monate nach meinem entscheidenden Anruf, wobei zuvor noch die Linsen Spezialangefertigt wurden. So eine OP ist natürlich aufregend und definitiv eine besondere Erfahrung, aber man wird von Beruhigungsmittel, netter Assistenz bis hin zum Operateur super betreut. Ich komme aus Dresden und die Operation fand in Leipzig statt. Nach der Vorbereitungszeit dauerte der eigentliche Eingriff für beide Augen weniger als 30min. Die Augen sind danach tagelang empfindlich und man muss aufpassen, aber ich habe am selben Abend noch ohne weitere Sehhilfe mit Freunden Abendbrot gegessen! Am nächsten Morgen saß ich bereits mit überdurchschnittlicher Sehkraft in der Nachkontrolle. Heute 2 Monate später habe ich fast vergessen, dass es jemals anders war :)

EuroEyes Lübeck - den Durchblick erhalten
Im Spätherbst 2023 habe ich mich entschieden einen Linsentausch vorzunehmen. Da meine Frau dieses bereits 2019 bei EuroEyes in Lübeck vorgenommen hatte, entschied ich mich ebenfalls für EuroEyes Lübeck. Die dortige Betreuung verlief reibungslos. Die Voruntersuchungen und auch die Aufklärung waren sehr umfangreich und vertrauensbildend. Ende Januar 2024 wurde dann der Linsentausch in Hamburg vorgenommen. Auch dieses erfolgte einwandfrei. Vor und während der OP wurden mir die weiteren Schritte nochmals detailliert erklärt. Der Eingriff erfolgte ebenfalls in ruhiger Atmosphäre, die Ärztin teilte mir jeden Schritt mit, was zudem sehr beruhigend wirkte. Die Übernachtung im nahegelegenen Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Die erste Nachuntersuchung in Hamburg verlief ebenfalls bestens. Zwischenzeitlich ist die erste Woche vergangen und auch das Ergebnis der zweiten Nachsorgeuntersuchung, diese wurde aber nunmehr in Lübeck vorgenommen, verlief ebenfalls positiv. Die vor der OP angesprochenen Auswirkungen wie Halo-Effekte bei hellem Licht (z. B. Autoscheinwerfern) wie auch die etwas stärkere Lichtempfindlichkeit liegen vor und sind noch ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Sehen im Nahbereich ist noch ein wenig anstrengend, aber aussagegemäß normal und wird sich legen. Insgesamt kann ich somit EuroEyes uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Super Klinik und super Team!
Meine Augen wurden bei EuroEyes in Düsseldorf operiert, ich habe zwei neue Trifokallinsen bekommen. Von Anfang bis Ende ist alles super gelaufen, die Mitarbeiter und Ärzte sind alle freundlich und beantworten alle Fragen geduldig und ausführlich. Es werden gründliche Test vorher und hinterher gemacht, und die ganze Betreuung ist einfach super. Der Arzt Dr. Lerche hat meine Augen operiert, seine Ruhe überträgt sich sofort auf den Patienten, man merkt, dass man in den besten Händen ist. Die ganze OP hat für beide Augen keine 30 Minuten gedauert, war komplett schmerzfrei und man wurde sehr gut betreut. Ich bin sehr glücklich über das Ergebnis und freue mich sehr über meine neue Sehkraft, ich kann EuroEyes nur jedem empfehlen, vielen Dank für alles!

Ich konnte nach der OP bereits „gut“ sehen - und heute (Tag 1 nach OP) bin ich überglücklich, den Weg gegangen zu sein. Aufwachen und direkt sehen können - ein Traum! Ich habe meine Augen vor kurzem bei Euroeyes mit der ReLEx Smile Methode lasern lassen. Ich war kurzsichtig (-3,5) und habe schon immer Brille und seit ca 12 Jahren Kontaktlinsen getragen. Die gesamte Erfahrung vom 1. unverbindlichen Gespräch bis hin zur Nachsorge der OP lief super! Schon bei der ersten Terminabsprache mit Frau Brinkmann hab ich mich sehr wohl und verstanden gefühlt. Die OP verlief sehr schnell und angenehm bei Dr. Dubilay - kann ich wärmstens empfehlen. Ich kann jedem, der schon einmal über Augen Lasern nachgedacht hat, nur raten ein Beratungsgespräch zu vereinbaren - das neue Lebensgefühl ist unbezahlbar! Herzlichen Dank an das Team von Euroeyes

Wieder sehen ohne Brille/Monatskontaktlinsen
Ich möchte mich beim gesamten Team in Hannover + Hamburg für die sehr gute und kompetente Betreuung vor und nach meiner Linsentausch-Operation mit Trifokallinsen am 16.08.2024 bedanken. Schade war nur, dass der Linsentausch in Hamburg gemacht wird und nicht in Hannover. Aber ein dickes Lob an den Arzt Vladimir Dubiley, er hat mich gut während der OP unterhalten und abgelenkt. Nach dem Eingriff konnte ich sofort sehen. Das organisierte Hotelzimmer war top. Meine Brille vermisse ich nicht. Habe nun meine letzte Nachkontrolle gehabt und bin stolz das ich mich dafür entschieden habe. P.S.: Jetzt möchte mein Mann auch diese OP.

Wow. Don’t know where to start, from the initial enquiry with Michelle to the installation this company have been superb. The quality of the bed is excellent. The quality of the service is excellent. The delivery was excellent, Shaun tried to call me; when I didn’t answer (because it was an 0333 number I thought it was a sales call) he sent a follow up text to say it was him, I called back and delivery was arranged within less than a week. The engineers who came out to install the bed and explain how to use it were awesome with my elderly disabled mother. So patient, so calm and understanding, we did not feel rushed or like we were being a nuisance. I wish I’d taken their names all I know is one of them has a dog called Rusty and the other used to be called Rusty when he was at school! I am so impressed with this company and would 💯 recommend over and over again.

I would highly recommend this company. They have a great range of beds and if you are unable to visit their showroom, they can arrange a video call to show you round virtually! My parents ordered 2 profiling beds and Michelle gave them lots of information and advice on mattresses, etc and was so helpful and always available on the phone. Communications were excellent via phone and email and all staff responded very quickly when contacted. We put the beds up ourselves with the help of an excellent step by step video they produce, and it was straightforward. Opera beds will arrange fitting up of the beds though if you wish. Fantastic products and fantastic customer service as well as after care and support. The staff were very knowledgeable and couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended 😊

I confidently ordered my bed over the phone having looked at the information on the website. Two friendly gentlemen arrived on the prescribed day and carried out setting up the bed in a very efficient way. I had a detailed demonstration on how to operate the various functions of the bed and was delighted to see so many buttons, giving a scope of options, including a torch. Having used it for 12 nights I am delighted with it. The welcome box (with chocolate biscuits !) and the card were an extra touch to complete the success of my order.

Le montant de 54€ n’est qu’une goutte d’eau sur le montant réel de la facture initiale. Si besoin nous publierons point par point le déroulé de cette malheureuse affaire. Malgré cela, table de grande qualité, geste commercial pour compenser le retard et communication permanente et efficace avec le site. J'ai acheté une table de soins il y a 6 ans avec 3 moteurs électriques. J'en suis parfaitement satisfait à tout point de vue. Il y a un mois, brusquement, je n'arrivais plus à faire fonctionner les moteurs électriques. Le SAV m'a répondu immédiatement en m'indiquant par téléphone le problème à résoudre. Tout marche à nouveau bien. Non seulement les produits sont de très bonne qualité, mais le service après vente est au top, même 6 ans après l'achat.

Terrible Customer Service. This is the second time I'm using their service and on both occassions the customer service has left a lot to be desired. The first time around they arrived an hour late. This time around they are an hour and a half late. I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt following the first encounter, but it seems to this wasn't a once off incident. I will never use their service ever again. The fact that they don't work over the weekend is already a major inconvenience. I had to take time off work on both occasions, but they don't have the decency to honour the time that was agreed upon. Good Riddance to bad rubbish!!!
