If I could give a zero star review I would. In short, my issues come down to 5 things listed below. I am bringing the issues I have had up with legal council. This company is terrible. Do not waste your time or money. 1. Abhorrent customer service. My issues with the course, the level of instruction, and quality of learning provided was far from the stellar description they provided me. Advised Skill's lack of support throughout this process has been extremely disappointing. After 3 weeks of requesting answers or clarity to information with no avail, they offered me to resit with another instructor. I had already registered with another provider who is much much better and 1/10th the price. I requested a partial refund or access to the PMI Study Hall, which they denied. I wish I had gone with the alternative option to begin with, as I now have to unlearn the incorrect information that was provided and relearn it. 2. Lack of Clear Instruction: The instructor frequently skipped over critical topics and failed to explain key concepts in a structured or logical way. Multiple times he explained information incorrectly, which lead to mass confusion and discontent by the entire class. 3. Dismissive Behavior: When students struggled or asked for clarification, the instructor often downplayed their concerns, making remarks such as “It’s really easy, I promise” rather than providing further explanation. 4. Gaps in Content: An example of this was during the session on mathematical equations. Instead of explaining the connections between formulas, the instructor simply plugged in numbers. When a student expressed difficulty with math and requested a proper explanation, the instructor refused, insisting it wasn’t worth the time—even though he emphasized its importance for the exam. 5. Inconsistencies & Errors: At multiple points, the instructor provided incorrect answers to practice questions, further confusing students. To this day, we are still struggling to get the correct answers despite multiple follow-ups (attached email thread for reference). In short: avoid at all costs. Advised Skills is a scam.

I have attended the TOGAF foundation training from Knowledge Academy. The trainer Krzysztof 'Chris' presented the TOGAF concepts well and the training went well. Thank you very much Chris.

I attended a great 4-day training in TOGAF EA. Our trainer was extremely knowledgable beyond the syllabus and made good use of different training techniques (slides, quizzes, virtual whiteboard and discussions on day 3 & 4). He was passionate about the teaching material and provide many additional references and source materials for us to follow up on (if we are so inclined) which will help us not only for the certification but also for the practice as Enterprise Architect. Now, I am feeling well prepared for the certification.

Excellent and competent trainer, very "goal-oriented" and with a lot of hints and practical experience to share.

Done a PMP exam prep training. Trainer was prepared, fully knowledgeable, and oriented toward the scope of the training without being boring a single minute. Expected more automation from provider on automatically assign PDUs into PMI as the course included some, which is the only disappointing part (no automation)

I attended a 2-day Agile PM course facilitated by Krzysztof “Chris” Politowicz. Overall course quality, exercises and approach were good. The tutor was very knowledgeable about the topic and could provide practical examples from his own work experience. The study materials and resources provided were also very helpful and of good quality. The only downside, however, was the scheduling the course itself. My initial course was supposed to take place in early/mid-October but was cancelled multiple times and finally took place in end-November. The course calendar on the Advised Skills website was not updated for the changes in a timely manner to reflect courses cancelled making it more difficult to plan around the cancellations. Advised Skills staff was very responsive and helpful with further planning. Although the course quality is very good, I would recommend all users to keep those delays in mind during booking process.

I have attended a 2 days AgilePM training led by Krzysztof “Chris” Politowicz. The training, exercises and examples were really good, and I adore Chris approach regarding prep for the exam.

A Stellar Learning Experience at Purple Beard I recently completed the Data Analysis with SQL and Power BI course at Purple Beard Ltd, and I must say it was an exceptional journey. Led by the knowledgeable instructor, Adi, the course covered essential topics in depth. Adi’s patient guidance helped me grasp complex concepts, and the 1:1 sessions were invaluable for my project work. The team at Purple Beard goes beyond the classroom. John’s employability sessions prepared us for real-world job applications, and the supportive staff worked tirelessly behind the scenes. The only minor hiccup was the impact of bank holidays on class time, but overall, it’s been a fantastic course. If you’re looking to enhance your tech skills, Purple Beard is the place to be. Their commitment to student success shines through, and I’m confident in my newfound abilities as a data analyst. 🚀

The material felt like it was a recycled draft from some mediocre paid training, put together quickly to grab the funding. Not really made for the UK market either. Lots of time wasted and a lot of brief glaces around very important topics. Some tutors great, some were late, tired, unattentive.

Very enriching and indepth training from my instructor for Business Analysis Nivedita Roberts. She displaced vast knowledge of the subject matters. There also exist weekly Employability training where CVs and interview prep are discussed. I would say this programme is 100% complete package

I am enrolled on the Data Analysis with SQL and PowerBI and have really enjoyed my experience so far. Paul is very knowledgeable and patiently guides us through topics that are new to many in the class. I have received a 1:1 session with Paul which really helped with a project I am working on and we receive assignments or projects each week to do outside of classes which are really helpful. There are also employability sessions run by John that prepare us for applying for jobs in the data analysis sector which are really useful. The only downside is the bank holidays which have eaten into the classes a bit. 3 BH mean that we have lost almost a week of lectures which has meant that some topics seem a bit rushed as all the work has to be squeezed into the same 11 week time period. Overall a great course with a great teacher and a very supportive team working in the background.

Exceptional... The tutor and staff of Purple Beard are exceptional. Also a big thanks to Nivedita for her brilliant way of making sure we understand the concepts of business analysis. Thanks for the impact.

Great experience based on the way information is being passed and friendly tutors.

I enrolled in the Data Analysis with SQL and Power BI Bootcamp with Purple Beard because I wanted a career change from research to data analysis. I am extremely happy with the experience so far. The bootcamp covers a lot of material in a short time (11 weeks) but it’s accessible and this is thanks to the trainer, Paul Nnakwe. He is professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. He takes time to explain the concepts and applications using real-world examples. He offers extra revision sessions and office hours during the week for anyone who needs additional support or looking to go above and beyond what is expected. I appreciate the weekly class assignments and the projects which we have at the end of each topic (Excel, SQL, PowerBI & final capstone). It’s exposing me to data I wouldn’t normally have interacted with and we have been shown how to set up our own portfolios to showcase this work. Purple Beard has an employability team to help us with the overall goal of ~finding a job~. We have weekly employability sessions with John which so far have covered subjects like writing a cv/ cover letter and how to pimp up your Linkedin page. John specifically has been really helpful on my journey of finding a job. He has commented on my CV and helps me edit my cover letters before submission. During this bootcamp, I have had 3 initial calls and been invited to 2 second-stage interviews. The material and coaching have made me comfortable talking about data and more confident in these interviews. Both Paul and John have been instrumental in this. The only downside has been the 3 bank holidays (!!) that have occurred during this bootcamp meaning occasionally material has been rushed or we’ve had to vote on whether to have class on the holiday. I highly recommend this Data Analysis with SQL and Power BI Bootcamp with Purple Beard. Thank you to the whole team.

The course is very good, paul is very good and knowledgeable he is very supportive. I am happy with the course and would reccomend for beginners. i would say however sql does seem very rushed and i feel more time is needed on it. some parts seem rushed.

Prompt response to enquiry and great support to requested enquiry.

When I purchased the School Administrator Certificate Training course, I paid an extra £8.50 for a digital certificate and transcript. Once I completed the course the website asked me to pay for the certificate and transcript again. I used the live chat to ask for assistance on two separate occasions, a few days apart. On both occasions I received no response. Yesterday, I emailed the company asking for the certificate and transcript that I paid for, giving my order ID. I have just tried to log back into the website, only to find that I have been BLOCKED by wpenginepowered.com. All I want is the certificate and transcript I have already paid for, having spent several hours participating in this course. UPDATE 05/02/2025: Since posting this review, I have now been able to log back into my account. There is a certificate, however, I cannot view the whole certificate, nor can I download it. UPDATE 11/02/2025: Still no downloadable certificate and transcript, despite response to this review. Received a phone call, the certificate and transcript has been sent to me via email, I was also offered compensation. I have updated my star rating from 1 star to 3.

Well produced videos and easy to access. The website was not so easy to navigate to be able to easily receive the certificate after the completion of the course. There are also too many advertisements for other courses coming through to me by email.

Have to agree with the previous bad review I joined up and spent the first few months completing their random own useless in house modules that are nothing to do with the CIPD course Then after finally getting towards an actual cipd module my work sat unmarked for months Do not go with this company at all they are too small and too unorganised They are more bothered about scheduling onboarding video calls then actually getting work out and marked properly The digital chalk software they use is outdated and tedious After asking for a response from management I have heard absolutely nothing from them in months Never had such a bad experience with a training provider in my life and I intend on speaking with the CIPD about my experience

I enrolled in a course with We Are HR in September 2023, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Initially, when I enquired online, I was bombarded with persistent calls, texts, and emails from the sales representative, Muaaz. While his urgency to secure my payment felt like a red flag, my excitement to start the course made me ignore it. I paid for the full support bundle where I would get maximum support. At first, everything seemed fine, but problems began when I needed support from the course tutors. Despite their claims on their website that they review drafts, I discovered they don’t offer this service when I emailed them for feedback. My tutor Keith emailed me stating he does not check drafts, and I can ask maximum of 4 questions per assignment. The issue is that if the drafts are not checked then students would not know if we were on the right track or where we are going wrong. Their lack of timely responses only made matters worse. The most significant issue arose with my second assignment. It was marked against the wrong moderation window, meaning my answers were judged against incorrect criteria. This caused me to fail the assignment. When I resubmitted with the new questions, the owner Natasia pointed out I had done the wrong questions—so I argued that I did the correct questions the first time around. I wasted valuable time redoing work unnecessarily, only to resubmit my original assignment later. Even then, they marked it as a low pass due to being flagged as a resubmission. No one took responsibility for their mistake, nor did they apologize. The situation deteriorated further as tutors stopped replying to emails entirely. I was left without any meaningful support, which ultimately affected my ability to succeed. Feeling completely let down and struggling with the course, I decided to leave the course. When I requested a refund, they outright refused. I even proposed using the amount I had already paid (£2,500) towards enrolling in their Level 5 course, but they only offered to credit £700 which means I would have to pay the rest. It became clear that their primary motive was money, not student success or support. The promises of comprehensive assistance and guidance made at the start are completely false. I lost £2,500 and my time. I would not recommend this course to anyone. Be very cautious before enrolling with We Are HR. I have also submitted my feedback to CIPD.

My order was processed on March 4. It is now March 24, and my order from March 4 has still not shipped. On Thursday, March 20, Edzoocation support sent me a UPS tracking number, saying the order had been shipped. Per UPS, Edzoocation only created tracking information, but never actually provided the order to UPS. This is the second month in a row that the order has not shipped when they said it would. Last month, February, 2025, the order was received over 21 days late. There is some major problem going on with EdZOOcation that they won’t admit.

I received my February box late and my second box hasn’t even shipped yet and March is almost over.

The most incredible box. Brings so much learning and joy for my kids, is such a fun way to bond with them and spend time, and is helping animals all at once. 100/10 recommend!

My kids absolutely love their zoo box! We look forward to it every month. They have incredible customer service, and the boxes have really cute things in them that are also educational and easy for my kids to understand when learning about the animal of the month. Definitely will be keeping this subscription for a long time.

Ordered (one yr. subscription) on Jan. 4 for a birthday on Jan. 14. Website said allow 5-7 days. First box did not arrive until February. Now mid-month and February box has still not shipped. Seems monthly boxes should ship at the beginning of the month, not the end. Also, website is not user friendly. Hate having to check my email for a code EVERY time I want to look at my account. A username and password would be so much easier. Order info does not give shipping information or tracking information. Just “upcoming” and “past” orders. The first shipment my granddaughter seemed to enjoy the contents, but as the person ordering and paying for it, I have not been very satisfied so far.

My kids and I have enjoyed learning about the animals. The products are good quality and it feels good knowing some of our money goes towards helping the animals every month.

The tutors were lovely but weren't working in child's best interest. The tutors had recorded and reported our personal conversations that we would have around our home and over the phone (these conversations were not recorded due to safeguarding as the child is really well looked after but it did seem like the tutors were 'spying' on us). We found this behaviour highly unethical and unprofessional. It also made us doubt their honesty and intentions towards our child. There was even a time, when they were pressed by LA to produce results, the tutors gave the child ultimatums which did not help their anxiety and also went against the EHCP provisions.

Such a great company to work for- high standards and values that are a genuine part of every process, every day. Good training, systems, support and work/life balance.

I paid for The Award Winning iPhotography course and could not access the site from the links given me. I’ve emailed their support no less than 7 times only to have them respond with the EXACT help response EVERY time! I tried everything they suggested and now, on day 3, I STILL cannot access the course. I keep getting and totally blank page with only the site banner at the top! I requested a refund 3 times and am waiting to see if I’ll get the robotic automated answer. Let’s see what response THIS review gets. ———— UPDATE: September 30, 2020 As of today iDrop has NOT issued my refund but asked for a review. I again responded that I have not been able to access the course - this makes about 12 times I’ve report the issue - and yet again they responded with the EXACT instructions. They have not responded regarding a refund.

After looking for a few months at different courses. I just couldn’t make my mind up on any that I was 100% happy with. My sister knew I had been looking for ages for a course and she saw one and sent me a link to groupon and it was for iphotography course priced at around £49 or close to that. I thought for that money let’s just give it ago. Seeing as some courses I looked at were ranging from £600-£800. Honestly I cannot explain how taken back I am. I honestly would have paid so much more for this course. I’m half way through module five and I’ve learnt a lot, like more than I actually thought I would. They have updated their website recently and it’s just great. I have a real interest in photography and this has just made me love it even more. They are on all social media platforms and you can discuss with other people doing the course. You can track everything you’re doing and I love the fact there are other courses available. Yes there’s a lot of reading but you have assignments you can do and weekend challenges. It just makes you want to get your camera out and learn. They’ve got a new premium membership platform that is coming out very soon and I’m looking forward to that. I love that as soon as you finish a module you can do your exam straight away and the results come back within seconds. For the amount of money I paid I cannot thank my sister enough for finding it for me, finally enjoying my hobby even more. Would highly recommend 10/10! Thank you iphotography.

I am loving this course so far! It presents the material in a way that’s interesting and easy to understand. I am only 2 modules in so far but I am finding it extremely helpful already! I have done 2 modules in 3 days and will probably complete the course relatively quickly because it’s easy to get through yet very informative (and I have a legit interest and passion for it!). Can’t wait to take more pictures, but this time on the manual setting on my camera instead of automatic (have been too nervous to venture out...). Can’t wait to see how different my ‘after’ photo is from my ‘before’ one :)

Terrible website and interface. Looks like it was designed and built sometime around 1999 (very outdated). I would not believe the reviews you have read here. I personally believe they are most likely fake reviews. I believe the reduced course fee on Groupon from £499 to £49 is a bit of a scam. Please also look at how many of the 'great reviews' left here are from people who have only left this 1 review on Trustpilot. Again, this is TERRIBLE! I highly recommend you avoid! After looking through the '1st module' it was obvious this is outdated and very basic at best. You would find far far better free courses on YouTube. + Yes, I created a TrustPilot account to review this company so this is my first review though intend to review many more (all my reviews including this one will be very genuine).

I have taken many online photography courses over the years but I found iphotography course a really refreshing, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable learning experience. The lessons are delivered online professionally through a combination of text, video, animation and beautiful imagery to explain each step in the photography process. While I'm no beginner it was very useful to 'relearn' much of the stuff I already knew but in a different style. The tutors were very helpful too and the gallery is a brilliant and innovative way for learners like me to gain useful feedback to our photos. Well done iphotography!

Loved the course when I first started and had great feedback which was constructive from the tutors....don't seem to get feedback any more or it is not consistent and same people recognised for photos ...

I took up photography as a hobby and started by purchasing an entry level DSLR camera. The camera was taking great shots on auto but I wanted to know how to use it properly and use all the features the camera was capable off but did not know where to start. This course has been incredibly helpful and I have learnt far more than I could have ever imagined and I have only completed 8 of the 18 modules. If you love photography and don't know where to start, then this course will be a great help and benefit you immensely.

Everything about this company is wonderful from their very honest feedback into your current situation to then instant feedback as you reach out with an issue. The curriculum to complete either on your own or with your spouse is amazing as well. Cassie and Josh share a great deal of their personal experiences to help also. The Inner Circle group gets weekly calls to ask questions and for Cassie/Josh to express knowledge to us. The accountability is posting in the community, so you're able to express to a group and gain feedback there as well. Nothing but great things to say about Marriage Mavericks!!!

Marriage Mavericks made it possible for me to bring back the intimacy I was missing in my marriage for many years! They have given me the tools to allow me to communicate better, help me improve personally, and learn ways to connect emotionally with my wife. My husband travels a lot for work and sometimes he is gone for weeks at a time, which is one of the many factors that lead us to Marriage Mavericks. This is the best money I’ve ever spent. My husband was completely checked out and talking about divorce. I’m pretty sure he was talking to another woman. I want to start by saying my marriage isn’t flawless. My husband and I still have bumps we hit. But the Marriage Mavericks program really works. It helped improve my overall belief and feelings towards marriage because I was in a very bitter place when we first started. I wasn’t sure if I even wanted to stay. That’s changed now and is continuing to change every day with the guidance and support we’ve received from Coach Josh & Coach Cassie. I know everyone wants things to be easy and perfect, but you will not get that. Instead you will have to work hard but in the end you will have a marriage that you’re happy and proud of.

Great program. I really enjoyed the lessons and it was great to see people's celebrations on the group calls. But the help was on another level. I wish there was support on the weekends but Cassie and Josh were super responsive and you can tell they really care.

Most of the information and advice can be found for free online. There is nothing revolutionary about the coaching. Way overpriced for what they offer

High flyers, where do I start. Firstly it would be nice if they answered their phones or responded to emails, which they do neither. The booking app with them is down or not working I’m not sure how your supposed to book birds in other then send an email which they ignore, wouldn’t recommend these, I ended up picking up my birds, I’m more reliable.

An excellent place to teach in or learn in. It is all very well organised and the staff are very professional but also very friendly. There is a very good atmosphere for pupils of all ages and ability and hence the pupils gain confidence and are then able to make good progress with their studies. Our daughter passed her 2024 Buckinghamshire and Slough 11+ exams with exceptional results in both. The highest in her school! She has been allocated her first choice of Grammar School. I’d like to express our gratitude to the teachers at AE Tuition but also highlight the amazing Robyn Lynch who guided our daughter through the comprehensive AE curriculum with great adept. She is now teaching our younger child.

We used AE Tuition for both our kids' 11+ journeys. For both of them, we did the 1-year Year 5 remote course and they are both in our first-choice grammar schools now. The course materials are wonderful, particularly NVR. The structured homework and test packs AE Tuition provide are quite rigorous yet systematic. A few suggestions for AE Tuition to consider, in terms of enhancement of their coursework: 1) More dedicated materials covering SPaG rules for foundation building 2) Multiple choice comprehension papers and exercises to include Sutton SET 'Comparison of text' style passages and questions. 3) Possibility of incorporating round 2 focussed standard format Maths and English + creative writing during the Year 5 course, as opposed to this being a summer course. Would definitely recommend AE Tuition for future 11+ aspirants.

Scam-False company,false promises I regret paying ₹30,000 for their Salesforce course. I was told that there is a 24*7 support service for any technical or non-technical questions/ support - False Anytime I would raise a technical question or assistance request, no one would reply for days. after chasing everyone in their company, someone would call and give stupid excuse - our system was down. anyways, they would answer my question in the tiniest way possible. They make big claims on job assistance but job assistance is non-existent. I asked to help me prepare for the interview, no response. it is all about scamming students.

I started from scratch, but Learn Spread helped me figure everything out. The platform is convenient, the materials are clear, and most importantly - there is practice. Now I confidently make deals. The course is worth every minute spent!

I actually wanted to try out the Quantum X... ATTENTION!!!! FRAUD!! BE CAREFUL!!! I actually wanted to test the Quantum X platform. But then I ended up on the dubious Learn Spread website. I then activated the small amount. However, I didn't want to be given any training or lectured. They don't want to accept an objection here, you are kept waiting forever, you get ominous calls from some number from abroad or artificially generated German numbers (+49 33212248484) that are assigned to telephone service providers!! Then I get messages on WhatsApp from my supposed personal analyst who comes with an AI-generated profile picture. I've been waiting for the refund for almost a week now and there's been no response! ATTENTION!!!! FRAUD!! BE CAREFUL!!! They also tried to get me to pay twice the amount instead of €250. I was informed that I had accidentally paid 2x €250 by VISA card. But that would actually be even better, because now at €500 I would get a bonus of €200. When I then wanted the sum of €500 back with the cancellation - I had of course only paid the €250 by VISA card - the whole thing was suddenly an oversight by their accounting department, who had allegedly confused my name with another user! Yes, of course. When I then asked in a roundabout way whether it could be possible that I had agreed to the 2x €250 and then they had tried again to debit the amount of €250 from my VISA card, there was great indignation and they were not fraudsters etc. etc.!! As I wrote, I have not heard anything since then and there has been no response to my cancellation. This great training platform is absolutely despicable! ATTENTION!!!! SCAM!! BEWARE!!!

I read the reviews and thought that this course was easy. But when I started it, I faced many troubles. Need to learn much on myself as the lesson just mentions some specific term but does not explain it. You need to stop teh video and to explore the thing then go back to the lesson. Without that work you will not pass the test. Mind this.☝️

However, it would be great if there were more advanced topics included at the beginner level of the course for intermediate learners. Despite these minor areas for improvement, the platform is a valuable resource for deepening one's knowledge.

Trading used to intimidate me, but this course changed everything. The lessons are detailed but not overwhelming, and I finally understand how the market works. Now, I actually enjoy trading.
