I purchased a "120 hour" TEFL certification from a South Korean company that ended up being offered by this "London College." The course was supposed to be "self-paced." The only way to pay was through Paypal (first red flag), and the payment went to an Indian name. I was contacted by a representative named "Tutorlct" who wrote in stereotypical Indian English, sent me some supporting documents and granted access to the first set of course materials, all of which had immediately noticeable errors and were of atrocious quality. Their "120 hour course" has 9 modules each containing maybe 15 minutes worth of material, most of which could be easily copied from a Google search and was written in technically-correct but poor English. After 15 minutes and an "exam" I would wait a day for someone to give me access to the next module during Indian business hours. The English on their website is dubious as well (what does "not appeared" status mean???). They have a single module covering "English grammar." The course came with a signed letter with an incorrect starting date and a threat that exceeding the "course schedule" that was never discussed would "incur additional fees and penalties." The many red flags prompted me to research this company much more deeply. Note that Trustpilot does not allow links in reviews, otherwise I would provide sources, but most of the information in this review you can verify yourself. Searching the name on the Paypal account on Linkedin turned up a real account citing "London College of Teachers and Trainers" as their workplace and a few of their colleagues in Bangalore, not one of whom had background in education. LCTT's ties to "London" appear to begin and end with an 800 UK service number and an address in a building managed by a company called "My Virtual Office UK." Everything else about them is 100% Indian. They claim on their (many) company websites a slew of "accreditations" that are really memberships of associations where you can pay to access training materials. Every single one of their "accreditations" are misrepresented or outright false. QAHE is a "pay for membership" arrangement, but their certificates are from previous years. IATEFL, based on the information on their own page, "The association does not accredit or attest to the value, merit or quality of any individual, course, qualification or organisation; including its individual, institutional and associate members;" further, they explicitly forbid usage of the logo and brand by members, and after a short email to their head office they confirmed that they will be taking legal action against "London College of Teachers" (another of this company's many names). The "Chattered (sic) College of Teaching" is a professional association for professionals in the UK, LCTT cites a membership number but after a short email to the association they confirmed to me that they have no ties to this company and will be taking legal action over LCTT's claims of endorsement. They claim they were voted the "Best Teacher Training Organization" by GoAbroad.com, and then cite their page on GoAbroad.com that shows they only got an "honorable mention" in 2020. They have but a single course with OTHM approval, that you can very on OTHM's website; I would bet $100 it's not the course you bought from LCTT. They say they're a member of the Quality Council of India, which again, is a membership NOT an accreditation, and not an endorsement, I don't care to follow up on this one but why don't you, the reader, write them a short email and see what they say? Basically, this company is a scam, its "educational materials" are worthless and any certifications from them will 100% not be worth the paper they are printed on if your prospective employer decides to take 15 minutes to look into your certification. You might as well print your own certificate, put some Word Art, then look up the logos of some professional associations and paste them on top for the illusion of legitimacy for lazy employers; it will be just as good as being "certified by LCT" and you will save the hour or two it takes to go through their "120 hour" course. I will add insult to injury; LCTT claims to offer discount prices, but if you were looking for a TEFL certification, go to tefl-dot-org to find a course that is actually accredited and recognized and is *cheaper* than this garbage Indian scam. If you gave money to this company you got scammed. Time to call your bank. They responded. Quite a few similar sites, built with the same tools, PO box and a service number in the UK, fake accreditations and endorsements from organizations that provide neither, impersonating a Canadian author when they can't write proper English on their site or in their response. Not a difficult judgement.

I have never in my life come across a company that is more unprofessional than what these people are. For the past 9 weeks, I've been trying to get the almost R10 000 that I paid them, refunded to me. The consultant convinced me that I will be accepted to study law even though I do not qualify. Furthermore, he convinced me to pay the registration fee of almost R10 000 and told me that that is how comfortable he is that I will be accepted. After I paid the amount, he told me to apply with the matriculation board and I said that I would like to withdraw the application because that was not what had been promised. After many back and forths, I managed to get a refund form from them. As of today, I have no real feedback on when the refund will take place and I have no response from them. It's been 9 weeks and I have phoned and emailed, what feels like, every single person working for Regenesys. I even cc'd in the directors. I am sick and tired of them acting like I don't even exist and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! THINK LONG AND HARD BEFORE YOU WANT TO STUDY WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!

The program (or at least the mobile app) is very laggy, sometimes it will freeze and then it wouldn't save. The audio is very low quality so it's sometimes hard to understand. Games make activities longer than it should be which is annoying, especially if your trying to get things done quick. If you are a parent with a child that is homeschooling, DO NOT use this. Instead, use a different program. Some of the five star reviews are bots so I wouldn't trust them.

Steer clear of this company. After I contacted them, they have been bombarding me with their emails twice a day, begging for my business. I bought 2 balm CPSR that I couldn’t use!!! They produced a totally unrelated report for one of the balms saying it was a hand sanitiser containing alcohol!! Which is just absolute nonsense. They did this even though I gave them the correct ingredient list. Something is seriously astray here as I asked them to amend the report properly and the amended report was returned with a lot of misinformation. They even had the gall to send me a report with the assessors name and then list qualifications belonging to another person. I am concerned that the reports are not legal due to this and despite paying over £200 this issue has not been resolved. Please think twice before using them. I have not been given a refund or usable CPSR…ok in response to the reply from Leeding Freelancers. I received the new CPSRs on14th January. They have been signed off by the same assessor whose name is on the original reports! Malgorzata Wojciecho listed by yourselves as Małgorzata Wojciechowska, CChem, MRSC, MSc, BSc. You then list all the qualifications in support of this, for another person, called Geraldine Garrs!! How do I know this? I am a tutor and Tutortap should be a great system to use. However, aside from one lesson from a school, I have not received another tutorial in months. There is no way for tutors to contact potential tutees or even any support from the site. I am a qualified and experienced teacher and independent tutor in the biological sciences and find it hard to believe that out of the "thousands" of possible tutees and connections with schools that the site claims, there are no tutees available and no-one able to help from the company. I placed an order with Assignment4U based on the glowing reviews I've read. However, my experience was very different and I wonder if these reviews are real. My assignment was in software engineering. The first draft was really bad. Most of the assignment requirements were incomplete, and when they were done, they were either completely wrong or of very poor quality. It is hard to believe that they were written by "experts". Here are a few examples: • One of the requirements consisted in suggesting an architectural design for the software. The expert submitted a process flow for how a user would register / log out. This shows they had no clue what architectural design is, which is concerning for a supposed expert in software engineering. • Another requirement consisted in submitting a very detailed list of requirements for a specific part of the software. At first, they wrote requirements that were already given as part of the brief, so totally useless. Eventually, they redid it, but they didn't even do half a page. As I had to redo the work, I can tell it was far from enough as I ended up with 4 pages of very detailed requirements. I asked them to work on the assignment two more times, and eventually had to allow them to work on it beyond the deadline. The result was underwhelming and I ended up having to work very hard ny whole weekend to actually redo the whole work and submit an assignment that would be acceptable. I might have barely reused 20% of the content they wrote, and when I did, it's only because I was stuck and didn't know the answer, rather than for the quality of the content. In summary, don't let the good reviews fool you. They are most likely fake. The service is appalling and I am now fighting to get at least an 80% refund of the £350 I paid. After 50+ email exchanges in a week, all they say is "we will forward your concerns to the relevant department", no ETA after asking for it many times. At a point they even went to offer me a 10% discount off my next order (as if I was ever going to reorder with them) as a final compensation. Absolutely disgusting and they should not be allowed to operate in the UK. I will absolutely take whatever legal action I need to take to get a refund

Do NOT be fooled by the ghost accounts leaving 5-star reviews. I had paid 180USD for an assignment where the agent reassured me it would be sent by the agreed due date. 24 Hours later after the due date and multiple emails later, I had asked for a refund to which they have never answered back to. When I contacted a different email from them explaining to not bother sending the assignment as it is of no use to me after the due date, they gave me the same response everyone had been giving - "we will get back to you soon". A Training Nightmare - Avoid at All Costs! Rating: ZERO if it was possible Where do I even begin with this so-called "training" company? My/ Our experience was an absolute disaster. Me and my colleagues booked a Level 3 Health and Safety in the Workplace course in August 2023 (it’s now Dec 2023) with high hopes, and it ends with nothing but regret. When attempting to raise a formal complaint using their process detailed on their website, it proved impossible to get the details of their Director to follow their protocols. Therefore, I’ll also be raising a formal complaint with their Awarding Bodies. Firstly, the communication was abysmal. Emails were ignored (screenshots below), and phone calls were met with unhelpful responses and empty promises. It felt like they had no interest in actually helping their customer who paid in full beforehand and now I know why. The 2 admin officers were as helpful as they could be which was basically nothing apart from “have to speak to the manager” and “I don’t know why they haven’t called you”. In all honesty, I felt sorry that they had to put up with the large number of calls from me and had zero ability to help. The instructor was not good enough. They were just reading off the presentation like a newsreader without any real understanding of the subject matter unless it was food safety related. It was clear that they were not experts in the field and were just there because they were the only free-lancer that had the qualification. It was boring. I’ve learned more from a quick Google search and personal experience. The Training materials were apparently not even provided, the Trainer said they were their personal ones to give to us?? Weird. Even more unbelievably, day 2, I got a TEXT in morning from the Trainer, not London Training Centre, saying they were sick “due to hay fever” and needed to reschedule and the exam papers hadn’t arrived (screenshot). I had no contact from the Centre even after making 4 phone calls and a text to their office AND their ‘Operations’ Manager as soon as I found out that morning. Finally got a call from them at 1053 to reorganise but we had been waiting to start since 0900. They had no 2nd trainer protocols for something like this happening. To add insult to injury, certificates took forever (2 months!). I checked with the London training centre, and they were “not sure what had happened” and would check. I took it upon myself to check with their awarding body and found they obviously hadn’t been organised enough to process them. When the physical copies arrived, they were crumpled because they had not been sent in a proper certificate envelope. All dealt with by their Operations Manager. While attempting to make a complaint throughout this ordeal, I was not responded to whatsoever, and I couldn’t raise it higher at all. Eventually after me harassing their phone lines for months, I was offered a 10% refund, I declined, we had lost more money than that from them not turning up and us having to reschedule to THEIR needs. 20% offered, I disagreed but any further suggestions from me were met with “that’s not gonna happen”. I have no choice but take 20% to get something back to recoup losses. Funnily enough – I’m still waiting for it “will be processed tomorrow” that was 7 days ago! (screenshots) There is so much more to say about this and what happened but I’m too fuming to bother, I’ll do it with their Awarding bodies, people just need to know to avoid this company. In conclusion, save yourself the time, money, and sanity. 'London Training Centre' is a complete and utter waste. There are far better options out there. If you want ‘Frontline Training’ for your staff, 'Google it' first and I strongly advise considering any other company. A money-churner with no consideration for their quality or customers. You've been warned.

About 10years ++ Not mistaken he claim he from Singapore, The first preview of my in PJ Armada hotel talking about Forex trading, then he changes to Stock trading, and now he is cover crypto trading. He definitely is NOT a real trader rather I say is a good marketer. I believe his program is not worth it. As he keep changing and jumping from another product to another. Think about your support in the future once taking the course.

I was trading in forex since 2011 and I lost around $33,000 between this period. In 2014 I attended Kishore M free seminar where I liked his method of teaching. So I joined the actual workshop on forex trading by Kishore M. His teaching style is very systematic. I gained lot of confidence during his workshop. I recovered all my losses and now I am in a profit. I am already suggesting this course to my friends who I know are lost in the world of trading

Ohh they are the worst ever. Gave $210 for an important assignment and gave them TWO WEEKS to finish it for me but couldn't even do it. The assignment was worth 20% and I got 0 for it because due date passed. Everyday i reminded them about the assignment and they were like "Ohhh Our experts will handle it, Experts my F******* A**. WASTE OF MONEY AND ARE SCAMMERS. DON'T EVER BELIEVE THEM!

3 orders, non being submitted on time, one of it is even a week late. Asked about progress and how many extra days they need, no replies. Ended up with late submission and a sub par report which I could easily copy paste from google too within an hour.....

They promote it is called work ethics .they are selling their course for high tickets its seems around 2lacks with gst. This course is not worth for that much amount. I've passed their test and qa, but then I have to sign on doc with huge money to pay them. They never told about this while joining. Now I have no options to loose my 15000 and time

I registered on brototype by paying 5k at first, and I didn't asked anyone about them that was a mistake of me, then after some days the said to pay additional 10k and that's also for registration. I gone into calicut hub and talked to them, they said these are only reg fee and the course fee can be paid from salary after getting job also there is rent for the place we study. I asked twice about fee they said the same reg fee, rent, course fee after placement. After that we got 3 day motivation call and after some class took by the students in there. And I passed first test and qa , I didn't knew about either of them they never said it to me while I talked about the fees. Now they gave me agreement and said to sign in. Now the problem the agreement saying, I should pay 75,000 to 3,00,000 if I quit or terminate by them (if one week fails they can terminate), pay 1000 if fail to keep with their schedules, and the agreement is filled with conditions which I should pay to them. I can't agree with the terms, they never talked about any of this at the beginning, and many students from my batch are also unaware of these feeses. We (me and students from batch) contacted students studying there, studied, and working peoples, All of them saying there's nothing to learn by paying 2 lack and many of them had issues with them even people the studied there. We decided not to join them and contacted them. They say our money will never refund and when ask about why they didn't told about the huge fee before, they don't answer correctly, one said they don't have to, another said it's because of you terminating. I'm done with them the money's gone for five of us. And I happened to know there are many students like us some taking legal actions but it costs more time and money then the we lost because of them. Nothing happens if they say about the fees clearly before paying the regfee. I'm so excited to study there but now I just want my money back. Don't fall for their agents!

Worst experience I ever had , waste of money , The program emphasis only on money making , totally business minded procedures , can't affordable to a middle class boy but they won't speak about the total fees and structure of the program ,it only speek after the initial 15 k payment done , over motivating ,so many fake reviews by the students ( because they are making contests like the student who get more like and share ,got reward of money

They follow a weekly self-study mechanism and review their progress every week. The reviewers they have are arrogant and are not technically capable. The reviewers assigned may not have relevant knowledge of the technology stack. Most of the reviewers are trying to show off in front of the candidates that they are experts! Some of them don't even know the basics. If students/candidates point out the reviewers are wrong during the reviews with proof, it won't be accepted. Some reviewers even keep this in mind and will take revenge on the students by asking them to repeat the past week's work. If another reviewer comes up knowing the history, he will deliberately make the candidate fail to protect the first one. There is a case where I know, the candidate was informed as failed in the last interview, with wrong feed back from the reviewer. The reviewers lack real work experience. and most of them know how to grill people The candidate asked to re-check the video and the co-ordinator accepted her argument as correct, but she was not ready to update the score for the candidate and was forcing her to re-attempt the review. They make the life of people miserable. The method is good but when done with the wrong people, it backfires.

Brocamp IS A SCAM for that amount of price.... They are not providing any value for that amount of fees and dirty pressure for monthly avg 20k job.....They are not giving any placement guarantee...all the works are done by candidates....These Institutes are running by losers...who failed in college , careers, life.....My 88 k + other expenses wasted+ Time.... Their quality heads are losers...neither they didn't worked in reputed IT industry nor college degree....Only the laugh we hear in their social media platform..... Average students are taking 10-13 months for placements(sometime jobless)....And also average placement package is 20k/Month not 5 Lpa...... About their workspaces: They are very careless in terms of providing services in workspaces...Sometimes air condition will not work, power will lay off frequently, may be network will be disconnected, we were in Calicut , in a cheap workspace that doesn't even worth 2000 rupees and paying 4000...whenever we ask about them they will say only for this month..next month we will be moving to new renovated workspace saying that for 5-6 months...still they didn't moved from that workspace . Then coming to the weekly reviews, it's another scam, most reviewers are not qualifiers just come for 10-15 minutes and going, then what else we are paying for, and about review cordinators, they are irresponsible ,During one of my review one of the review cordinator didn't updated the next week task and I notified her ...she never minded and I lost one of my week.... About the Communication sessions, It was not much needed for me ....because I was already good at communication , but when I tried to participate in communication session I felt that it's only for average quality. Trainers are not aware of much english vocabularies, and giving cheap tasks for candidates as like a little kid of age 4 or 5....that's disgusting MY ADVICE IS ....THE BEST WAY TO LEARN PROGRAMMING IS, RENT OUT A WORKSPACE, CHOOSE AN ONLINE COURSE OR BEST MENTOR AND DO THE THINGS.....PREPARE THE CV WITH YOUR PROJECTS... I went there after seeing all their ads, but finally understood their teaching; they are making us work and learn on our own. Why should I go there when I can do it from home? What they advertise seems big, but what we actually get is small.

Yes ,paid all my tuition,books and took cpr class which I made a 92. Up front was so excited but short lived as an older person trying to work and do my studies I found it challenging,a lot was the instructor,very rude ,I studied hard always did my homework,but she always failed me on everything I tried even when we started our sticks ,she would scream at me just stop your being stupid ,I was so nervous I didn’t pay my money to be failed every quiz ,sorry this is phlebotomy,it got so bad I was sick on my stomach before class .if I had known this I would have went with another training place.I am filing a formal complaint because I felt it was a toxic inviroment.she constantly referred to she needed to drink lots of wine just to teach as she was overwhelmed with so many classes to teach

This org is a total scam! Signed up for the PMI-ACP exam prep, I chose PMTC because they offered in person classes which was unique in my area for the PMI-ACP. The instructions to the training center were garbage so I spent 20 mins running around in circles to get to the class on time. Class was supposed to start at 10, it didn't start till 11:30 because the professor was never told that she was going to have to set up for in-person and online students. Day 1:Once we got set up the training materials were printed power point decks that literally went over the bare minimum basics. The whole time I felt like the information that was being reviewed was not the caliber of knowledge I know the PMI tests for. I constantly asked about how the concepts we were learning would be captured situationally on the test and the teacher just said don't worry the ACP isn't like this its way easier than the PMP. Day 2: Drove for an hour into class, only to turn around and go home because the "training facility" didn't have internet so we couldn't include the online folks. So had to drive back home and do the remainder of the class online...which was precisely what I was trying to avoid in the first place. Finished up 3 days worth of "training" in 1.5 days, because there was nothing to learn other than reading powerpoint slides. Day 3: All online again, no training but the teacher said if we had questions that she would be available to answer. Day 4: I took the PMI-ACP...AND FAILED IT. When the results came back PMI broke down how I was graded and the core competencies that they were looking for WERE NOT EVEN COVERED IN THE CLASS THAT I PAYED $1699 FOR, I CANNOT EVEN USE THEIR MATERIALS TO RESTUDY FOR THE TEST BECAUSE LITERALLY THEY DO NOT HAVE THE INFORMATION YOU NEED TO PASS THE TEST. I have subsequently called them 6 times and never had a return call back. I have called my credit card company and put a hold on the charge. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON PMTC.

PMTC cancelled my class twice. I have yet to attend my CAPM review session. I have rearranged my work schedule twice. Please do not use them. I never write reviews but this is ridiculous.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COURSE CANCELED TWICE AT LAST MINUTE. I signed up for the PMP/CAPM course in Dallas for April 2-5, 2018. Just like many other reviews - PMTC canceled the class at the last minute (March 29). They offered to reschedule and I chose the July 23-26, 2018 course. As the dates approached I received no updates on location, start time etc. so I contacted PMTC with no reply. Then at midnight on July 22 PMTC sent an email cancelling the course. Thankfully I live in the Dallas area so was not out any travel expenses but am sure there were others not as fortunate. I responded to their email regarding the next course date in Dallas but have received no reply as of August 6, 2018. I have since sent multiple emails and left multiple messages. I just want a refund at this point b/c I have ZERO confidence any "rescheduling" will actually take place. I have contacted my company's legal department for further action (I work for a very large IT firm so resources are not a problem to fight PMTC to get my money back). I will also file a complaint with the BBB today. Very disappointed that a company like this has no problem scamming student after student. I wish I had read all of these reviews before committing and buying a class from PMTC.

SCAM - DO NOT GO THROUGH PMTC! Wow. Wish I came here first. I signed up for a PMP class in Waltham, MA for the June 4-7 dates. Their initial email asked if I already had the 5th version of the book. I followed up asking if the course was for the 5th edition or the 6th. No response. In that note they mentioned they would send out logistic information prior to the session. The week leading up to the class I called and emailed daily asking for information about the class and if it was still on track as I needed to travel to the location. The day before the event, while I was making the commute, I got the cancellation email. They claim to have done everything in their power to make this session work. They offered the same class at the end of July or to assist in shipping me to another class. I have requested a full refund within 2 business days. That time has passed and I am actively reporting this to my credit card company as fraud. AVOID PMTC. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THEIR CLASSES.

Be Very Afraid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company really bad at communication and following through with what they say. I paid upfront for a live class then settled for a webinar after I was in fear that i would receive no training at all. Post training, I have been calling non stop for several months trying to obtain my six sigma cert that "I thought" was included in the $5000 I paid for the coarse. Finally, after several months they sent me a test, which I studied for myself without any help as a refresher. Once I took the test, they held my score saying i should remove my poor review I submitted to ensure it gets processed quickly (which I did) . I was informed that i passed the test but still have not received my certification. after several attempts at a resolution I am currently in process of seeking legal action and will be posting my experience as much as possible to warn others before they subject themselves to the same treatment. If they had just sent me my cert, I would have walked away..... I think it really shows how poor the management is. Hands down the worst training experience I have had to date

Scheduled my PMP boot camp in Houston with these guys but they keep contacting me 2 days before the course is supposed to begin only to cancel and reschedule it for 2 months later, this has happened twice and when I tried to cancel and get a refund there is no response. I cannot get hold of their billing department or any supervisor. Every time I call a new receptionist says the same thing that she will email billing which has been happening for past one month with no action whatsoever. Never experienced such a scam company that too in the industry of learning and training. Please save your money and time and do not schedule with PMTC

Great class!! I took the CAPM class with Dr. Derrick Walters, it was a long class; however Dr. Walters made it great and kept us engaged. Definitely recommend taking the class, it's too much to learn on your own. Having a great instructor makes a great difference. Class was actually very educational and fun.

I just finished an Agile class taught by Joe Cuzanyu in NJ. We had a small class, and the hours were excruciatingly long, but Joe was entertaining (or tried to be) and the food and materials were spot on. Hope to never have to take another class like this, but If I do, I'll plan to do so with the folks at PMT.

I just completed my six sigma green belt certification with PMT and Tom Lawless. I didn’t want to take a class that lasted 6 months, and this condensed boot camp was perfect. The statistical analysis was a bit much to tackle during the week, but Tom gave us lots of supplemental material to review and it eventually sunk in. Our classroom was very nice and we had catered lunch from Panera. I strongly recommend this class for anyone who needs and prefers a strong focused approach to learning. I'll be looking to come back for my black belt in a few years.

The Vetpol team were incredibly helpful. The course was easy to access as were all the modules and the training material. Debs and Caroline were always at the end of an email for any questions or queries. The exams were easy to book and I felt well supported by the Vetpol team throughout my learning experience. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking to train as an SQP.

SQP Core and Companion Animal Access to all materials, straightforward and easy. Put off my exams due to anxiety for a long time but everything was so good. The Vetpol team are so helpful and understanding. Their team were always on hand to answer any questions I had and put my worrying to ease. Big shout out to Debs, without who, wouldn't have given me the confidence to do my SQP.

terrible company...... do not use. absolute scam. They take your money and you can't access the course, then you can't get on the exam, followed by passing the questions and having confirmation of this to be told you failed due to using external material. This was allowed in the exam and was shown before I started. This has happened twice now so please don't waste your time and money with this monopolist company

I took a rodenticide level 2 course. I passed having read all the course material and checked to ensure I conformed to the strict regulations. I adhered to all points even phoned to clarify access to course materials was allowed. Particularly as this was an open book test and was allowed to use Lantra course material I accessed this as 3 of the questions had not been covered in the training. They told me my exam was voided I asked to see screenshots of where I did wrong and they could not offer them. It’s a total scam walk away. I was told I could go again for 3/4 of the original price however as I didn’t know what they didn’t like I didn’t throw good money after bad. I would not recommend them find somewhere more trustworthy I’ve yet to get my qualification.

I attended Writtle agricultural college some years ago and the course and teacher were very good. Last year I did a bioside pesticides online course to enable us to carry on buying rat poison which we have been doing prior to this for fifty years. I logged on to their website and found little to no information on the courses I paid for or attended. Pointless really. The truth is that 99.9% of the farmers in this country have been farming quite well for the past thousand years without certificates. A quote from the classic film ,Blazing saddles. "We don't need no stinking badges!"

LANTRA - BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! Lantra hold themselves out as being a 'fit and proper' company but BEWARE as they acted DISHONESTLY!!! We were a customer of theirs until we discovered that Lantra staff had written a FAKE review about our company on our Trustpilot page by IMPERSONATING a customer of ours AND also providing a fake name in the process!!! Lantra even went to the extent of changing the 'reviewer name' 3 times in order to cover their tracks! We were one of their highest paying customers - not anymore!!! Very weird, very strange, very dishonest!!! Avoid this company as they might leave you and/or your company a bad review behind your back too! We subsequently made a formal complaint through their so-called complaints procedure whereby they defended their fake review by saying it was factually correct!!! ...Even after they had gone to lengths to disguise its origin, which we caught them out on! Their CEO Marcus Potter and his underling Robert Tabor accused our company and members of staff as fraudulent, simply for not removing AFTER they left us a FAKE REVIEW!!! Their Quartz system is a joke, it routinely crashes, and looks like it has been coded by a 5-year old child. Lantra will demand payments upfront when you enter a learner onto their awful Quartz system and DO NOT REFUND regardless of whether a learner goes through with their assessment or not. This means YOUR company will have to bear the cost of customer refunds (in accordance with the relevant consumer legislation) and Lantra will keep your money as they are not required to refund your business with it being a business-to-business transaction - even though they bear ZERO costs. They are industry experts in red tape and bureaucracy and they have treated our company very badly indeed, and I have no doubt they have treated other companies with similar contempt. Please contact SmartBreeder.com if you have any complaints about Lantra as we are collecting all complaints about them so to pass onto the Charities Commission and publish in the public domain in order to warn others what they are up to.
