I can’t praise this company enough. The jewellery is so sparkly! I bought a 1ct heart white gold ring and it’s absolutely gorgeous! I wanted another ring to compliment it so Louise sent me a mock up of what they would look like together. So I purchased my 2nd ring! Louise Allen is an absolute star! She couldn’t do enough for us. I sent the ring back to be sized on a Monday and it’s only taking 3 days from them receiving it back to being back on my finger! Fantastic company, would highly recommend.

I had a bit of a problem when I ordered a beautiful ring for my wife to wear on different occasions I.e when her wedding ring was being cleaned, adjusted, prongs fixed etc. But I ordered the wrong size. Exemplary customer service
I encountered a couple of issues with a ring I purchased, but I can't say enough good things about this company’s customer support. Louise has helped me every step of the way - once when i lost a stone out of my eternity ring - this was replaced and returned so fast, and then when i broke my solitaire ring they have basically rebuilt it and returned it - all within a week. Their service has been truly exceptional, with quick responses and impressively fast return shipping. Would definitely purchase from this company again, safe in the knowledge that there is always someone willing to help if anything did go wrong.

She was kind, helpful and professional with absolutely no hint of pretentiousness. Leveringstid! Når jeg handler på nettet, er det rigtig vigtigt for mig, at webshoppen overholder den leveringstid de proklamerer. Det synes ikke jeg freelmo gør! 1-3 dages levering er det jeg blev lovet - men det tog 6 dage før jeg havde mine varer. Hvorfor er I ikke bare ærlige om, hvor lang tid det tager jer at få varerne ud til kunderne? Det kan I ikke være bekendt, hvis man som jeg skal bruge det man bestiller på et bestemt tidpunkt. Jeg lagde min bestilling tirsdag formiddag og først et døgn senere får jeg bekræftelse på mit køb - det har jeg aldrig prøvet før, at der skulle gå så lang tid før en beskræftigelse på et køb kommer retur. Troede der var sket en fejl, da jeg ikke havde modtaget noget på mit køb, indenfor et par timer! Dette kan jeg jo ikke bevise, da jeg ikke tog et screenshot da jeg havde lagt bestilling! (Men hvis jeg skal være mistroisk, kan det jo fra jeres side, være en måde at få et extra døgn til at levere)! Jeg får en mail torsdag om at ordren er på vej. Jeg får en mail fra jer igen fredag om “at min ordre (snart) er på vej”! Ok torsdag var den på vej, fredag er den så “snart på vej”!!!! Lørdag får jeg så endelige en besked fra GLS om at min vare kan hentes! Det er ved gud ikke 1-3 dages levering! Jeg håber ikke I er ude på at binde jeres kunder noget på ærmet ift leveringstid - måske har jeg bare har været uheldig - men det her var min helt ærlige købsoplevelse og det jeg kommer til at huske jer på og det er vigtigt for jer, som forretningsdrivende at vide (også hvis det er en fejl i jeres system der er tale om)! They didn't have any made, but went and got the mount to confirm it was what I wanted and then made them for me there and then. Really competitive price, gorgeous quaint shop, very helpful and friendly people...restored my faith after having been treated appallingly by a member of staff in a store across the road.

I placed an order on Thomas gun on 23/11. Standard delivery is supposed to be 3-5 working day. It is now the 3rd December and I have still not received a despatch notification. I have tried contacted via telephone which keeps going to voicemail and I have tried via email and still no response. Poor customer service.

Pessima esperienza in cassa in quanto invitata dal titolare al pagamento con carta dopo che i miei 50€ sono stati rifiutati dalla macchinetta, che dovrebbe distinguere le monete false da quelle vere. I miei 50€ erano verissimi, infatti solo qualche minuto dopo venivano utilizzati nel pagamento in cassa automatica al supermercato Iperdem. Piuttosto che far passare un cliente per ladro, suggerirei al titolare di spendere qualche soldino in più per l’acquisto di una macchinetta efficace! Perché così perde solo molti clienti!

Super Service. Am Donnerstag Interesse an einer TEOS per Mail bekundet und Terminvorschläge mitgesandt. Schnell eine Antwort mit Terminbestätigung für Freitag bekommen, Klasse. Am Freitag im Store war eine große Auswahl der TEOS Modelle vorbereitet und nach kurzer Anprobe war die Entscheidung gefallen. Das grüne Zifferblatt war der Favorit. Hervorzuheben ist, dass ich umfangreich zu den Bändern beraten wurde und mir so zwei passende aussuchen konnte. Ein Tausch ist durch das Schnellwechselsystem wirklich unkompliziert. 1958 RACING Chronograph – Retro Chic
Habe mir Ende letzten Jahres den 1958 RACING Chronographen vorbestellt und ihn auch relativ rasch geliefert bekommen. Sehr schöner Zeitmesser im Stile alter Rennsport Chronographen zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Sehr ästhetisch gestaltet und gut verarbeitet. Ich trage diese Uhr äußerst gerne, vor allem, da der Wechsel des Armbands innerhalb weniger Handgriffe möglich ist, was mir die Freiheit gibt, den Style an jegliche Situation anzupassen – Sei es elegant mit dem originalen Lederarmband, sportlich mit einem passenden Nato-Strap oder sommerlich leicht mit einem Canvas Strap. Vor Kurzem hatte ich einen kleinen Mängel, da im Gehäuse plötzlich weiße Partikel sichtbar waren, die sich auf dem schwarzen Ziffernblatt unschön bemerkbar machten, oder auch am Glas und Innenrand sichtbar waren. Aber auch hier brilliert das Team von Meisterstein und lieferte echt guten Support für mein Problem ab. Uhr hingeschickt, kurze freundliche Korrespondenz, Uhr kam wieder perfekt zurück – Problem zielsicher und rasch behoben. Da kann sich so manch ein Hersteller höherpreisiger Uhren ruhig mal ne Scheibe von abschneiden. Danke und weiter so liebes Meisterstein-Team!

Another Amazing Watch!
This is my third Meisterstein watch and campaign that I have supported. Guido and the gang have always been honest and forward about their products and timelines and their watches have come alive with such beauty and robusy craftsmanship. I will continue to support every new project that comes out of the Meisterstein lab!

Mit Engagement und Leidenschaft
Ich habe den Meisterstein 1958 RACING Chronographen im Rahmen des letzten Kickstarter-Projektes erhalten. Die Uhr ist sehr schön geworden und macht einen sehr wertigen Eindruck. Im Rahmen meines Sommerurlaubs habe ich den Meisterstein Showroom in Leipzig besucht und konnte mich im Gespräch mit dem Eigentümer Guido Schröter davon überzeugen, warum das Eregbnis so ist wie es ist, sprich wenn jemand etwas mit Engagement und Leidenschaft macht. Daumen hoch und dicke Empfehlung.

Pessima esperienza! ho restituito degli slip per difformità della merce rispetto a quello che desideravo. Si sono trattenuti €5 per la restituzione. Scortesi. Nessun tentativo di venire incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Non rispondono nemmeno al telefono. Prestate attenzione!!! E risparmiatevi giustificazioni di facciata!
