Collana bella come in foto, la catenina è robusta a differenza di tante altre e i charms con le lettere sono piccoli e discreti come li cercavo, ma hanno anche una bella lucentezza grazie agli strass. La tengo anche per fare la doccia e non è cambiata di una virgola. La spedizione è stata velocissima, prima di quanto mi sarei aspettata! È arrivata 2 giorni dopo l'ordine, ben imballata e anche la scatolina fa la sua bella figura.

My now fiancé ordered my engagement ring from LovBe and it’s absolutely stunning. I constantly get compliments on how pretty and sparkly it is. It was a little too big, but they resized it for free and we didn’t even have to pay for shipping. Now it fits perfect. I can’t stop staring at it.

While the rings I ordered from this company were beautiful, the customer service was not. I purchased two rings (an engagement ring and a wedding band) in two separate transactions (one through Rare Carat, and one on my own, directly with LovBe). I received them in one shipment, and after a few days, decided to return the wedding band. Originally, Alyce offered to create something custom, and after the projected timeline for designs came and went, I was told they were busy and it would be longer. I ended up finding something locally, so I just returned the band for a refund. Eventually, I decided that I wanted to return the engagement ring as well. I was still within 60 days of delivery, and after my first two requests were ignored, my third request was answered telling me that each customer can only “return one sku,” so I was not eligible to return my ring. Their website does explain their return policy, which does state that each US customer is permitted “up to one exchange.” I was not asking to exchange, and had I known that this was the case, I never would have ordered both rings from them in the first place. The peace of mind that comes with a 60 day return policy was what convinced me to purchase my ring online in the first place. This is a pretty awful way to do business, and the curt tone of the email did not help the situation at all. Definitely do not recommend.

I ordered a ring and was very happy with the result. The ring was delivered and was a little loose but Alyce was great and got the ring fixed and back to me in about a week. Would highly recommend.

I made a custom order with Lovbe and couldn't be more happy with my experience. I requested to have the loose stone sent to me so that I can take a look at it before mounting it on. They didn't hesitate and took care of the shipping charges. The staff was accommodating and made sure my ring was made exactly the way I wanted. The diamond is absolutely gorgeous. Ze reageert altijd super snel op haar insta als er bijvoorbeeld een probleem is en heeft ook super gezellige tiktok lives waar ze bestellingen inpakt! Great quality bag. Very sturdy zippers and materials. I am an airline pilot so I need a bag that holds up to a lot of heavy use. The pockets are perfectly sized and having easy access to them with just a magnetic snap is perfect for quick access. Very easy to book an appointment, pop in for a visit, try on lots of different outfits and return the outfit afterwards. I had a lot of fun wearing my lehenga to a mehndi & sangeet. About four other girls were wearing outfits from Bollywood Borrowed too. They were all stunning! Each outfit is so unique and suits the person perfectly. I struggle with monthly episodes of VVC and this product has saved me having to use canesten pessaries and cream. It's easy to use and has no side effects that I have noticed. I will be buying this again.

I contacted MIIYONI 3 separate times (twice via form and once via email) about a customer service issue I require help with and was ignored every time. There's no way to get in touch with anyone from this company. I eventually sorted the issue with Royal Mail myself, no thanks to MIIYONI. I advise against using this company, which is a shame as it seems great in theory.

I ordered 10 tshirts for my hen party. We had a tshirts with writing on the front for all in the party, mother of the bride, maid of honour etc. We had names on the backs of the shirts & they honestly looked amazing.
