I love them and so does Usain Bolt (no joke, spotted wearing them in Miami)! This is an incredible product that is very well made and will last you a lifetime when taken care of. No fast fashion here, just pure quality and craftsmanship.

Love my new arctic seas swim shorts, ordered them online and they look and feel even better than the photos! I chose the pearlescent color which is a bit shiny and appears to change color when light hits them. I also love the minimalist approach as well as the contemporary European cuts. Didn't choose them for the ethical reasons per se, but that is of course a big plus!

I chose the men’s swim shorts by arctic seas for my boyfriend and he loves it! The swimwear is minimal and practical, with a useful zipped pocket on the back. Beyond the design, I love the ethical and sustainable side of the swim shorts as they are ethically made in Portugal using sustainable fabrics like the Econyl. We don’t need lots of swimwear in our wardrobe: just a pair made to last and timeless like those by arctic seas!

Wonderful service! I had some trouble booking the bikes for a day online and got help immediately via phone and sms. We booked two bikes and a tandem for a whole day and although we did not make it in time back to the store, we were allowed to bring the bikes back after the store was already closed. The staff was super friendly and helpful - great bikes, equipment like helmet and repair kit was included although not needed :) big thank you!

Prachtige schoenen, nog nooit zulke fijne pumps aangehad. Ik heb nu 2 paar maar dat worden er zeker nog veel meer. De service is ook uitstekend, dus in 1 woord Top!

Mijn kast is inmiddels goed gevuld met vele paren Feraggio pumps. Ik loop er hele dagen op met veel plezier en zonder pijnlijke voeten te hebben. Ook wel eens gehad dat een paar niet goed paste (het blijft hand/maatwerk), maar erg tevreden over de service om dit op te lossen!

Feraggio is in alle opzichten top! Ik heb inmiddels 6 paar. Ze staan geweldig, supervrouwelijk én krachtig, lopen super. De accessoires om je schoen nog meer te laten shinen zijn zó leuk, je haalt je outfit naar een nieuw level - waar je hoofd maar naar staat. De verpakking, de bewaardozen, stralen klasse uit; overal is over nagedacht. En dan de service: ik ben zo blij met de snelle reacties en het advies en de hulp die ik kreeg toen een hak was afgebroken!

Om te beginnen: wat een SUPER SERVICE. Snelle reacties, meedenken, enz. Daar mag menig bedrijf een voorbeeld aan nemen! De pumps zijn geweldig. Voor het eerst aan op een gala en 4 uur non stop ermee gedanst zonder pijn. (De volgende dag voelde ik wel dat ik hakken aan had gehad, maar geen blaren of pijnlijke plekjes.) Helaas was mijn schoen niet meer in 10 cm hak verkrijgbaar, maar de 7,5 stond ook zeer zeker sexy. De schoenen heb je na je bestelling snel in huis. Prachtig verpakt met een persoonlijk briefje erbij. Zijn er ook nadelen bij deze prachtige schoenen? Zeker wel! Je wordt er zó ontzettend hebberig van! Heel erg bedankt ladies! Op naar het volgende paar!

Heb inmiddels 6 paar. Van sling tot aan de laarsjes. Prachtige items en super goede service. Mijn hak van mijn croco was gebroken en vroeg of ze me konden helpen bij reparatie. Kreeg na opsturen een heel nieuw paar. Croco kost iets meer tijd om in te lopen maar zijn prachtig. Wel echt een halve tot hele maat groter nemen. Ik ben gelukkig met alle varianten die ik heb.

Na een lezing van de founder van Feraggio over haar prachtige hakken was ik heel nieuwsgierig. Alleen door een 'medisch mankement' loop ik sinds 2014 niet meer op hakken. Gelukkig is het mankement verholpen en mag ik weer......Helemaal blij, met een mooi paar zwarte hakken, verliet ik afgelopen zaterdag de nieuwe showroom in Amsterdam. Passen, proef lopen, tips en ontzettende leuke medewerkers zorgde daarvoor. Ik kom vast en zeker bij jullie terug in de showroom en/of online!

Do believe the hype! Service met een smile van Joep, Hawa en Juliette. En daarbij stylingtips van een aardige collega die met een schuin oog meekijkt. Persoonlijke benadering en schoenen die op maat worden besteld als ze out of stock zijn. Zelden nieuwe laarsjes met een punt zes uur lang aangehad, uitgedaan en er na een uur weer moeiteloos ingegleden. Ik zeg: “Bij twijfel: doen!”.

Super smukke smykker og hurtig levering. Jeg havde bestilt lidt forskelligt. Var rigtig glad for størrelserne på de forskellige ting. Snake halskæden er så smuk og holder godt, det samme gælder for den ring og matchende halskæde jeg bestilte. Dog blev jeg lidt skuffet over charm armbåndet, da jeg efter at have brugt det i to dage allerede havde mistet to charms som var gået i stykker oppe ved låsen. Armbåndet holder super fint, men de forskellige charms holder ikke særlig godt, så det er desværre blevet til et armbånd der bruges minimalt i stedet for et jeg kan have på i hverdagen. Jeg håber de charms til charmarmbåndet, som jeg købte ekstra til en kommende konfirmand holder bedre end det jeg modtog.

Det er virkelig flotte smykker og jeg kommer uden tvivl til at handle der igen 😀

I highly recommend using Diamond Lighthouse. I personally visited their office in NY. A certified gemologist thoroughly examined the diamond using different devices and recorded the entire evaluation by camera to ensure accuracy. I was present the entire time and the outcome was exactly the same as the one done by my local jeweller. Unlike other companies who just review the diamond using the loop, Diamond Lighthouse uses a multi-step process as it is in their interest to get the seller the most competitive price. In fact, when the gemologist found a tiny fault in my diamond he insisted that I look in the microscope to confirm his finding. I found the entire process to be very professional and the partners to be very nice and easy to work with. I would not hesitate to refer them.

I've been searching for a few months to find the right buyer. My diamond was cut early in the 60's and wanted to make sure I got the best deal since it was also sentimental. But like all good things, I needed to let go. After 17 emails, 8 local Jewelry shops, Diamond Lighthouse was the best offer that I received. Knowing how the diamond industry works I knew with their help I would be able to get at least close to where I felt was fair. My rep from day one emailed me and stayed on top of communication. They sent a prepaid box next day to send my diamond to them. I was very impressed that this company had a nice shipping box and even the jewelry paper with insured tape for shipping and handling. Other companies just emailed me a shipping label to print and I had to find a way to package it and pay for it. As you can see I didn't go with other companies, I went with Diamond Lighthouse. Once you're account is created, they have a site you login into and you can choose if you want to accept the offers given or reject it. After a few offers, I wasn't feeling so great an what I was getting. So my rep kept working with buyers and making sure it was in the ballpark to where I felt was fair. Less than a week I got a reasonable offer and closed the deal. Within 24hrs I received my money straight to my bank account. Highly professional and recommended. My rep was great. We spoke over the phone when we finalized the sale and she was very sweet and friendly. Thanks Sky!

I had a really good experience with Diamond Lighthouse. I explored several options, both online and locally. I spoke with 3 online representatives, including one from Diamond Lighthouse. One was nice, but gave me a lower quote. Worthy.com gets excellent reviews, but I found their rep to be extremely salsey and I didn't like that at all. They were also not up front with their fees. The rep didn't mention anything about a commission or fees at all. The local person I spoke with was very dismissive about my ring, which was a nice ring that I loved and really didn't want to sell. He downplayed the quality and made it very clear that the ring would be dismantled and basically thrown out for the main diamond. I left the meeting in tears! Diamond Lighthouse was kind, efficient, and very responsive on email. They got me a great price ($1500 over what the local guy quoted, even though he tried to tell me that online vendors were basically lying when they quoted higher) I would definitely recommend them!

Hun har håndplukket netop denne og glædet sig helt vildt. Det er da surt. Jeg er temmelig skuffet, selvom pengene heldigvis ikke er trukket. Jeg handler ikke her igen.

Jeg har på mail bedt om en opdatering af ordren - uden held. Jeg har forgæves kontaktet firmaet telefonisk - nu 3 gange - beskeden er: ring igen senere. Ifølge hjemmesiden opereres der med 1-3 dages leveringstid. Indtil nu er der tale om 9 dages leveringstid. Til god kundeservice hører forventningen om at ens bestilling sker som lovet - og at man i modsat fald kontaktes. At ens forespørgsler besvares både mht. mail og telefon. Det er som om Toytoy ikke rigtig holder af deres kunder. Hvis små ordre ikke kan udføres, hvordan så med de lidt større - dem placeres man der hvor man bliver godt behandlet

I have been using Lavamac for over a year now following them being recommended to me. In that time I have received amazing customer service along with honesty and transparency. Superb service after speaking to Katie and explaining how I've been let down by another manufacturer of a mattress whereby I've been waiting a month for delivery and no communication at all, Katie just took care of it so my baby daughter has something to sleep on tomorrow. Just a load off.. amazing. Later that day, I got all the tracking info over and an email saying to check early evening for the tracking to show. Item was delivered before 10am the following day, I even got an email from the saying it’s delivered and asking to confirm, followed by a phone call to check also. I ordered last year 1 carat in 3 different quality but same color melee and in 2 different sizes = 6 carats to test RRP reliability. Because of New Year they sent the goods beginning of January and I received them middle of January in Bangkok. No matter the size or quality the proportion of acceptable goods was varying from 5 to 25% in each lot. The color G-H was more I-J according to my sorter. I asked for explanations on RRP part = none has been given. In short RRP is not reliable and very far from that.

I would like to share my opinion and review by telling you that I found this company on Google and this store/company is awesome! I am glad I found RRP diamonds. The quality of their mined diamonds is superb! You receive exactly what is listed in their description page, they also issued a tracking number with prompt delivery service and response after purchase. It was a pleasure working and communicating with Hitesh, he answered and addressed all of my questions and concerns within hours of sending him an email. I took my new diamonds from RRP diamonds to my jewelry in Fremont, CA. And they always check any precious stones and diamonds I bring in via microscope and diamond tester, the jeweler also checks for color, clarity and cut and upon seeing my diamonds from RRP diamonds, she stated “These diamonds are mined, of excellent quality and clarity and cut, you made a great purchase” I was very happy and pleased to hear this! Thank you Hitesh and RRP diamond store. So people reading this, I can honestly vouch for RRP diamond store, give them a try, they have great service, quality at very reasonable and affordable great prices. I know I will definitely be buying diamonds from Hitesh again and again!

My first purchase with RRP went smoothly & the 2mm diamonds I received are exactly as advertised. I got my questions before the purchase quickly answered by Hitesh. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

I ordered a custom ring of my design & a 20 pc honeycomb set grillz. The ring they produced from the drawing I sent, is immaculate. Very pleased with the ring. The construction of the grillz began on Oct 31& I received them on Dec 22 after being told 15- 20 days. The grillz is very bulky and they didn’t fit my teeth. I had to use pliers to squeeze it & to get them to some what stay on my teeth. Also, the product I received is far from the image I requested. I will possibly order more custom jewelry but I will not order any more grillz from this supplier.
