De kaartjes van mevrouw moos zijn ontzettend leuk en de service is fantastisch! We kregen snel de proefdruk opgestuurd en wijzigingen werden ook snel en goed doorgevoerd. De uitgerekende datum van ons kindje viel rondom de vakantie van mevrouw moos, we kregen netjes voor de vakantie de labels en enveloppen alvast opgestuurd, alles heel mooi ingepakt met daarbij nog de doopsuiker zakjes en stickers en nog wat extra kaarten. Bij een volgende kindje zullen we zeker weer voor een kaartje van mevrouw moos gaan en het ook aanraden bij andere personen!

We hebben voor beide kinderen een kaartje laten ontwerpen bij mevr. Moos. Wat wij ontzettend fijn vonden was het snelle contact met Mevr. Moos. We waren niet zo vroeg vantevoren, twee dagen voor de geboorte hebben we pas contact opgenomen (bij baby nr 2). In enkele dagen lag een doos vol persoonlijke geboortekaartjes, stickers en enveloppen op onze mat. Adresstickers plakken en alles op de bus doen. Mevr. Moos maakt mooie ontwerpen als je aangeeft wat je leuk zou vinden. Je krijgt 3 voorstellen in de eerste ronde, daarvan geef je aan wat je mooi vindt en in de tweede ronde heb je ook keuze. Tip: zorg dat je zelf een goede digitale adressenlijst hebt.

Geweldige service én hele leuke kaartjes
Mevrouw Moos ontwerpt prachtige en unieke kaartjes. Net even anders dan alle grote bedrijven die allemaal hetzelfde maken. Ook de verpakking waar je het in ontvangt is een feestje om open te maken! Daarnaast is er 1 op 1 contact waarin je je wensen en of aanpassingen kunt doorgeven. Wat ik nog specifiek wil benoemen is dat de service van Mevrouw Moos echt super is. Helaas had de zwangerschap een verdrietige afloop. Maar mevrouw Moos heeft ons geholpen met o.a. het ontwerpen van een aanvullend kaartje bij het geboortekaartje. Daarnaast heeft zij dit alles als geheel aan ons kado gedaan. Omdat zij het zo verdrietig voor ons vond. Het heeft ons heel goed gedaan om een ondernemer te treffen met zo’n hart voor de zaak! Dus Dankjewel Irma!

Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over de samenwerking met Irma. Wij hebben ook bij onze tweede dochter weer gekozen voor een origineel geboortekaartje van 'mevrouw Moos'. Er is goed meegedacht en geluisterd naar onze wensen en voorkeur. Wij zijn ook zeer tevreden over de snelle service en goede bereikbaarheid. Na de digitale proefdruk is er nog van alles mogelijk om te komen tot het eindproduct: een super mooi en origineel geboortekaartje! De prijs is inclusief en daar zit een hoop bij in: mooie passende adreswikkels, enveloppen en stickers voor eventuele doopsuikers. Order replacement
On receiving my order I found it to be gold plated instead of sterling silver. After many emails I returned the item as I had received it. A month later I received the replacement but with no wood shavings, just taped closed in a cardboard box with the order number printed on the tape. Why wasn't it presented in the same manner as the original order? At least the item was as I had ordered it as it will be a very special gift for my granddaughter.

Damaged product - no response when contacted.
My wife bought me a leather bracelet as a birthday present. When l opened it part of the leather had frayed and a strand had broken completely. Despite sending emails along with photos attached of the damaged product we’ve heard absolutely nothing. No communication from Silvery at all. Seems that they’re ok with sending faulty products and then ignoring communication from customers. Pretty poor.

sizing problem
I recently bought a pair of brown Downey, size 45 from a shop in Jermyn St, London. They have proved to be rather too big. I have just taken delivery of 2 pairs of Downey, one brown and one black, in the recent sale. They are size 44. Both pairs are too small! I normally take a 43, 9.5. A bit disappointing but may have to persevere.
