These jeans claim to fit size 6 to 16. Untrue. I'm a size 12 and I cannot get them to fit properly over the hips and the waist is too small. There is no telephone number on the delivery note or returns instructions. I had to Google to get the information. I spoke to Dean Cuba in online sales who was helpful and immediately emailed me a returns label.

Heads up guys, if you are a size 16 (as some of the jeans say 8-16), these will not fit you. I'm a 14 in some shops and 16 in others, and with these, the buttons do close, and the zipper does go up, but they are too small and I will actually need to go down a size for them to fit comfortably.

La comunicazione mail con l'assistenza è stata veloce, chiara, facile, immediata e la serietà dell'azienda mi ha letteralmente incantata, dopo una settimana dal ritiro per la valutazione e analisi mi hanno inviato a domicilio una paio di scarpe nuove.
