Som vanligt med Klockia. Snabba smidiga och väldigt serviceminded. Eftersom jag bor på ön kunde jag hämta upp klockan i butiken. Bra pris på klockan och som motsvarade beskrivningen i texten. Snabba från beställning till att kunna hämta ut klockan.

Strul med leverans med den klockan jag beställde. Klockia pratade med Garmin och det slutade med att jag fick en bättre modell, prisskillnanden behövde jag inte betala, bra jobbat anställda på klockia(pawel) //Pär

Fick gott intryck redan innan köp pga så fina recensioner. Även min upplevelse var bara positiv. Köpte klocka, kortade länk och bad om presentinslagning.

Deras kundtjänst svarar ej, köpte en Casio G-shock där själva lampan i klockan är trasig. Dom svarar varken i kundtjänst, via mejl eller Instagram. Känns som en väldigt oseriös firma.

Ciao, ho comprato uno zainetto asilo e il suonimpara, prezzi abbastanza buoni, spedizione abbastanza veloce e corriere ottimo, peccato che la confezione non sia stata imbottita permettendo alla pianola di sbattere all'interno della scatola, inoltre era accesa come qualcuno avesse voluto giocarci prima di spedirla. I prodotti son arrivati senza danni e funzionanti.

Ho acquistato solo una volta, mi è bastata per rimanere estremamente soddisfatta sia per l'imballaggio dell'articolo acquistato sia per la rapidità di spedizione.. Mi piace!

This is a scam website. The shoes finally arrived and are fake plastic rubbish. Not orthopaedic as advertised. Falling apart. Contacted number and email for return but phone is fake number and email returned. I purchased with a credit card and have put a complaint to them to deal with…

Please do not order from this company, uK Shoes, they are not in the UK. Ordered a pair of orthopedic trainers which took ages to arrive. Cost 39.99. The shoes finally arrived and look like something you could buy for a few quid in the UK in a discount store. I have emailed but the email comes back from Postmaster who says the email address does not exist! The phone number is fake too! I traced the company to Haichen Technology but can get no further. I am asking my bank to get involved to see if they can trace this company! I intend to do everything I can to get my money back! It may not be a lot of money but this is about teaching these scam companies a lesson!

I ordered 2 of the trainers in purple and pink/navy. The purple ones turned up but the pink/navy turned up as a black pair. They refunded 10% of the order. So I ordered the pink/navy ones again and this time a black/red turned up. This time they offered to refund 20%. I now have 2 pairs of trainers in colours I don’t want or like. I have now demanded a full refund of the two pairs that turned off and the pink/navy ones free of charge to be sent to me immediately. Let’s see what happens The worst company ever!

I bought the shoes and came up too small, customer service is disgusting…returned the shoes that costs £185 and so far no communication whatsoever!! Will soon start procedures with all social media, ombudsman, credit card company and so on… Absurd!!!!

They sent me a wrong size and now do not even bother to get back to me. Ordered size 2, they sent me size 6.

This is truly a reliable retail shoe shop you can trust. They have a variety of shoes and offers a lot of options. The shoes which I have purchased here were exactly what I've wanted, and I had no issues with the package or the quality. Overall, my experience was positive.

Utterly utterly rubbish. I wish I had read the reviews first. This is a scam. Sandals are very poor fit and there is a no refunds policy.

Bought shoes and they don't fit so I emailed asking for a returns label. N reply. I have emailed thee times and there has still been no answer. My Bank have suggested that I send them back to the address on the packet and use a 'signed for' package return. The address on the package is different from the one on the website. V V unhappy with this Company and believe that it is a complete SCAM. Dreadful quality and no way do they fit!!! DON"T BUY.

My wife and I have been regulars at Avanti for many years. It's a breath of fresh air these days to find a true family run business with excellent customer care and a full range of both bespoke, modern and vintage jewellery and watches. Always a warm welcome from the owner Alan and his experienced staff. Totally honest and trustworthy company who've been in Ashbourne for many, many years.

Huge thanks to Jo for the fabulous service we received from her. Avanti is a very special jewellers. You feel valued as a customer and Jo was lovely in guiding us through the experience of designing a special piece of jewellery. We wanted a solitaire diamond setting in a new ring and Jo helped us with lots of ideas. My wife's new diamond ring is absolutely beautiful and we could not be happier. We cannot recommend Avanti highly enough.

I have made a number of purchases in Avanti. After drawing me in with their gorgeous window displays I always receive excellent advice and service. They are there to pass on their knowledge so I feel confident in my purchase.

After popping into Avanti to ask about having my wedding and engagement rings enlarged for a second time, due to my hands suffering the fate of arthritis and extremely large knuckles, the lovely staff offered me a quote for the work but also showed us alternative option of an innovative new hinged ring for hands suffering just like mine. I was super impressed with this ring, but I was a bit cautious about a new ring as original wedding and engagement rings had the sentimental attachment. A further suggestion was made that I could have both my rings incorporated into a new hinged ring. They gave me a quote and we discussed the design to incorporate my gold and diamond into the new hinged ring. Dawn and Jo were very helpful and really wanted to help me. We went back into the store to finalise sizing and place the bespoke order. I was kept informed all the way through the process and when the final completion date was confirmed I was shown some pictures of the process but none of the finished ring. I was excited for the collection time to see how it had turned out but also to be able to wear my original wedding and engagement rings again, albeit in a new form. Thank you to Dawn, Jo and the goldsmith who made my beautiful ring possible. Excellent service from excellent staff.

I received excellent service throughout my search for a diamond ring. The assistant could nor have been more helpful, and the ring is beautiful.

Avanti was recommended to us, and my other half was looking to buy a watch. Dawn took the time to explain all about buying watches and the pricing of them. She showed us the watch seen online and made sure that it was adjusted to fit correctly. This was a special purchase and Dawn helped to make it feel that way, even giving me a gift bag so that we both had something to take with us. Thank you Dawn and Avanti.

What an amazing jewellers! My partner and I were on the hunt for our wedding rings and ideally didn’t want to go to a high street jewellers. After some research, we came across Avanti and loved the look of their products online. They absolutely did not disappoint- our first meeting with Dawn was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and used her expertise to help find our perfect rings. We tried lots of different styles and sizes and nothing was too much trouble. She took her time and helped us keep within budget. The rings arrived quickly and the constant communication between appointments was great. I had the pleasure of meeting two super ladies who are part of a very dedicated team of people who went above and beyond what I expected for a turnkey service. A big shout out to Dawn and Jo who both had a huge wealth of experience and expertise that made a bespoke jewellery challenge absolutely trouble-free. I entered the shop knowing roughly what I wanted but not having a clue on how difficult it would be or how it could be delivered – especially in the short timescales I had left. The challenge was for two bespoke rings engraved with specialist characters and inset diamonds for a special family occasion. Dawn went through the design process with me in great detail, working out the logistics of all the different supplier processes to suit my timeframe and proposed laser engraving for the characters which would have more definition on a small band width. Jo, amongst her other skills, was the diamond expert who selected the right product to suit the style of ring. Many other challenges were raised by me and true to form, the team at Avanti’s along with the expertise of their master goldsmith, sorted everything - even bringing the finished articles in two weeks ahead of the date required. The quality was amazing. They took what I had as an idea and turned it into a reality! I would highly recommend Avanti for any piece of bespoke fine jewellery you may want. A refreshing experience of pure customer service.
