This give me faith in Cuba as an online retailer and have since purchased many clothing items for myself and friends/family members. I have purchased Tiffosi, Gas and Freddy jeans from the website. I always can get something to suit me. A very good range of clothing.

These jeans claim to fit size 6 to 16. Untrue. I'm a size 12 and I cannot get them to fit properly over the hips and the waist is too small. There is no telephone number on the delivery note or returns instructions. I had to Google to get the information. I spoke to Dean Cuba in online sales who was helpful and immediately emailed me a returns label.

Heads up guys, if you are a size 16 (as some of the jeans say 8-16), these will not fit you. I'm a 14 in some shops and 16 in others, and with these, the buttons do close, and the zipper does go up, but they are too small and I will actually need to go down a size for them to fit comfortably.

While I like the fit the waist was still a bit tight and cut into me and the zipper kept unzipping. I was hoping for a looser, more comfortable fit in the waist but can't go up any more in a size. :/

I was after a particular Tissot watch for my son's birthday which I was finding very difficult to buy. A number of shops as well as the Tissot website itself could not provide it and could give me no indication of when it might become available. However, Swiss Emporium came through with time to spare. The only criticism I had was that initially I received no confirmation from them of my purchase. It was only that I had taken a screen shot of my purchase that I was able to give them the order number. Swiss Emporium then let me know the watch had been ordered and would be sent to me with plenty of time to spare. That is what happened. Maybe it was an oversight but better to advise customers that a watch has been ordered rather than wait until it actually arrives before advising them. A minor gripe in the scheme of things - all actual contact with Swiss Emporium was very courteous and informative..

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and I have to say what a stunning jewellers. I had a lovely lady named Claire whose service and knowledge was first class. The team at watch club was extraordinary in every way. While visiting London we always do a little shopping. The girls are usually after handbags and I look at watches. Upon looking in their window I noticed a very well curated collection. That day I was on the hunt for a Rolex Pepsi. Looked at several, however, watch club had one in great condition and competitively priced. On top of that the team was excellent to work with and as an avid watch enthusiast I could tell that they were knowledgeable and had the same enthusiasm for watches as I do! I would highly recommend them!
