I subscribed to E-Mastr on the strength of Dr. Tapan Patels lecture at the Aesthetics Conference and Exhibition (ACE 2018). The lecture was considered excellent. The lecture was detailed and well presented and served as an ideal teaching introduction for those who sougth to establish a botox and filler practice as well as those who sought to improve their skills at the expert level. Dr. Patel introduced E-Mastr and after subscribing I can state that these videos and lectures are easily some of the best medical practice teaching I've ever encountered despite extensive practice. Exceptional. The videos include anatomy, practical advice and practical application on injection locations, depth, volumes, product type, risk factors, needle and cannula size and tips on improved results. Expect your confidence to soar. This is rapid, effective and clear teaching. These videos are rated as 5* excellent and are significantly better than any lecture could be as watching them on your phone allows the videos to be replayed and uncertainty to be addressed, especially when observed in the preset groups of consultation, examination, marking out, application and results review. E-mastr is a revolutionary unique learning platform for practitioners of all abilities. It covers all procedures and goes into detail about the precise techniques used and how they may vary on differing ethnicities and age groups. The huge bank of constantly updated videos clearly demonstrating each procedure are invaluable and can be watched over and over in on any device. I am constanlty learning from it and it has definitely made me a much more confident and a more skilled injector. The video content ranges from simple reconstitution of toxin to the all important dealing with complications and everything in between. I run a course teaching a basic course in Botox and dermal fillers and I recommend this learning platform to all my delegates as well as fellow more experienced practitioners. It’s really does cater for all abilities! I love it! In terms of value for money, I can confidently say that I have learned more from this than some of the very expensive courses I have attended. Not to mention the numerous text books I have purchased. Dr Tapel is clear and concise and explains things in a way that anyone can understand. The 3D anantomy video are so useful! It’s wonderful! Excellent, constantly updated huge library of video content. From the basics of reconstitution of product through to multiple examples of advanced procedures such as non surgical rhinoplasty and importantly, emergency management. I would not hesitate to recommend this online resource to any of my aesthetic colleagues, from those starting out in the industry through to much more experienced colleagues, there is lots for everyone to learn from. Dr Tapan is thorough and systematic with great anatomical foundation explanations of procedures. I also attended the hands on masterclass at Academy 102 and found this to be one of the best training days I have ever attended. The trainer to delegate ratio is fantastic, with a hugely experienced training team. I am definitely a better injector after attending this day. The ‘bubbles’ at the end of the course were a lovely touch too.

An amazing online learning resource for anyone working the the facial aesthetics industry. There are multiple examples of different treatment indications as well as videos on anatomy and complications management. The content seems to be constantly updated and the training is of such a high standard that it easily justifies the subscription fee in my opinion. Personally it has helped me adopt a much more methodical approach to patient assessment and treatment planning and I am achieving much better outcomes as a result of this. I recently attended the academy 102 dermal filler training with Dr Tapan and his faculty and I have to say it was the definitely best course I have ever been on. Well organised with lots of hands on training and live demonstrations. I will most definitely be attending more of these training courses in the future.

I wanted to post a review of my experience of the e-mastr online resource. I am a doctor working in non surgical aesthetics for the past 10 years and have attended a number of courses and workshops. I have always enjoyed attending courses run by Dr Tapan Patel as I like his presenting style. So when I saw at a recent congress that he has launched his own new online course, I was intrigued. I was a little taken aback by the price (£995 for the first year) so i emailed the company to find out exactly what was included. They were helpful and gave me links to an example video and also a list of available content. I bit the bullet and paid up for a subscription. Once I logged, I was astonished at the quality of the website and in particular the quality of the videos. They have examples of every botox and filler indication and multiple examples. For instance just for nose filler, they have more than 6 cases. Each treatment also shows the treatment from when the doctor is examining the patient right through to a follow up a few weeks later. The explanations are easy to understand and if you watch it on a large screen PC, it is like being there live! They also seem to keep adding videos! Since i subscribed 1 month also, they must have added at least 20 more videos. Although i consider myself experienced, I have learnt a huge amount already and changed a number of my techniques. I so wish this had been around 10 years ago! I wish Tapan and his team all the best and look forward to more content!

I love these toothbrushes. Not only are they *not* plastic but they clean my teeth as well as, if not better than, the fancy, overpriced, overmarketed plastic toothbrushes. After over 6 months of using a Bambuu toothbrush my dentist declared my teeth exceptionally clean (much to my surprise). So I’m definitely sticking with these toothbrushes!

An absolutely amazing experience at such a stunning clinic. The moment you drive through the gates you already feel uplifted. I felt at ease when I walked through the clinic doors and was greeted by a friendly member of the team. I took a seat in their spacious seating area, there was a variety of drinks and snacks to help yourself. Kayleigh did my treatments; she was extremely professional and thorough and I’m beyond happy with the results. I’ve already booked my next treatments and cannot wait to go back. I would recommend this salon/clinic to everyone, it’s 100% the best in Doncaster and surrounding areas. It also has the biggest variety of treatments. I went for a hair transplant in February (it's now May) and the clinic lived up to all my expectations. Dr. Utkan was very professional, friendly and took the time to explain to me every single step of the process that I would be going through. During the consultation, I raised any concerns I had with Dr. Utkan and he was very detailed in his responses to me and even explained the logic and reasoning behind certain actions and steps that he would be taking during my procedure. He took one whole hour just to plan my hairline and double-checked everything with me before proceeding. Zeynep my translator was very friendly and took the time and effort to explain and translate every interaction that I had with any of the medical staff who didn't speak English. This made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to have an increased sense of confidence with the team. On top of all that, communication with the clinic continues until today as I have frequent messages with the clinic; they check up on me and request photos of my hair growth so that they can keep tabs on my progress. Any issues I've ever had are very quickly resolved via simple texts which is great. The one thing I really appreciated was the fact that after everything was over and they were giving me my medication; they did NOT upsell me on extra medication or any topical creams or shampoos. In fact, they even told me that if I were to finish or run out of the medication, that it would be cheaper for me to purchase extra medication over the counter in a pharmacy versus coming back to the clinic. This type of behavior really shows that all they want for you is to have great results and they're not just there to make money off of you. As men undergoing such treatment, we are vulnerable and hence we are susceptible to any kind of pressure to purchase in order to make sure that the results we get are solid; the clinic doesn't exploit this by upselling or pushing things like oxygen treatment, infra-light treatment or anything like that. In fact, they tell me that whilst all those treatments have some benefits, as long as I'm on Finesteride, it is more than sufficient to ensure success. But of course, the biggest value that I found going to this clinic was that I was treated by a certified dermato-surgeon. The amount of confidence that I had undergoing this procedure knowing that a surgeon is running it is peace of mind you can't get anywhere else. Dr Utkan was there for the whole 12 hours, performed the most important aspects of my procedure (opening the channels and plotting hairline) and I could see him working very hard to make sure the procedure was done well. He supervised all aspects of the procedure too. They even took the time to print out my reference photos to make sure that my hairline matched it exactly. Plus all my grafts were bathed in a bioenhanced solution to increase the survival rate of the grafts; something that not a lot of clinics practice. I also opted in for the stem cell treatment as it was recommended by Dr Utkan; I also did my own personal research on stem cell treatment for hair transplant patients and found the results to be quite compelling. I cannot recommend this clinic enough they are professional, friendly, transparent and highly communicative. If you're considering getting a hair transplant in Turkiye, do yourself a favor and go to them.

I had my transplant done (around 4500 grafts) on Dec 8th. I’d say my overall experience is pretty nice. I chose the premium FUE package in which Dr Utkan did the design and the main channel part (a couple technician and nurse did the donor area graft extraction operation), in total it took about 10 hours I think? But honestly I didn’t feel that long as I felt asleep in the middle a few times and there’s a lunch break in the middle. All folks are pretty friendly. Zeynep, the coordinator, accompanied me throughout the process and explained well for post care too! The breakfast included hotel and luxury car pick-up and drop-off comes quite handy, while I am waiting for my results to come out, I am thankful for the good work Dr Utkans team performed.

De nature plutôt méfiante, je dois dire qu'Estepera ne m'a absolument pas déçu. La clinique et le travail qu'elle propose collent parfaitement aux vidéos qu'on peut voir ici et là. La prise en charge est complète, et tous les professionnels sont compétents et sérieux. Un grand merci aux traducteurs français qui se donnent à 100% pour que tout se passe bien. Je pense notamment à Zaid et Yanis, qui ont été excellents. A l'écoute, rigoureux et très sympas.

Ich habe eine Haartransplantation in der Estepera-Klinik durchgeführt und alles war großartig! Die Klinik war äußerst hygienisch und steril, was den gesamten Prozess sicher und angenehm machte. Das Team war sehr professionell und aufmerksam. Besonders möchte ich mich bei Fahrer Herrn İlhan bedanken, der uns beim Transport sehr geholfen hat. Er war sehr höflich und freundlich. Es war eine perfekte Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Ich kann Estepera jedem, der eine Haartransplantation in Erwägung zieht, wärmstens empfehlen.

I have visited the lovely yoga studio at Rhyl and attended the yoga retreat at the big house by the sea, and highly recommend them both. The friendly expert teachers are a joy to be around. I always come away learning something new and feel better for it.

Just come back from a B-yoga retreat what a beautiful weekend! Helen and Ceri went above and beyond to ensure that we had an amazing weekend. There was not on fine detail they missed from the amazing food, the location and the fantastic classes. As an anxious person I felt so welcomed and relaxed which helped to settle my nerves. I would highly recommend to anyone I will definitely be going to another retreat! 🙌💜

I attended a class at the studio and to sum it up WOW. I was made to feel extremely welcome by Helen the yoga teacher who was very friendly and knowledgable. The studio is stunning and just being in that room immediately made me feel calm and relaxed. The class itself is one of the best I have been to, Helen’s instruction and sequence was outstanding and I just felt amazing afterwards. I cannot wait for my next class 😊

Absolutely LOVE practicing yoga with Helen at this studio. The studio itself is filled with light but retains a feeling of coziness at the same time. What an amazing Yoga studio to practice in. I was a beginner with no previous experience but they made me feel so welcome the minute I walked in through the door. The studio itself is incredibly relaxing and zen. I tried a few classes before I found the right one for me but theres so much choice which is great. Everyone who practices here are so friendly making the experience very different to what I expected, theres no judgement at all, feels more like a community. Id highly recommend this studio.

I bought this as an anniversary gift as my wife uses many of the products daily. She was over the moon! Can't give anymore than five stars or I would. Website is great and received the kit faster than advertised.

I was really looking forward to the Fall perfume since it has many of my favorite fragrances in it. However, all I can smell is the Cardamom and none of the mid or bottom notes like patchouli or vanilla. I found it underwhelming and down right disappointing honestly. I did receive my order very quickly and do appreciate that!
