I've been using the unbindr pretty much daily, and I find it really helpful. What a clever design: simple, but perfect for its intended purpose. I love how it gives me a sense of control of pressure and where I'd like to feel that pressure. It certainly provides relief from any small tensions that crop up. Today I had a five hour car trip, and I decided to take it along. Perfect! I was so glad I did. I arrived feeling like I had had a massage during the trip! I was really looking forward to the Fall perfume since it has many of my favorite fragrances in it. However, all I can smell is the Cardamom and none of the mid or bottom notes like patchouli or vanilla. I found it underwhelming and down right disappointing honestly. I’ve been training with Aaron for a few months now and really enjoying the training. Aaron’s committed to helping me achieve my fitness target and has a great approach in doing so. I took part in the Hyrox event yesterday and had a brilliant time. The team were all really supportive and I was really able to push myself with the support from the crowd too. Great event and highly recommend it.

Since having my first child in lockdown I have been a part of Aarons bootcamp sessions. I started on zoom and eventually we moved outside. Since starting I was met with a wonderful group of friendly, hard working people. Aaron and his team have been nothing but supportive and encouraging since day 1. I had my second child and continued to attend sessions up to 40 weeks while Aaron adapted exercises for me. I am by no means the fittest but have gotten stronger and healthier and that's all thanks to the amazing sessions that Aaron carefully plans week in week out. I completed 2 of Aaron's Hyrox affiliated events and my first real hyrox in may and have signed up for my next in November. I am looking forward to continuing to work with you getting faster and stronger!

I entered the Performance training hyrox event as I have seen it online and wanted to get a feel of the event before entering an official hyrox event. The day was brilliant, everyone was really supportive and am hoping they will become regular events at Basildon Sporting Village as I would love to do more locally.

Performance X Hyrox - 23 July 2023 Absolutely excellent! I found out about it from the Exercise Manager at my Everyone Active gym and I'm so glad I did! I won't lie, I was petrified but when I got in touch with Aaron through Facebook he was really helpful, supportive and reassuring. He and his team put on an awesome event at a great location! Everyone was so welcoming, encouraging, and truly committed to delivering the best experience for everyone - participants and spectators. The venue (Basildon Sporting Village) was really good, the event was really well set up, the DJ/compere was fab, and the kit was fantastic!! That good that while I did this one as a solo female entrant, I've signed up hubby to do the mixed doubles in August. The experience has been invaluable as I now know what to expect at Hyrox London later this year. Thanks again Aaron and everyone involved!

I had a wonderful experience working with Allan through his 12-week fitness program. Before joining Allan’s program, I felt like I had plateaued and was struggling to figure out what direction to go to progress my health and fitness goals. Allan worked with me to figure out a fitness regimen that worked with the equipment I had available at home and on the road (because I travel frequently) as well as workouts I could do when I had access to a gym. He was very knowledgeable of how approaches to fitness and nutrition need to change as we age. And his workouts allowed me to clearly see my strength increase which was incredibly motivating! He also helped me work on my mindset towards fitness, nutrition, sleep, and stress – lots of small, steady changes as I figured things out and identified my own motivations and obstacles. With daily texted check ins from Allan, I was motivated to work on making those small changes each day. This led to new thought processes, habits, and patterns that make staying healthy more automatic which is a game changer for me. I have been listening to the 40+ fitness podcast for quite awhile. I have always enjoyed learning about the different aspects of health and fitness. When Allan offered a 12 week fitness program I decided to give it a shot. Allan provided nutritional guidance, a tailored fitness program, almost daily text check ins and a weekly zoom meeting. The personal guidance got me out of a sedentary slump that I found myself in. I am enjoying my new focus on diet and nutrition and have lost weight. Fantastic clinic. In February 2023, I had a FUE transplant at another clinic. The clinic did not do a good job. I had patches on my scalp. Thus, I have been looking for months for another clinic that can do a better job. I found Hair Garden. Ahmet was extremely helpful and understood my situation and advised me to consider the DHI transplant and shared contacts of former patients based in my home city - London. I contacted them. They shared their experiences. That gave me the confidence in Hair Garden clinic. Upon arriving in Istanbul, Ahmet greeted me at the airport and accompanied to the hotel. The following day, he returned to the hotel to accompany me to the hospital and was present throughout my transplant which took 8 hours to complete. Unlike other clinics in Istanbul, Hair Garden's transplants are carried out at a popular Turkish hospital. The Surgeon and the whole team were wonderful and provided excellent care. It's less than a month since I had my transplant. I am extremely happy with the outcome of the surgery. I am looking forward to seeing excellent results of my hair.
