Da jeg originalt ville bestille fra body-stuff, var jeg grundet deres mange 1-stjerne anmeldelser i tvivl om hvorvidt det var en fusker side eller ej, men det kan jeg så bekræfte det ikke er. Jeg bestilte 11 bøtter d3 vitamin på 10.000ie. Der var et mix-up, så jeg fik en anden kundes bestilling, og han fik min. Jeg skrev så til body-stuff, som så sendte mig en helt Ny bestilling, til en ekstra pris! Så jeg kan kun sige topkarakter herfra! Vil helt sikkert prøve og bestille herfra igen :) Efter at have læst lidt, så tror jeg problemet lå hos DHL, da mit tilfælde ikke er enestående.

Har første gang handlet på deres hjemmeside på baggrund af deres spændende udvalg af kosttilskud. Leveringen tog cirka 5 hverdage - hvilket ikke er det hurtigste, men fair nok! Etiketten på varen afviger kraftigt fra billedet på hjemmesiden. Derudover fremgår der helt nogen andre ingredienser på etiketten end på hjemmesiden. Er mildest talt skuffet! Afventer pt. svar fra kundeservice.

Well two weeks later after receipt, I still don't have an appointment. You are better off just going through your PCP. This is a waste of time and money! When I ask about products she said she isn't hairdresser, but I believe if you work you should know better about products then anyone else. I will never ever back to this shop as customer service so bad. I ask if still free vat day she said no,but when I showed massage she changed, and said yes. I have to wait at the till as she was pretending busy.

Disappointing Customer Experience I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with Capital Hair and Beauty. I purchased a pair of scissors that turned out to be faulty. Despite reporting the issue, it has been 13 days, and the problem is still unresolved. The customer service process is unnecessarily complicated and slow. Identifying whether a product like scissors is faulty should not take this long. Unlike other platforms I’ve shopped from, which offer unconditional returns and exchanges, this company does not prioritize customer satisfaction. They refused a return using "health and safety" as an excuse, even though other companies handle similar returns with ease. This experience has been a waste of time, and I’ve seen no solution-oriented approach. I will not shop here again and would not recommend this company to anyone

Wish I could put a minus star ratings
We bought an expensive heat pump pool heater a year or so ago now we have no issues with it but I emailed them about some settings and 3 emails later I have had no response at all, I guess they have our money and no now longer what to help, I was thinking of getting a smaller one for our hot tub but I will purchase one from a company with with at least some customer service

Online order form doesn't work
I tried to place an order for a product which was £150 cheaper than its nearest rival of the exact same product. I could not get the online booking form to go beyond adding my name and address. I emailed the company and received an "address not found". I called the number and received a message saying that phone opening hours are only available from 9.30 to 10.30. I've no idea how a company can successfully operate on one hour a day! So overall I'm totally underwhelmed by Splash and Relax. If price is too good to be true there's usually something dodgy going on. As a result I will be placing my order elsewhere. Having read some of the other rather negative reviews on here I think I've had a lucky escape!

What a joak of a company
What a joak of a company, avoid at all cost. Bought a pool with 3/5 day delivery, 2 weeks later after contacting them via email was told stock is unavailable and a refund has been issued, over 2 later still no refund. All emails are being ignored and apparently reduced phone hrs 9am till 1030am where you can't speak to anyone and phone just cuts off!!!

Asked twice for shipping details - no response. Order arrived incomplete. Spoke to them - promised to issue a refund and confirm within an hour. No response. Chased again at end of day. Dealing with companies like this is hard work. Will give them till end of next working day and then ask CC company to start a charge back.

Great service! Will 100% be using again. After being let down by 2 companies for the pool that I wanted - splash and relax were so helpful when I was in a panic to get the pool before hot weather as had left plenty of time and ordered weeks ago from other companies who let me down. I ordered the pool and then read reviews to much dread that a 3rd time things were going to go wrong with yet another company!!! This was not the case they over delivered on their service - I received the pool within 2 days and it’s exactly what it should be. All correspondence with them was professional and polite. Can’t fault them.

I would not recommend this company. I ordered a pool and received confirmation that it was being delivered on the 12th July 2022. It did not arrive and it appears that the courier DX have not received my product. Splash and relax have said they have proof that DX have received it and are investigating it further. This could take another 5 days which is unacceptable to me as we wanted the pool for the nice weather not for the winter! I understand that there can be problems with a courier but on reading other reviews this seems to be a trend!! I cancelled my order and there was no apology, no offer of sending another pool using a different courier, just an “ok” it will take approximately 5 days to issue the refund!! Shocking customer service! They were more focused on blaming the courier company rather than sorting the issue out for me as the customer! Splash and Relax you should always remove the customer from any issue you have with a courier and resolve the issue for them, not expect the customer to wait for their product whilst you and the courier investigate! All you had to do was send another pool and sort out any issues with the courier in the background!!

If I could get 0 star I would I orderd a pool on the 14th June for next day delivery got text say be with Mr on the 16th between 9 and 11 waited no show so contacted dx to see what's happening to be told plash n relax didnt send my item that's why no delivery so contacted splash and relax to be told yes definitely sent where find out n phone you back by end day no call so I made call back to splash and relax to be told sumone still trying find it in mean time dx delivery said there found it but won't deliver for 8 day which to late as wanted it for the heat wave so told then cancel which they said sumone phone me bk to do Monday morning still no call but text from dx delivery your item be delivered today great waited no delivery this time said can't find my item so back to splash and relax yes been lot off orderd gone missing sumone call you this morning no call got to 4.30 I called qgain this time the person dealing with it is in meeting be out with in 1 hr its 6.40 still no call customer service is non existing so off to back to get refund stay away from these cowboys if I was you wish I seen reviews 1st I would have never orderd and yes it ruined my daughter 13th birthday party no pool

Jeg havde bestilt 2 håndcremer, de havde desværre kun 1 på lager indtil efter påske. De spurgte om jeg ville vente, eller have tilsendt den ene de havde. Jeg valgte det sidste, og fik refunderet halvdelen af fragten samt den manglende cremes pris. Pengene var hurtigt på kontoen. Det er første gang de ikke har haft alle varer jeg har bestilt, men når det nu skulle være kunne det ikke have været tacklet bedre!

I ordered a LED mask from their website but hadn’t received any confirmation email. Considering it was a $700 order I was a bit worried and sent multiple emails to their customer service but without any answers. Unfortunately I had to leave a bad review to hear back from them. They were very helpful from then, and my parcel got delivered to NZ within 7 days. Overall good service, too bad their customer service ignores all emails unless you leave a bad review.

Had a very bad experience with this service, their customer service is impossible to get a hold of and when I did it takes about 3 days for every email to be replied to. I have been waiting for over 7 days for a parcel I paid extra delivery for. When I contacted yodel they were relatively helpful and said they needed more information from the seller and had been trying to get it but it clearly has still not been actioned. It’s incredibly frustrating as their products are not cheap either. Do not recommend. Hopefully my issue is sorted otherwise I will be asking for a full refund.

Hatte ein paar Befürchtungen, dass die Seite evtl. nicht vertrauenswürdig ist, da ich sie nicht kannte und auch noch nie dort bestellt hatte. Jetzt kann ich jedoch sagen, dass anbekommen ist was ich bestellt habe. Die Verpackung war nicht besonderlich hübsch und es gab auch keine Proben oder Ähnliches- jedoch kann man bei dem guten Preis nicht noch sämtliche goodies erwarten. Ich würde wieder dort bestellen.
