I never meditated before so I was a complete beginner and didn't know what to expect. I loved the session, the studio is really cosy and the whole experience was very relaxing. Perfect to start the week. I also love the sense of community and the chat before/after meditating. I really recommend it!

My experience at Levitate was exactly what I'd hoped it would be: an individual meditation session that was perfectly tailored to my needs. Ryan is an excellent teacher, and has a calm, unhurried approach that is really conducive to blissful meditation. He's also very knowledgeable and insightful, taking the time to pass on whatever he knew of that could help me to develop further.

Ryan runs a good ship. I was daunted by the prospect of meditating for 45 minutes, as a relative newbie to meditation, but the calm setting and the kindness of Ryan set a perfect scene. I'm now a regular and am looking forward to what else Levitate has in store for the future!

I really like the store and they have a large and wonderful selection of perfumes. I have been there about 4 times and have bought a perfume for DKK 1000+ 3 out of the 4 times. Regarding that, this is where my only complaint about the store comes. The one time I was in there without buying anything, one of the shop owners had a really bad attitude towards me because I had come without the idea of ​​buying a perfume and had just come in there to try some of their scents. I told the shop owner that I was looking for a special scent for a future purchase and he gave me some suggestions, a whole lot of really good suggestions, I have to give him credit for that. But then when it dawned on him that it was not my intention to buy anything that day, his behavior changed a lot to an irritable and almost angry mood and I didn't feel welcome anymore. Personally, I thought that was the worst, especially when you have been to the store before and spent money. And I found it very frustrating that you almost feel forced to buy something in order to get good customer service. I can understand that the shop owner might have been a bit stressed because there was a smaller queue outside. But overall I just didn't think the customer service was that good that day compared to I have spent a good amount of money in the store before

I went to Em in hope she can help me with my acne prone skin. I’m been having weekly Low Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) sessions from Azar at the Este Leeds Branch before and after a successful hair transplant at Este in Turkey, for 3 months now. I’ve taken Metamucil with Stevia for a couple of years. Switch to Pinch due to the massive advertising and haven’t been impressed at all. I’ve actually tried to be patient and want to finish the container, but it’s just doesn’t deliver like Metamucil for me.

I noticed its effectiveness the very next day after taken. With my history of bowel issues, I needed a lot of fiber and meds to avoid pain. I'm a big fan of Pinch now.

I've been taking pinch for a few days now. And I noticed I've been much more fuller and going too bathroom 💩 much more. I love the product and I will be a customer for a while.

I took this for a month and I wasn’t impressed. I have ibs-d and normally I use psyllium husk to improve the symptoms. I swapped over to pinch because the advertisements and reviews suggested it used the same thing (psyllium) but also improved health and bathroom breaks in more ways. One note is this stuff tastes awful and smells worse but you're not buying it for the taste, I recommend having a chaser nearby if you're going to take this. I ended up getting worse diarrhea than usual taking this, I suffered through for a month because everything online said stick with it. As soon as I switched back to psyllium husk the symptoms I was having went away. I know my experience will not be indicative of everyone’s but I wanted to offer a warning it isn’t always the miracle cure that they claim, probably much better for folks without ibs.

Abhilash is not just another yoga trainer, he is a very effective one at that. It is not just about teaching yoga by showing the asanas & exercises, it is about how you teach and how you make others do the asanas even if others are not confident about doing certain asanas. Also, Abhilash is very good at breaking limiting beliefs in the minds of his students. For example, I thought I cannot do Surya Namaskars more than 10 rounds in a session, but he enabled me to do 50 rounds within a week of attending his session and 100 rounds within next 2 weeks. The best thing is, he is very approachable and easy to connect with. Abhilash is always energetic and passionate about his art. There might be many places to learn Yoga but Avadhuta School of Yoga and Wellness is the best place among all.

I got the opportunity to meet Abhilash sir in 2019 when he came to my college. One of the reason I was so excited to attend his class was because he was a Malayali yoga trainer who came to Andra Pradesh to teach us yoga for few days. And for me attending Abhi sir's class was a wonderful experience after a gap of 5 years since I completed my schooling. Wonderful Experience with a Passionate yoga teacher I take online yoga sessions with Abhilash. With his energy levels the connect is soo good that sometimes I feel he is right there. His perfection with postures and passion to teach has really helped me learn. It’s a perfect start of the day during these difficult lockdown times. I feel refreshed and energetic throughout the day.

Abhi sir is a wonderful teacher who can guide you through your difficulties. During the lockdown,I tried to follow the videos that were being posted. I could not do most on my own, but what I did has really helped me increase my flexibility and overall strength. Thank you and hope I will be able to more asanas.

Joined Avadhuta during lockdown and Abhi was referred to me by sister.Initiatily I was sceptical about online yoga classes but now I am fully satisfied with the support I get from Abhi during online classes.He always keeps a watch on how we do the asanas even when he continuously instructs us,that itself is a great motivation when someone is there around while we do the yoga. I can’t get enough of this amazing brand. They are the best skincare brand I have found. Their rose hip oil has changed my skin completely. I suffer from drier skin and it has totally transformed my skin and made it look so dewy and it feels so hydrated. I also adore their geranium and rosemary soap. Not only do I swear by their products, they also are such a beautiful design feature in my home. Beautiful products inside and out!

A friend had a bottle of the Blue Tansy hand spritz and I couldn’t believe how calming the scent was and how moisturising it felt on my hands. Completely different to the gel I’d been using but just as protective. I now have several bottles so one is never far from hand. Also seemed like good value for money considering it’s all natural and organic, plus all the packaging is reusable/recyclable and a portion of sales goes to NHS charities which I really liked. Looking forward to trying more of their products in the future, think they’ll make for great gifts as well as the label design is really beautiful.

Oooo! I have waited 15 months for a hand sanitizer which doesn’t feel greasy, dry out my skin or have an overwhelming smell and so am thrilled by these products which do none of the above. So happy, I definitely recommend!

I’ve been using the Spritzy hand oil for nearly two weeks and I won’t ever look back. It is the first non greasy hand oil I’ve found and it transformed the dry skin on my hands in just a few a days. Just wonderful products! The body butters are none greasy and will just sink into your skin. The fragrances I have purchased mint & floral are just wonderful. The body scrub fragrance again is wonderful! Your skin will just feel oh so soft! All products are chemical free. Now I have found I will definitely not purchase any other products! Just lovely!

Love it Received the products yesterday which was a body butter and a lip balm. Cant fault the body butter. I have a condition due to an injury that makes my skin dry very quickly. I used the body butter last night and this morning I could still see the moisture and feel the softness in the area. The little added touch of the thankyou card etc was so sweet. The best products I’ve ever used! I’ve never been able to find products that don’t contain any chemicals in them but since I’ve started using the scrub and butter my skin is so much better, I’ve always had dry shins no matter how much I moisturised and there’s no longer dry skin anymore and I’m moisturising less which works for me cos I’m lazy! Can’t wait to see what other products get brought out!

THANK YOU AB BIO! I have had chronic knee soreness for quite some time and had to regularly wear a knee brace to help with the pain whenever I did any type of activity. Once I started using the "Finally" lotion it was only a week or so until the pain pretty much disappeared! I can now cut my lawn, rake leaves and go for longer walks with my wife---without a knee brace and PAIN FREE! This product is fantastic!
