After recently becoming a vegan I've been struggling to find suitable replacements for my bathroom cabinet and then I found vanity Bites. I was more concerned about my beauty products being vegan and cruelty free and have never really paid much attention to natural and organic skin care but after a bit of a splurge (and a discount) I decided to see what all the hype was about. Absolutely loved everything I ordered, it all smells so wonderful. There were lots of makes on there that I haven't heard of before so I got to try things I wouldn't find in places like Boots or Debenhams. I got my cute white box the very next and the customer service has been fab. The owners are really helpful and seem to care about what they are selling and the ethics behind it all and really helped me when making beauty choices for my new lifestyle.

I have ordered many items from this site and all have been excellent. There is a great choice and I can order with confidence knowing that everything has been researched thoroughly to ensure vegan suitability. I have a few items I have yet to try but if they are like the products I have already purchased them they will be wonderful. Astăzi 25.12.2022 este finala maratonului de 21 de zile,,recuperare după naștere,, la care sunt foarte mulțumită de rezultatul obținut. Am slăbit 5 kg și câte 6 cm la Brust, talie, solduri, coapse, fese. Nici nu m-am așteptat în așa timp scurt sa obțin așa rezultat fantastic, parca este o magie de sărbători. I have been going to Erion for the past two years to help with my back and tight muscles. I can't recommend his deep tissue massages enough, they are second to none. I have tried lots of therapists and always find myself coming back to Erion. His knowledge, discipline and strength makes him identify all the triggering faults and gets working on those areas. Erions hands and strength is what makes his massages so effective, but he is good at reading his clients and knows how to match the pressure to how you're feeling during the session. worth paying him a visit.

I am so pleased to have discovered Erion. Extremely good sports rehabilitation massage after a long week of intense tennis had locked up my back. Terrific focus on the areas to work on during my hour session. Pressure can be as firm as you can stand and his communication is excellent throughout as he works to reduce pain/ease tight muscles etc. Highly recommend.

I have been seeing Erion for a couple years now - and after visiting numerous sports massage therapists in London I can honestly say he is the best. I have had a mixed bag of issues from ITB issues, knee pain and the most recent, that being the shoulder. Erion is very knowledgeable and his manner to go above and beyond is amazing. Honestly, one of the best and most thorough massages I have ever had. I have seem countless osteopaths and chiropractors who were never able to pinpoint the pains like Erion could. I am early days in my treatment, but already feel SO much better after one session. I look forward to seeing what he will be able to do for my chronic pain. I can't recommend enough!

Erion uses a very deep trigger point technique. It can be quite painful, so its not for everyone, but I've found it very effective - and have been back for more! I've found it very helpful while I'm training hire for a cycling event

I have used many sports massage therapists over the years and Erion is the best. I do a lot of running and cycling so my legs are usually pretty smashed and Erion always works his magic on them. He can be firm but is very knowledgeable so you will be safe hands. He is also very good at mobility work and can advise on stretches/exercises.

I really enjoy Naveen's classes, he has a happy, peaceful vibe, even with such long distance and through web camera, I can feel he pass his energy and joy to us.During his class,he is really patient and always tells us how to do each asana,and show us a scale up or scale down version of the posture.It is really lucky to find his classes online.Hope you can join the journey with us soon.

Had been struggling with stiffness especially of the hips ,since last 4 years and multiple joint aches .Joined Naveen Sharma's class on a friend's recommendation for a month .I must confess that I was sceptical about online classes to begin with, but with the very first class I was impressed with Naveen's personal attention to each student, ensuring that each one was guided and corrected promptly .after completing the first week, I was hooked to Yoga and have extended my course . His classes are very well balanced. I have seen a marked improvement in my joint stiffness and pain and feel much energised and agile .I've been practicing online with him since last one year now . He designs the classes in a way to ensure all aspects of fitness are covered through the week . I look forward to achieving a happy and healthy mind and body under his guidance . I am in my late 50s and started Yoga intermittently only post Covid. and in February 2024 committed to a year long online programme with Naveen Sharma. I has followed his YouTube videos and very much liked his approach. The group classes were a big step up- there is attention, there is innovation and options for every level. He is gentle, no aggression of any kind. This is most motivating particularly for a beginner. I have now signed up for Year 2 and am confident that I will remain consistent with his innovative ways of bringing one onto the mat day after day. I was someone who was unable to do a single Suryanamaskar correctly when I started, there is many more I can do and am sure that the World Yoga day in 2025 will be a landmark of sorts for me. I recommend his classes to anyone who would like a consistent Yoga practice.

I’ve taken a few yoga classes in the past, but Naveen Sir’s classes are on another level. His teaching style, clear explanations, and the way he offers scale-up and scale-down options are excellent. With his guidance, I’ve learned the right breathing patterns and when to inhale and exhale. It’s easy to forget your breathing during exercises, but Naveen Sir keeps me on track. I also appreciate how affordable his classes are, making fitness accessible to more people. The exercises in each class are different and not repetitive, and I haven’t seen many of them on social media. I really love his vinyasa style. The messages the night before about the exercises motivate me to show up for class, as I’ve often lost motivation in the past. Big thanks to Naveen Sir for his amazing teaching. Lots of gratitude!

I have started with Naveen Sir's recorded sessions some around 2 years back & that was totally a game changer for me. . Though I was not a complete beginner practitioner then, but sir's teaching gave crystal clear clarity on lot of things. I developed so much interest in Yog that I completed my two certifications as an instructor. I owe that credit to Naveen sir, as only because of his sessions I felt an urge to learn more & more. Later in the end of the last year I joined his live sessions & it was even more beneficial to work under his direct supervision. I’ve been attending Naveen Sharma’s/ashmayu yoga online classes for the past three months. It’s hands down one of the best online yoga classes I’ve experienced so far. The classes are well structured with a variety of formats, variations for beginner-intermediate practice, and different asanas every class, ensuring it doesn’t get monotonous. I’m always left with a unique mix of energy and calmness at the end of each session.

I found Naveen on Youtube and after doing his 30 Day Challenge I signed up for one month of his Zoom yoga classes in November. It is now early February and I can easily say that it was the best decision I made - not only are there different daily themes for the week but Naveen is a great teacher who is able to show the asanas, sequences and breathing exercises clearly while also offering many different variations depending on your level of practice. I have grown stronger, more flexible, calmer and I'm easily able to do multiple rounds of Surya Namaskars. I have virtually no pain or stiffness and I believe that everyone needs to sign up for his classes and make this a part of their daily routine.

I started following Naveen sir's yoga from Cult. Post that when I joined his live classes the details he provides during his class is so minute. In all poses he gives clear instructions and detailing about its benefits. His guidance is quite good. His knowledge is very deep in yoga. For queries he always responds and make sure all level of students are comfortable in the session.

Bei mir hat nichts funktioniert. Alles hat sich als Fake und falsche Versprechen herausgestellt. Ich habe mein Geld zurück gefordert.

Das Programm Darm Balance von intumind kann ich jedem mit Verdauungsbeschwerden empfehlen. Das Programm ist Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe und die Audios helfen mir täglich! Probiert es auf jeden Fall aus!

Nach zahlreichen Diätversuchen wollte ich die Hoffnung nicht aufgeben und suchte nach einer passenden Lösung für mich. Ich bin durch Zufall auf intueat gestoßen und fand das sehr interessant. Nach meiner Anmeldung durfte ich reinschnuppern um den ersten Eindruck zu bekommen. Ich durfte das Programm 10 Tage austesten und ich war begeistert. Zum ersten mal konnte ich mich bewusst mit den körperlichen Signalen auseinander setzen und entspannter beim Essen sein, loslassen, nicht direkt an die nächste Mahlzeit denken. Ich war überrascht was diese 10 Tage für eine Auswirkung hatten. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher dass das ganze Programm sehr effektiv ist. Leider finde ich den Preis (für mich persönlich) viel zu hoch. Ich schätze die Arbeit, die dahinter steckt, kann mir das aber, trotz Rabatt und auch die Möglichkeit das in monatlichen Raten zu zahlen, nicht leisten. Wichtig ist das man dafür offen ist und sich darauf einlässt. Danke liebes intueat-Team für die schöne Testphase.

Für mich war es nicht so das passende Konzept, obwohl ich den Ansatz gut finde. Nach den ersten Audios merkte ich, dass mir die Motivation komplett fehlte. Muss dazu sagen, dass ich mich aktuell in einer Trauerphase befinde und daher starke Schwankungen habe und mich erstmal darum kümmern muss. Folglich habe ich von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht und der Betrag wurde mir noch am selben Tag rückerstattet.

Das Programm ist auf Selbstliebe und Wohlfühlen konzipiert, wird aber mit Abnehmen beworben. Hängt ja schon zusammen für viele aber eben nicht für alle. Mir hat die individuelle Betreuung gefehlt, der Support war da aber eben nicht auf mich eingegangen sondern mit allgemeinen Ratschlägen die für mich nicht hilfreich waren. Ich habe zugenommen obwohl ich sogar länger dabeigeblieben bin als das normale Programm. Alleine das mitmachen hilft nicht jedem, damit bin ich auch sicher nicht alleine. Wenn man etwas verändern will muss man auch was tun und kann sich nicht nur auf sein Unterbewusstsein verlassen, Essen ohne Regeln und Anleitung - also nur intuitiv klappt bei mir nicht. Muss es auch nicht, zahlreiche Wege führen nach Rom.

Ich kann das Programm nur wärmstens empfehlen! Das mentale Training hat dazu geführt, dass ich keinen Heißhunger und nur noch selten Lust auf Süßes habe. Ich mache wieder richtig viel Sport und habe „von innen heraus“ Lust auf gesunde Ernährung und Kochen. Habe während des Programms 5kg abgenommen und seit dem Ende nochmal 3 Kilo. 10kg möchte ich noch abnehmen. Aber ich lasse meinem Körper Zeit. Danke an Intueat!

Leider sind voraussichtlich die meisten Bewertungen wie auch die Videos gefakt und nicht echt. Mehr Schein als sein. Man wird "niedergequasselt" und leider habe ich nicht rechtzeitig das NLP-Gerede bemerkt und bin in die Falle getappt. Seid bitte sehr vorsichtig und lest Euch das Kleingedruckte genau durch oder lasst lieber die Finger weg.

The best products I’ve ever used! I’ve never been able to find products that don’t contain any chemicals in them but since I’ve started using the scrub and butter my skin is so much better, I’ve always had dry shins no matter how much I moisturised and there’s no longer dry skin anymore and I’m moisturising less which works for me cos I’m lazy! Can’t wait to see what other products get brought out!

THANK YOU AB BIO! I have had chronic knee soreness for quite some time and had to regularly wear a knee brace to help with the pain whenever I did any type of activity. Once I started using the "Finally" lotion it was only a week or so until the pain pretty much disappeared! I can now cut my lawn, rake leaves and go for longer walks with my wife---without a knee brace and PAIN FREE! This product is fantastic!

Had a few tattoos done here yesterday and had a brilliant experience. Great communication beforehand. Studio was great and equipment was shown to me to show sterile and in date. The tattoos were perfect, precise and exactly what I asked for. Didn’t hurt much either! Was looked after during with reassurance and great knowledge of the tattoos. Aftercare and advice was a huge positive too. Will book again!

Booked in with Darren today and was pleasantly surprised as he managed to fit me in at such short notice. I was very specific with what I wanted and Darren fulfilled my wishes and accommodated my needs. He was very warm and welcoming and the studio was presented nice and clean. Darren reassured me the whole way through the tattooing process, showing me dates and new needles, equipment etc which was great. I had a great experience at Krownd thanks to Karson, Dr Alexa and the rest of the Krownd Team! I had a hair procedure done and from start to finish Kason was incredibly professional, easy going and attentive to my experience and recovery. Filled me with lots of confidence both before and after and just an all round great person to have help you through something like this. Likewise, Dr Alexa also gave me lots of confidence during the procedure as you can just tell by listening to her work that she has a great deal of experience and knowledge and knows exactly what she's doing. She is also really down to earth and human (which can be hard for some doctors) which I found comforting. The rest of the team were amazing too, all being very friendly and professional throughout, making the procedure a lot less daunting. Just an all round great experience and couldn't be happier!

The plus capsules from this site have completely changed my life. My experience is great. My best compliment is that Dr. Ginger herself emailed me when I had questions when I first started using her products. That meant a lot to me. She also sent me an article explaining about xylitol. I now use xylitol gum and mints and use it in my tea as a sweetener. I used to have mouth sores, gum irritation, etc. I was miserable. However, after using Dr. Ginger’s products these issues are completely gone. Before finding Dr. Ginger I was going to an ear, nose and throat specialist where I was put on all kind if drugs and antibiotics and none of them worked. I haven’t had to go back ever since I started on Dr. Ginger’s products. Since I am retired I also really appreciate the discount codes that Dr. Ginger sends periodically as my income is limited; but every penny I spend on her products is worth it. I always really stock up when I get a 20% coupon.
