What an absolute big mistake getting a car through carloans 365 and going with their recommendation of dealership where I got vehicle from. Misold me a duff car been without the use of it for over 99 days yes 99 days car totally went caput on me back in July only had car just about 6 months or less. Once sale goes through staff are not bothered they have a very sloppy attitude don't answer calls or when do fob you off n laugh on absolute appalling so much inconvenience and stress caused to me. They haven't a clue about customer care or how to deal with a complaint in a timely manner absolute joke do not use this broker you will regret it just like me. Very poor service from them. I have been beyond patient with them but they are just the pits. Wish I never bothered applying for car.

Do not go with this company they are completely unreliable the sources that they have for cars they do not check I have had a strung out 3 months battle with a car that is unfixable after having it for 5 days and it has broken down and now I am left with other car because unfortunately I am not able to gain any finance. Stay clear of 365 and also stay clear of Marshall motors! They have no compassion they don't care and they don't even consider anyone's situation in this financial crisis. I have been treated unfairly I have been talked down to because I'm a woman and I have been hung up on during phone calls.

I applied for a hire purshes vehicle. The agent who I was inconstant with named Erin, she is one in a million. Very helpful and appericated my thoughts on some vehicles, she was very joyful with me and guided and stayed communicated every step of the way . Happy to of hone with them
