Katrina was amazing from beginning to end. I haven't got my car yet due to the distance but Katrina has been amazing, very attentive to my needs. She took the time to understand me and what I like then worked her magic. If I could give 10* I would even when it seemed like we were not getting any where she never gave up. Spent hours on Saturday going through different cars and car dealerships until we found the one. I pick my car on Saturday all thanks to Katrina. I purchased a car with carloans365 yesterday, the dealership the car was from then later in the evening re-advertised the car for more money. I found it suspicious so decided I no longer wanted the car or the loan. I rang carloan365 this morning first thing saying I no longer want the loan or car. They told me to email the complaints department as it is a “grey area” and they will contact me within 72 hours, I contacted the lender they used and they said as long as carloans365 can send them over the correct form then they will happily chancel the loan today as they can see it was a mistake and is no issue. I was advised to ring the dealership who also in the end said no problem at all they will contact carloans365 also to get this all sorted. I tried to ring back carloans365 as that’s what the lender had asked me to do and they were purposely ignoring my calls. I rang and rang and then I got a second mobile phone and rang off of that at the same time and they instantly picked up. Knew my name and also ended the call by calling me “darling”. It’s not even been 24 hours of the legal cooling off period, the car hasn’t been arranged to be picked up, all they needed to do was send a form to either me or the lender and it can all be resolved but instead I’ve been ignored.

I had such a great service from everyone I spoke to at carloans 365! They helped me find the perfect car to fit my budget with a zero deposit! I have my car now and I’m so made up with it! 100000% recommend carloans365 to anyone who is looking for a friendly service!

PAINFUL/STRESSFUL/UNHELPFUL - Terrible experience, all good whilst they are selling you something however have been waiting over a month to have confirmation of a cancellation of a policy within the 14 day cooling off period! Been told now that its the dealerships fault. Never even seen the so called car let alone picked it up!!!! DO NOT GO NEAR as also effects your credit rating too so would definitely STAY CLEAR.
