Sian was absolutely amazing, she knew about my previous experience and talked me through everything, I would have gave 6 stars if available. Sian sourced through many car's that were compatible with my needs, helped with choosing the right deal. Unfortunately she was off when I felt that I needed to cancel the whole situation, no fault from carloans365 ,just the dealership, who did try to get the car fixed, but from recent experience with another company I felt uneasy, and I found my mother in law has been diagnosed with bone cancer in the hips and surrounding areas, she's 80 years old and the same day was getting a pacemaker fitted, I'm putting this review on as it's been a difficult day and just can't cope with setbacks at the moment. Sian is an impeccable employee and an absolute pleasure to work with.I personally would recommend carloans365 to anyone 100% Kind regards, Paul
