Lovely kits for making felt Xmas decorations, family enjoyed making them and results are sweet.

I bought a couple of rolls of macrame cord, I got it in nice time. However, when I used it, the cord unravels as you use it so is loose when making knots. There are also bits pocking out of it that have to be cut off. All cord I have used in the past has been fairly tight so I wasnt too happy with the result of what I was making. I got in touch with Hot Pink and I will say I did mention I hope to get a response or I would be giving a review on that fact I didn't. What I got in response was an arrogant man called Nick that decided to mansplain me how things work in this world to the point I don't think he realised his bad customer service. He said I could return the rolls if fit for resale.. as I had to use a bit of one roll to find out the rubbish quality it wasnt worth my time and effort to send back the other & paying postage. I guess I will use it for the garden or something, definitely can't use it on a macrame project! I would avoid, even to avoid having to have a conversation with Nick! Life is too short! ---------- To the response I have received on this review.. I hope you can see that Nick likes to talk. My message was not aggressive.. perhaps I threatened of a review, but definitely not aggressive! I am not the only one in the reviews mentioning his rudeness. Spend your money as you wish, but I would avoid! There are plenty of other nice independent shops out there!
