ordered some backing 10 days ago with express shipping. they dont answer their phone so you cant speak to anyone. no customer service what so ever and no product delivered. total scam company DO NOT USE EDIT, they also make fake reviews on TrustPilot with an non business account so expect retaliation if you share your experiences! Edit again. They have just removed the outright lies they posted on the original review and replaced it with another statement inducing some other questionable allegations after i informed them i had taken the matter to the police. and just to be clear, the only threats i made were of taking legal action, something it seems i'm forced to do regardless. EDIT AGAIN. no you seem to misunderstand, its this review where you lied about me. i pointed out in an email that it was libel and i would have to take legal actions. "SCAM COMPANY DO NOT USE We have made several attempts to contact them and zero response" you remember, the one you wrote before changing it, i have screenshots if you like... FINAL EDIT JUST TO CLARILFY THE LITTLE THINGS… "Unfortunately it is necessary for us to rewrite our original review due to emails we are continuing to receive from **********.” no you’re rewriting it after I threatened you with a libel suit “*********** asked us to be a supplier” I placed an order on their website “We replied to the email within 5 minutes of receiving it with an update.” interesting as I never sent an email about it? Ordered and paid in full on 10/10- 24 hour delivery stated. No notification of delivery sent to me. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. Absolutely shocking company. They appear to have pocketed my money and not sent the goods. Buyers beware.

Same issue as other buyers. Ordered the items but no delivery update or arrive anything, even though it stated same-day delivery. No reply from email nor phone call if you tried to ask about your order. If I could give zero star. I would do. Unless you don't mind your order may or may not be delivered (don't expect on time), you can order from this store then. But I will avoid it.

This was the first time I have ordered from Hot Pink Haberdashery. Their quick and efficient service was really impressive. In addition, the description of the fabric on the website was so spot on that I managed to match up fabric perfectly with some I had purchased some time ago. After reading some ( a minority) of the previous reviews - I was a little anxious re ordering- BUT- didn’t need to be- quick service ( order to delivery 4 days); excellent and prompt customer service ( same day reply) and REALLY pleased with the quality of the fabric I ordered- a soft washed 4oz denim. Placed an order on 17th June for express delivery and not heard a thing since. Tried to email, call and use their chat function a few times and finally got a response 9 days later to say it has been delayed.

Ordered from Hot Pink Haberdashery 17/06/2023 as it stated that it dispatches orders quickly as I was in a rush , I paid for express delivery and I am still waiting. No response from company after an email sent on the 23/06/2023 and phoned and emailed this morning no response....so i went through Paypal resolution. A note to companies, treat your customers with respect and decency or go out of business. The way to run a business is to effectively deal with customers and uphold your promises and deliver the items.

Was it sent or not Helen? It's a simple question
Site says "next day shipping, 24h service" so ordered Monday night to dispatch Tuesday and plenty of time to arrive before Saturday. Wednesday evening still no dispatch email and order page says "processing". Email customer service to ask if it had been sent and if not to ABSOLUTELY send it out Thursday. If they can't then please cancel. Receive an absolutely baffling response saying it's been cancelled but "if it arrives" in the next few days to send back as return. I ask whether it actually was dispatched, then. Because if it was dispatched THERE IS NO PROBLEM. Get another email saying it's been cancelled because they don't offer a guaranteed delivery date. I inform them again she's implied it WAS dispatched but I got no confirmation or order status update. Was it in fact dispatched, or not. This is a yes or no question. It's not hard. 3 emails in and I still have no damn clue if my order was ever sent or not. Utter shambles. Avoid. UPDATE: another email, another avoidance on a straight answer on whether it was shipped or not. It isn't theoretical physics, Helen. But now claims to not offer next day shipping despite their shipping page stating and I quote Our aim is to ensure that all orders are sent out on the same working day until our 4pm cut off. In exceptional cases where the size or type of order prevents this, we will get in touch to let you know and discuss alternative arrangements if required. All UK orders are sent with either Royal Mail 24 or Parcelforce 24. " What exactly do you think 'same working day' means, Helen? (Hint: it means the same day) Follow up question what do you think the '24' in those services means, Helen? (Hint: it's a next day service!) Absolutely ridiculous. I guess I either mysteriously get them or I don't. I haven't paid for them either way. Update 2: revising down to 1 star because Helen still refuses to provide specifics on when/if the parcel was ACTUALLY shipped and seems to think I asked her to cancel it after dispatch (why would anyone do that Helen) So you know what? Here. Here is the entire email chain so you can see for yourselves Helen repeatedly refuse to answer a simple question. chocolate-elfie-62.tiiny.site/ EDIT: please read the response below to see her STILL failing to grasp the issue was that she implied she'd ALREADY SENT the order, refused to confirm that, and then claimed you can cancel things after shipping (you can't) 4-year old levels of reading comprehension. Tip from one business owner to another: if almost 10% of your customers have a problem with your communication (not responding, doing things not asked for without clarifying, dodging questions) and slow delivery then... you do in fact have a communication and slow delivery problem. Second tip from me to you: I posted the emails in this review because in SEVERAL responses to past reviews you offer to "send on" emails to "anyone who wants them". Thought I'd beat you to it but: that is a very serious data handling and protection issue which has been flagged to the ICO and is especially abhorrent behaviour from the recorded OWNER. Get it together.
